As a result of a successful application for funding from the national church, the Diocese of Southwark has launched the Southwark Diocesan Investment Programme (DIP) - a multifaceted, integrated and transformational programme designed to help resource and implement Southwark Vision and further mission, ministry and growth in parishes across the Diocese.
The DIP Research and Development Officer will be a member of the Diocesan Strategic Development Unit working specifically on researching and developing different workstreams for this exciting new progamme as it starts and also contribute to the existing strategic development funded projects coordinated through the Strategic Development Unit.

We are looking for an HR Administrator to help us ensure that all administrative and transactional support is provided to the highest standard, to meet the operational needs of our global organisation.
The HR Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and updating data in the HR Information System and resolving service desk requests and enquiries from managers and employees. There is also the opportunity to assist on specific project work within the HR Operations Team relating to HR systems, legislative changes, processes and procedures.
Key duties will include:
- Inputting changes to employee records including new starters, leavers, absence, and contract extensions.
- Helping employees use HR systems, assisting with login, navigation and user queries.
- Support with the development of HR systems, assisting with testing and feedback as needed.
- Setting up new employees on our HR information system (HRIS)
- Offboarding tasks, including HRIS administration, paperwork and payroll notification.
- Drafting consultancy contracts
- Providing timely, first line support to employees and managers in response to queries and request submitted via the Service Desk, escalating as necessary
- Supporting ongoing team activities
This is an ideal opportunity to build on your existing HR Assistant experience within a fast-paced international organisation. To succeed in this role you will need:
- Proven experience in a HR Assistant or similar role (Essential)
- Ideally experience within a global or complex organisation
- Demonstrable planning and prioritising skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking and delivering to deadlines

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join the BFYC team to support young carers in West Oxfordshire.
Working closely with the youth work team, you will help to provide support and advice to young carers by devising, developing, implementing and managing a programme of social activities for young carers (this could include trips, training, emotional 121 support and other activities).

The Associate Director for Examinations and Training is a crucial and influential role at the College, as you will be responsible for providing leadership on the division’s work in relation to examinations, assessment and training standards, digital development and the College’s international relationships.

Purpose of the role
Are you passionate about providing grants to ground-breaking environmental charities around the world? This role offers the chance to develop and manage a portfolio of grants dedicated to this subject area. The broad themes of the programme are: the regulation and reduction of harmful chemicals and pollution; Protecting human health and biodiversity in environmental planning (including though promoting good environmental governance) and regulating harmful impacts of business and development projects. Main duties and responsibilities
The post holder will be expected to manage all stages of the grant making process, from invitation to application, award and reporting.
Programme Officer Duties:
- Making a contribution to the vision for and strategic direction of the Trust’s environmental grant-making portfolio;
- Identifying potential grant applicants by researching organisations in fields of interest to the Trust, networking and attending relevant events;
- Reviewing submitted applications, interviewing potential grantees, undertaking due diligence and preparing analytical reports and recommendations for Trustees;
