This role is pivotal in supporting the charity’s data and systems transformation programme, ensuring the effective management and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management including licence management, user permissions, and training
- Ensure supporter data, processes, and systems are efficient, high quality, and compliant with relevant regulations
- Collaborate with the CRM Business Analyst to gather requirements for a new CRM and support the implementation of a Super User structure
- Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ThankQ
- Maintain and develop training materials for CRM users, ensuring data quality standards are met
- Provide user support, triage tickets, and resolve issues on the service desk platform, Manage Engine
- Oversee scheduled data feeds and troubleshoot issues with the Data Integration Specialist
- Contribute to the Data Quality Programme by developing and standardising data capture and monitoring processes
- Proven experience in a Senior Data Operations Officer or similar role, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and structured query language (SQL) Server Management Studio
- Practical knowledge of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and ensuring compliance
- Strong IT skills, including comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience in providing database training, creating processes, and procedures

What are we looking for from a Health and Safety Officer?
- Demonstrated experience in a comparable health and safety role, with responsibility for maintaining standards across an organisation
- Familiarity with governance frameworks, including: Conducting audits and risk assessments, leading investigations, handling complaints and preparing detailed reports
- Track record of implementing and monitoring quality standards
- Understanding of current health and safety legislation and best practices
- Ability to use and summarise information from management systems to monitor progress and identify key trends, patterns and themes
- Ability to write reports, policies and procedures in a clear, readable format
- Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities within a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Awareness and understanding of the impact of stigma and marginalisation on people who have multiple complex needs

Objective
To increase fundraised income for BRACE and dementia research through major donors and high-value supporters, both cultivating existing supporters to increase their support and networking to develop new major donors.
Role
As our Major Donor & Philanthropy Fundraiser, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive major giving programme to increase revenue from high-value supporters. Key Tasks:
Major Donor Fundraising

The Photographers’ Gallery explores how photography is connecting, captivating and radically changing our world today. The Gallery’s programme and spaces – from exhibitions, talks, workshops and digital platforms to the café, shop and galleries – all explore the beauty, complexity, and future of photography. On the borders of busy Oxford Street and vibrant Soho, the Gallery is home to photography experts, novices and the photo-curious; artists and students; tourists and passers-by. With over 240,000 visitors annually, The Gallery is a key attraction within the arts and culture sector in the heart of London.
A newly created role to support in the growth of the organisation, the Finance Officer role is a pivotal position within the finance and wider team. As Finance Officer you will play an important part in creating a robust and innovative financial service delivery to TPG and TPGE staff. You will support with day-to-day financial transactions and a range of accounting tasks in liaison with the Finance Manager, Head of Finance, and wider non-finance stakeholders.
A summary of key duties is as below:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Maintain the sales ledger and all receipts and income
- Reconcile all TPGE Bank accounts monthly.
- Reconcile Balance sheet ledger control accounts monthly.
- Process invoices, payments and receipts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Assist with month-end, quarterly and year-end financial reporting.
- Support the Finance Manager in payroll processing and reports.

About You
- You will have experience of working in a finance department and of undertaking sales and purchase ledger duties
- Candidates will likely be AAT qualified or studying towards a CCAB qualification. Alternatively, you may hold an accounting and finance degree or equivalent.

Get Further is an award-winning charity that helps students from disadvantaged backgrounds secure essential English and maths qualifications. We support students in further education by providing specialist tuition, helping them progress into higher education, apprenticeships, and employment. To help more students get further, we are seeking a driven and passionate Head of Fundraising who will build relationships with major donors to the charity – especially Trusts and Foundations – to secure a significant portion of the charity’s income.
The successful candidate will report to the COO and focus on building meaningful, long-term relationships to secure 5-6 figure gifts over the coming years. About the Role
The Head of Fundraising will be a key member of our Senior Management Team (SMT) and take ownership of our Fundraising Strategy to support the diversification of our income. This role is vital to our future growth and sustainability, and an opportunity to lead an exciting part of the charity which makes a real difference to the students we support.
Strategy and Leadership
- Lead the delivery of our fundraising strategy in line with our current organisational strategy which runs from 2024-2029.
- Lead on the management of key information about Get Further’s fundraising activity and ensure it is stored appropriately, well organised and with high attention to detail. This will include supporting the transition of the fundraising function onto Salesforce.
- Prepare fundraising update reports for the Finance and Risk Committee and the Board of Trustees as required.
- Contribute to and attend internal/external events on behalf of Get Further as required.
Fundraising and Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead the core fundraising activities, including line managing our Fundraising Officer. This includes developing an in-depth understanding of existing and potential supporters to provide tailored relationship management, including engagement opportunities, to meet significant targets over multiple years.
- Support the Fundraising Officer to identify new prospects, in particular, charitable trusts and foundations that have the potential to support Get Further for the first time. You will effectively qualify and engage with prospects to build a pipeline for the coming years, matching prospects with appropriate asks.

Strategy and planning
• Deliver the existing Community and Events strategy and maximise opportunities for income growth
