About the Role:

This role is crucial in the long-term retention and growth of our partnership revenue streams. The role requires strong interpersonal, negotiation, and project management skills to maintain and nurture mutually beneficial strategic alliances to enhance Urban Synergy’s capacity and reach. The position also provides value to our partners and will ensure our collaborations with businesses, foundations, government agencies, and non-profit organisations are sponsored, supported, and sustainable.

We will be looking for someone who can offer more to really get themselves stuck into Urban Synergy to help grow the company and develop the role into their own.

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Corporate partners within FTSE 250.

Develop and implement a partnership strategy to enhance financial support and resources for Urban Synergy programmes.

Develop tailored partnership packages that align with the philanthropic priorities and interests of our Corporate partners.

Prepare compelling and professionally written proposals and presentations to potential corporate partners. Ensure they are aligned with the interests of potential partners.

Effectively communicate the impact and benefits of partnerships to prospective sponsors.

Lead negotiations and finalise partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with Urban Synergy's values and goals.

Work with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance.

Collaborate with programme managers to ensure seamless integration of corporate partnerships into Urban Synergy's initiatives.

Provide regular updates to the leadership team on partnership progress and outcomes.

Work closely with the finance team to manage and report on the financial aspects of corporate partnerships.

Ensure budgetary alignment with partnership goals and objectives.

Who we are looking for:

Proven experience in a partnership development or similar role, preferable within the non-profit sector.

Bachelors’ Degree in Business, management, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

The Head of Delivery is responsible for all aspects of programme organisation and delivery. They are a vital and senior position expected to bring exceptional social work knowledge and expertise to the implementation and further development of Approach Social Work and wider work of the charity. They are required to work collaboratively with all teams on the programme, including curriculum, admissions and support, recruitment, partnerships and programme management.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about driving standards in social work through excellent practice, leadership and innovation, who can manage a geographically dispersed team and work effectively and closely with the Head of Delivery (North) and Head of Curriculum to ensure  a consistent one-team approach to programme delivery. 

The successful candidate will be a highly effective leader and manager of people with an ability to operationalise a large programme and develop strategic plans that support retention and quality. You will have a clear vision for outstanding social work practice and education with a commitment to systemic practice and other practice models.

We Are Listening is a new charity, created to provide an alternative befriending service for
elderly, isolated and vulnerable people who may feel socially excluded. Our mission is to
help relieve their isolation and to assist their integration back into society by providing a
telephone and/or correspondence based befriending service.

 Management, development and service delivery of key programmes including Good Call
(our new telephone befriending service) and Postbox (a pen pal programme).

The Senior Programme Innovation Manager will lead MyBnk’s programme development, innovation, evaluation, and quality assurance. This role ensures that our programmes are:

As part of the Programmes and Delivery Directorate and the Senior Management Team (SMT), the post holder will drive programme innovations using data, evidence, external best practice and triangulated with feedback from trainers and learners to maintain MyBnk’s position as a market leader of learner-centred programme design. The role is focused on enabling programme flexibility while ensuring that our delivery remains rigorous and outcomes-driven. 

As part of its strategy, The Trust has ambitious plans to grow its access to the workplace programmes at both pre and post 18 age groups, in new and innovative ways. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Programmes Senior Officer to join our team and support the expansion of the Sutton Trust programmes.

The successful candidate will deliver the existing Careers Plus programme and will be responsible for s setting up two new industry strands in Tech and Consulting. They will also be responsible for the employer engagement of its Pathways to Engineering programme. They will join a small team and will play an important role in contributing to the on-going success of our programme work and industry engagement strategy.

The Senior Officer will work closely with the Programmes and Development teams to develop and deliver impactful programmes across a range of sectors. This is an extremely exciting time to be at the Trust and the role will require individuals to be creative and to think strategically about our approach.

This role will fit into a team of nine, led by the Head of Employability, and will be line managed by the Senior Employer Engagement Manager.

Main duties

• Plan and implement delivery for the three Careers Plus programmes, including skills sessions, work experience and mentoring across a range of sectors (Tech, Consulting and Law)
• Liaise with external delivery organisations to ensure the sessions and content of the programme meets its intended aims
• Recruit and manage a cohort of Careers Plus students (three strands, 30-60 students per strand), leading on communication to drive engagement and attendance across programme activities
• Evaluate the programme activities and delivery model to enable future programme development
• Supporting the effective delivery of high-quality in-person and virtual work experience and employer engagement as part of the Trust’s Pathways to Engineering and Access Apprenticeships in Engineering programmes.

Person Specification

About the role

As the Account Project Manager, you will contribute to and effectively support our global programme partnerships work, to achieve Save the Children's strategic objectives.

The focus of the role will be to influence a complex network of internal stakeholders to develop strategic movement-wide solutions that respond to systemic operational challenges faced by the UN Accounts.

You will ensure effective knowledge management and capacity building for the UN Agency accounts where SCUK is the lead Account Member – including funded programmes, pipeline and influencing work. You will also contribute to the development of the wider partnership agenda with other multilateral partners that the three UN agencies work with. 

 In this role, you will: 

• Ensure a broad-ranging and inclusive partnership. This includes:

• Contributing to the implementation of SCUK's partnerships strategy to nurture effective partnerships.

• Supporting the organisation to continually build strategic understanding of partner and any evolving trends that may impact the relationship.

• Secure support and buy-in of colleagues from across the organisation to contribute to our engagement with the UN.

About you

To be successful, it is important that you have:

In this role you will provide crucial customer service and administration to support the delivery of our inspiring employability and skills-focused workshops in schools.

Hybrid working

This is a hybrid role. You will be working from home and join Team Together Days in a co-working space in London 2-3 individual days each month. These days are considered commuting days. You do not need to live in London to apply for this role, but you will need to consider what you feel is a reasonable commuting distance for the team days in London.

Criteria

Candidates must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of institutional funding, including current priorities, requirements, and practices of institutional donors. A strong background in grant management and compliance is essential, with proven experience in managing grant-funded projects and producing high-quality narrative and financial reports. Candidates should have excellent budgeting skills, a keen attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Effective communication skills are crucial, particularly the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Familiarity with databases, Microsoft Office, and funder portals is also required. Experience in working within an international organisation and providing remote support to colleagues globally is highly desirable.

Location Homebased in the UK, with ability to travel to team workshops/ meetings in the South/ Southwest on an approximately quarterly basis; and to travel internationally approximately 1-2 weeks per quarter

Role Overview

You will manage projects/ programmes delivered through a range of modalities (in person, online, blended) across countries and regions, and in collaboration with partners and other service providers. You will also lead on and/ or contribute to cross-cutting initiatives which develop our organisational capacity as we grow. Reporting to the Head of Programmes, you will work closely with other project managers as well as colleagues in business development, communications, and facilitation design and delivery. You will find colleagues keen to work with you in the context and spirit of our values. Some international travel (up to 1-2 weeks per quarter) is generally envisaged for project managers, subject to business needs.

SoWN is responsible for managing the allocation of £1m of Neighbourhood Community Investment Levy in accordance with a grant agreement with Lambeth Council as well as the distribution of health and wellbeing grants from Lambeth Health, and for the Community Chest from the London Eye Section 106 agreement. SoWN is a small and passionate voluntary team with extensive experience and knowledge of the area, its communities, and working with our partners.

About the role

You will be responsible for sourcing and assessing projects, coordinating implementation, and overseeing delivery. It is a critical role, with an equal emphasis on strategic oversight and delivery. Reporting to SoWN’s Chair, you will work closely with a Steering Group comprised of our partner organisations. You will ensure that the aspirations of the Waterloo and South Bank Neighbourhood Plan are co-ordinated and delivered. In doing so, you will continually demonstrate your understanding of the neighbourhood and all relevant and related strategies, policies, projects, and services. 

Your key priorities will be to work with Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy (NCIL) and Section 106 grant recipients to ensure high-quality delivery of agreed outcomes and to secure long-term funding to enhance local wellbeing and green spaces. You will also be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the Steering Group’s strategy, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the neighbourhood and relevant policies and projects.

Who we are looking for

You will have at least five years of relevant experience, particularly in a partnership or multi-agency setting, demonstrating a successful track record in project management, including meeting objectives on time and within budget. You will possess strong knowledge of developing specifications and managing procurement processes, ensuring compliance with regulations. We also seek someone with experience of managing complex budgets with multiple income streams. Essentially, you will have the proven ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including local authorities, the private sector, and community and voluntary organisations.

You will have experience working with local government and community organisations, along with strong advocacy skills for influencing diverse stakeholders. You will need to be capable of managing workloads, meeting deadlines, and presenting effective business cases for change. The role requires building strong community links, translating strategy into practical outcomes, and working both independently and under pressure. A flexible, "can-do" team player who consistently delivers high standards is essential.
