Our services include sensory play for Under-5’s, youth programmes, wellbeing activities for those experiencing mental health issues, bilingual advice, and activities to reduce social isolation and enhance physical and mental wellbeing for older people. We also run a day centre in Shadwell, where we care for elders from the Bangladeshi and other communities.
This is a particularly exciting time to join St. Hilda’s East as we commemorate our 135th anniversary. We have a unique relationship with our founders, the Guild (alumnae) of Cheltenham Ladies’ College, we are located on the fringes of the City, and we generate income from hiring out space in our community centre. These opportunities make the Fundraising & Marketing Manager position varied and interesting, with plenty of possibility to grow and develop in the role.
The Fundraising & Marketing Manager will take the lead in developing and implementing our fundraising and marketing strategies, splitting your time about 60/40 between the two functions. As Fundraising & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for securing funding from a wide range of sources, stewarding relationships with our supporters, and managing communication with external stakeholders.
It is not essential to have experience in the non-profit sector; we would love to hear from you if you have experience in sales and marketing in a commercial environment and are looking to bring your talents to the charity sector.

This is a high responsibility role that promises tremendous growth potential, with the chance to work across multiple geographies. The position of Senior Analyst, at Bridges Outcomes, will support education projects funded by Sustainable Development Goals Outcomes Fund (SDG OF). Reporting to the Programme Manager, the primary focus of this position will be the successful delivery of the Sierra Leone Early Childhood Education (SLECE) initiative. However, we also anticipate this role to play a significant part in contributing to Ghana Education Outcomes Programme (GEOP) and Rwanda Early Childhood Education Programme, leveraging overlapping themes and collaborative opportunities across these impactful projects.
Sierra Leone Early Childhood Education (SLECE)
The Government of Sierra Leone (GoSL) has partnered with the Education Outcomes Fund (EOF) and Lego Foundation to design and support SLECE to achieve the following goals:
1. Opening of new community-based centres that meet minimum safety requirements defined by GoSL.
2. Increased access using children’s attendance measured at various points in time.
3. Quality of settings & practices. Using local ECCE standards to measure structural quality (i.e., physical settings) and BEQI to measure process quality (i.e., teaching interactions, including the implementation of play-based pedagogy).
4. Improved children’s holistic development outcomes for children 3-5 using IDELA.
Interventions are expected to be implemented across 3 contractual lots, each with its own delivery partner and unique approach. SDG OF is partnering with three different delivery partners, BRAC, Plan International and ChildFund, for delivery in all lots. Implementation for SLECE is expected to start in December 2024 and is expected to conclude in December 2028.
Ghana Education Outcomes Programme (GEOP)
The Government of Ghana has obtained World Bank’s funding to support the government’s strategy to improve basic education in Ghana, called Ghana Accountability for Learning Outcomes Project (GALOP). Part of this programme of work has been commissioned based on outcomes with the objective of “strengthening support for schools and Out of School Children (OOSC)”.
The programme will be delivered in approximately 22 rural districts, along with Kumasi and Accra urban centres. The rural districts are grouped into six contracting Lots with 85-100 schools each, with the two urban centres acting as another Lot. The programme will consist of two key components: (1) Accelerated Learning Programme (ALP) to support OOSC transition into mainstream schools and (2) Mainstream School Improvement Programme (MSIP) to support learning in GALOP beneficiary schools.
Out of the 6 rural lots, SDGOF is partnering with 2 different delivery partners, Rising and School for Life, to support interventions in Lot 3 and Lot 6. Implementation for GEOP started in January 2023 and is expected to conclude in December 2026. SDG OF is also partnering with Plan International to deliver in the Rural Lot from October 2024 to December 2026, this lot will only have the ALP component.
Rwanda Early Childhood Education Programme is currently in its procurement phase, with more details of the design expected to be finalised by end of the year 2025.

1. Purpose
The Impact Senior Analyst will be accountable for:
· Strategically guiding delivery partners in the development and implementation of effective MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) strategies.
· Enhancing the data capabilities of delivery partners, with a strategic emphasis on effective decision-making.
· Developing robust predictive models and frameworks that enable the team to forecast outcome achievements with confidence.
· Creating and disseminating actionable insights and learnings to support delivery partners and internal teams, emphasizing strategic problem-solving to enhance outcomes.
· Ensuring that delivery partners within the programme adopt data-driven approaches to continuously refine and improve service delivery.
· Leading and standardizing data analysis efforts across programmes, driving improvements in services, systems, and processes through collaborative work with the team.
· Spearheading the development of templates and process frameworks that empower delivery partners to achieve operational excellence.
· Overseeing and fulfilling comprehensive reporting requirements, including the preparation of impact assessments and reports for commissioners and the board.
· Strategically supporting financial processes by overseeing invoicing and budgeting to enhance financial efficiency and sustainability of projects.
2. Key Responsibilities
Delivery Impact
· Contribute to the development of an M&E framework for each education programme, with special focus on SLECE, that monitors the impact of projects and progress towards strategic and operational objectives.
· Facilitate collaboration among data analyst teams from delivery partners to proactively address challenges and co-create solutions aimed at enhancing service delivery
Process Improvement
· Lead strategic initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
· Refine and adapt existing working files and tools to optimize usability and performance, while evaluating current practices and identifying opportunities for substantial improvements.
· Identify opportunities for process automation and improving utilisation of management data
Data Analysis
· Deliver high-quality statistical analysis and comprehensive impact reports to engage diverse stakeholders and provide meaningful insights that include short, medium, and long-term projections for enhanced programme impact.
· Ensure the relevance and effectiveness of data dashboards by integrating early warning systems to highlight priority areas for action.
· Provide mentorship and strategic oversight to M&E teams within delivery partners, ensuring the effective completion of roles and responsibilities.
· Maintain meticulous attention to detail and ensure high standards of grammar and accuracy in all documentation.
Data Integrity
· Collate and update volumetric and programme data and systems, continually developing and refining data collection processes.
· Strengthen data reliability by enhancing data flow from beneficiaries through to final reporting.
· Ensure compliance with data protection legislations when retaining and sharing information.
· Identify opportunities for process automation and ease of access to information.
Impact Presentation
· Deliver consistent, aggregated representations of project performance against targets, ensuring clear and compelling presentations.
· Partner closely with the Programme Director and Manager to create and deliver engaging and accurate programme outcome presentations.
· Tailor communication to suit varied audiences, including formal presentations for high-level stakeholders.
Relationship Management
· Collaborate with Analyst colleagues to streamline data processes, minimizing manual interventions where possible.
· Foster strong, professional relationships with delivery partners to ensure a positive and effective engagement experience with BOP.
· Work collaboratively with finance and investment teams to monitor programme invoicing and maintain awareness of the intersection between outcome achievement and the financial status of the project.
· Actively contribute to stakeholder meetings and forums, demonstrating focus and attentiveness to discussions

DFN Project SEARCH is delivering transformative change, supporting, and helping young people with learning disabilities and autism into the world of work. Nationally only 4.8% of people with special educational needs and disabilities gain permanent paid employment in the UK yet 70 percent of DFN Project SEARCH graduates gain jobs, 60 percent of them achieving full-time permanent roles.
You will be required to improve the quality and outcomes of existing DFN Project SEARCH programmes across a geographical area. About the role
Key accountabilities but not limited to:
- Assisting the Programme Manager with effective implementation of CPP projects and activities, statistical data maintenance, promotion of shared learning and capacity building with external stakeholders
- Supporting the full lifecycle of the CPP project including planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and learning
- Provision of project documentation and reports in a timely and accessible way

- Skilled in designing, managing, and supporting programmes to facilitate inclusion of marginalized groups in governance, policy, campaigns, and decision making forums.
- Experience in participatory development, including participatory monitoring and evaluation
- Previous exposure to collaboration with ministries and agencies/institutions related to CPP and social inclusion such as the Ministry of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare, Ministry of Women Affairs for example
- Experience working with people living with disabilities, and communities, organisations of people with disabilities, and disability governance actors.
- Knowledgeable on national and international disability rights policy frameworks, advocacy issues, campaigns, and best practices in governance and policy review.
- Good knowledge of key national networks and organizations working for people with disability and social inclusion
- Current and ongoing right to work in Zimbabwe
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Available to travel within Zimbabwe for the length of the tenure

About the role
This role is available at an important time for The Access Project as we expand our mission, deliver a new programme model, and move into new school contexts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the skills for programme design and improvement, a strong interest in research, and a deep passion for our mission to support students to place and succeed at selective universities.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who is comfortable working across teams to make change. You’ll be the lead and expert on The Access Project’s in-school university readiness work with responsibility for designing and quality assuring the provision, supporting the learning and development of our front-line staff to effectively deliver the programme content. This position is integral to ensuring The Access Project is delivering a high-quality programme that supports the needs of our students and drives the outcomes of the programme across all regions and schools. The postholder will bring their knowledge of the HE sector and the experiences of our students to decisions about the direction of our own programme. They will also support further development of our programme-level Diversity and Inclusion work, to ensure that the programme is tailored where feasible to the needs of all students.
Role responsibilities
Design & Development
- Project manage and deliver our programme design process, leading the implementation of an agile, in-year approach to effectively iterate The Access Project’s Accelerate (2-year) programme.
- Lead the development of our self-paced online learning provision, incorporating learning from delivery and best practice from the sector.
- Work with the Head of Programme Development and Quality to incorporate University Access Officer, Programme Leadership, school, and student feedback on how to best drive short-term and long-term outcomes across our programmes.
- Project manage the implementation of changes driven out of programme design. This includes the creation of or changes to delivery resources and training materials, as well as our university readiness framework and the Salesforce system that supports delivery.
- Ensure we continue to update our long-standing Gateway (4-year) programme as part of standalone programme design project.
Research to inform programme design and quality
- Remain critically engaged with the widening participation/social mobility sector, and able to synthesise key changes/challenges and ensure that they are applicable/actionable by the organisation.
- Ensure that any relevant Widening Participate sector developments and trends are fed into The Access Project’s way of working. For example, this might be changes to resources for the programme or working with colleagues to communicate with students (e.g. plans for A Level Results Day).
- Provide nuanced insight about the WP/HE sector, with a coherent view of the landscape and how it’s changing, to enable The Access Project to make informed choices about our programme.
Quality Assurance
- Be responsible for the implementation of the university readiness strand of the quality assurance strategy, to drive the quality of the activities The Access Project delivers to young people in schools.
- Lead on the quality assurance of self-paced learning content, collaborating with Online Delivery colleagues to identify best practice and develop a comprehensive approach.
- Participate in The Access Project’s quality assurance processes, including performing drop-ins on University Access Officers, and coordinating with other members of the team to perform drop-ins in an efficient and effective manner.

Breaking Barriers is a specialist refugee employment charity. Refugees flee their homes in fear, with more hardship on their arrival in the UK: a new country, language and stigma. With a different work culture to navigate, refugees are four times more likely to be unemployed and are often left to face these barriers alone. Breaking Barriers' vision is for every refugee to access meaningful employment and build a new life. They do this through one-to-one advice and guidance, education, and training, and innovative partnerships.
Breaking Barriers is embarking on an exciting journey to increase the scale and impact of their employment services through the integration of a refugee support programme into their service. This includes the transfer of a team of staff, their programme operations and beginning of the process of operational integration. As a result, Breaking Barriers will provide an enhanced, joined-up service to clients across the UK and support more refugees.
Reporting into the Director of Services, the Programmes Integration Lead will provide management and oversight to the transferred teams, while developing and managing integration projects and plans. The role will be part of the Services Senior Management Team, acting as a focal point between the transferred teams and the wider services team and other key internal stakeholders, and ensure integration is a success.

We are looking for an exceptional Programme Officer who has experience of working within an INGO and programme management on Oncho and LF. You will work closely with partners and stakeholders to support the success of Sightsavers programmes including Reaching the Last Mile (RLM) and Eliminating LF in Africa (ELFA) as well as Neglected Tropical Diseased (NTDs) programmes within Ghana.
As Programme Officer NTDs, you be engaged with partners and stakeholder, providing support and ensuring deadlines are adhered to. You will support budgeting within programme delivery and provide all aspects of programmatic support to the ELFA and RLM programmes, including monitoring and evaluation, develop work plans and log frames and producing reports
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrable working experience of programme management within Oncho) and Lymphatic Filariasis (LF) within an NGO environment
- Strong working experience of all aspects of project management in community development programmes
- Excellent Monitoring and Evaluation skills
- Good research skills
- Experience of budget development and use in programme implementation
- Experience of working with partners and stakeholders, including the Ghana Health Service
- Experience in neglected topical diseases elimination
- Experience in research and behaviour change communication
- Experience of Disease Management and Disability Inclusion (DMDI) is desirable
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 8 weeks a year

Purpose of the role:
- Delivering training to a variety of people from different sectors and backgrounds
- Designing, launching and maintaining eLearning modules
- Designing and organising trainings requested by clients and proactively launching new training programs
- Critically reviewing and improving our current processes for creating and delivering training internally
- Working across our Business Service team to support Business Engagement Managers with clients who have requested training
- Researching and proposing new training ideas based on events, market trends or client feedback
- Being the leader on training in Business Services, providing insights, support and ideas to the wider team

Details:
- Salary: £30,900 per annum (pro-rated for part-time hours).
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week (part-time may be considered).
- Location: Unseen’s head office in Bristol – Hybrid approach with some working from home days. A degree of flexibility will be required. Includes regular travel to Unseen’s Head Office in Bristol and to client offices across the UK.
