About the Role

As Employability Coordinator, you will work across all Youth Zone sessions and have lead responsibility for the Youth Zone’s Employability offer ensuring all young people have access to exciting projects and the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge to improve their employability.  The post also involves the delivery of a targeted programme to support young people into positive destinations.

You will ensure there is a high-quality, creative and fun offer, focussed on the needs of young people and in line with the Youth Zone’s aspirations to provide members with the best possible experiences and opportunities. You will have a passion to put young people first.

You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the delivery and inputting towards the strategic delivery plan for the Youth Zone.

About You

You will have excellent communication skills to deliver activity programmes to a wide range of young people and a relevant qualification or strong demonstrable experience in Youth Work

You will have experience of

• Working with young people aged 8 to 19 (up to 25 for those with additional needs) in a range of settings.

• Engaging vulnerable, disengaged or hard to reach young people in activities in-line with relevant guidance and good practice.

• Supporting young people along positive pathways into positive destinations such as employment or training

• One or more of the following: monitoring and evaluation processes, working in partnership with external agencies, or funded projects.

Mind in Enfield and Barnet is a fast-growing charity in North London providing much needed therapy, wellbeing support and advocacy services to people with mental health problems. 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Community Care Coordinators to support some of our most vulnerable users of emergency services. These roles have been developed to further support our service users alongside our statutory partners at North Middlesex NHS Foundation Trust Emergency Department, to increase their wellbeing, confidence, social integration, and independence.

The successful candidates will be responsible for working with service users during periods of crisis and support them through their journey of recovery to ensure that they are receiving the support most beneficial to them. This will be achieved through a person-centred approach to ensure that the views of service users are central to the planned support they receive.

The successful candidates will take a lead in working with service users to assess needs/barriers preventing clients from recovery, working with them to create a personal action plan, and monitoring and evaluating outcomes and progress.

Independence will be encouraged through self-management and recovery.

The roles will involve working in the community and with the wider team as well as our partner organisation North Middlesex NHS Foundation Trust Emergency Department to ensure that the community is kept up to date with the services that we are offering and the strong reputation of Mind in Haringey as a leading provider of mental health services in the borough is maintained.

This is a part-time position (26 hours per week), between the service hours of 9am-5pm (Monday-Friday)

Community Care Coordinators are based at 275 Fore Street, Edmonton, London, N9 0PD & North Middlesex Hospital.

Summary of the role:

As the Trust and Foundation Coordinator, you will support the International Programmes Department (IPD) by:

• Programme Development: Enhancing institutional funding to raise essential funds for Muslim Aid’s international humanitarian and development programmes through Trusts, Foundations, and Partner Offices.
• Quality Assurance: Assisting the MEAL Manager in developing and implementing effective MEAL systems to ensure quality service delivery across all programmes.

You will play a crucial role in this newly formed unit, working closely with partners, country offices, and donors to improve systems within the IPD and support the dynamic global programme portfolio of Muslim Aid.

About the Role:

1.  Lead donor mapping process for Trusts and Foundations. Continuously, update this mapping document regularly based on engagement with prospective donors.
2. Lead the proposal/concept development process for T&F and MA Partner offices submissions.
3. Support the Global Programme Development and Quality Assurance Manager in managing a portfolio of institutional donor grants relationships and implement donor engagement strategies for prioritised donors (including FCDO, UN agencies, USAID, SIDA, START Network, etc.).
4. Support the Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Manager to strengthen MEAL system globally. This includes ensuring high-quality data tracking progress, analysing data, and generating knowledge and documentation of best practices.
5. Work with Country Offices, Global Programme Development and Quality Assurance, Humanitarian and Programme units to support on disaster responses and associated appeals.
6. Support the unit in providing the development and implementing capacity development workshops for the IPD team, country offices, and partner offices either face to face or virtually.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Educated to bachelor’s degree level.
2. Experience of successfully fundraising and dealing with institutional donors and international donors with a focus on Trusts and Foundations.
3. Experience and understanding of monitoring and evaluation of programmes; using quantitative and qualitative research data collected in support of programme development.
4. Significant experience and knowledge of effective budgetary control and grant management.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with people at various levels. Good tact and diplomacy at all times.
6. Strong and well-developed analytical skills coupled with strong bid and report writing skills.

Network and Systems

· Oversee and direct the development of infrastructure of IT applications, networks, security and telecoms.

The Role

As our Filming and Events Manager, you will manage filming and photography activities across our parks and green spaces.

Overseeing the filming office, you will handle inquiries, contracts and permits, whilst managing logistics and liaising with production teams and local stakeholders to ensure compliance with park regulations.

Key Purpose:

The Business Development team leads and co-ordinates pilot service projects for RABI and runs the mental health training programme.

This role would include helping facilitate the day-to-day running of the mental health training programme and its development and expansion, as well as the integration into the new CRM system.

The role will involve an element of cross departmental working, to ensure both the smooth running of the service, but also the development of it to ensure it reaches its full potential.

The British Museum seeks a Supporter Data Assistant to contribute to its mission of offering an exceptional supporter-centric experience.
