Summary

What you’ll be doing …
The main purpose of this role is to provide effective administrative and onsite support to the events team across events, conferences, training courses and venue hire. You will be highly organised with a keen eye for detail and have enthusiasm for events and working for a membership organisation.
Overall responsibilities / requirements …
- To support the events team with managing sales and general events enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supporting the team on delivering show rounds to prospective clients when needed.
- Work collaboratively with the Venue Hire Lead, Head of Events and Buildings Manager to communicate key information taking place across Burlington House.
- To support events with raising invoices and resolving queries in a timely manner.
- To support events with conference administration including delegate liaison, abstract management, badges and event requirements.
- To support events with training course administration including delegate liaison, course materials management and training requirements.
Event Operations:
- To support the events team with ad-hoc events out of hours where needed across the year.
- Ensure the events spaces are well maintained in collaboration with the Buildings Manager and Venue Hire Lead.
Teamwork:
- To be proactive in identifying areas for potential improvement in the events administration process.
- To take part in developing more efficient ways of working within the team attending team meetings and updating on administrative areas.
- To ensure that positive working relationships are continued across departments at GSL
- To participate in wider meetings including External Relations and Health & Safety.

About The Role

The Senior Legacy and In Memory Fundraiser will play a key role in delivering our Legacy and In Memory programmes. The role
The purpose of this role is to be our expert in Legacy and In Memory marketing and fundraising. You will lead on the day-to-day delivery of our Legacy and In Memory marketing campaigns - from inception to evaluation, as well as testing new channels.

About you
We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in all marketing tools and channel including both digital and non-digital.
You will have solid experience managing marketing activity from concept, planning, design, print, production and postage. And have extensive experience in all stages of the supporter journey – acquisition, consideration, conversion, retention and long-term loyalty.
You will have a proven track record in growing supporter engagement and loyalty with a relationship management approach, ideally within the charitable sector.
You will also have extensive experience of developing and project managing a variety of fundraising and marketing campaigns and other projects within budget and on time.

About the role:

The Events Fundraiser is responsible for supporting the Events Manager to the plan and deliver Rainbow Trust's events programme. Role Outline
Reporting directly to the Head of Fundraising, the Fundraising Assistant will support the Trust’s long term funding strategy. They will have an excellent understanding of violence against women and girls, risk management and of best practice within the young people’s sector. As an experienced youth worker who has worked with young women and girls with complex and multiple needs, the post holder will be skilled in risk management and safety and support planning, remaining calm in a crisis and in handling sensitive information on a daily basis.
Experience of direct work with young women and girls who have experienced abuse, and of working within safeguarding procedures is essential for this post, as is the need to adopt and promote a strong partnership approach to service provision.

About the role
This role will lead on the strategic development of the London community repair network. Building on the 40+ groups and volunteers that have grown over the last 13 years, you will help to develop and strengthen the network.
This will include understanding and addressing challenges faced by the groups, developing a monitoring and evaluation framework and strategically addressing barriers to engagement so that anyone who wishes to can benefit from community repair in London.
Working with the London network, you will help to increase the number of community repair events on offer to Londoners, strengthen the volunteer community, and get more people involved in community repair.
You will work with the volunteers in the network and with external partners that can help new audiences to get involved. You will deliver events and opportunities commissioned by local authorities, developing the offer and increasing income from paid activity.

Management of the London network

Develop and deliver a strategy for strengthening and growing the London community repair network over the next 3 years

Develop and deliver an insights, monitoring and evaluation framework to identify needs within the London network and barriers to diverse groups volunteering and participating in repair events. You will have support from an expert consultant for this.

Develop and deliver a recruitment, training and skillshare program to address the needs identified, with freelance support.

Job Location: Monday-Thursday split between 2 schools in Islington and Friday working from home.
The charity’s mission is to support students from disadvantaged backgrounds to access top universities, through a unique combination of tuition and in-school mentoring. The University Access Officer mentors GCSE students, delivering group workshops, mentoring and coaching them on how to access and transition to university.

About the Role
The aim of Advice Service Supervisor is to maintain a consistent quality of advice and help for clients by providing support, guidance and feedback on a day to day basis. There are 3 main areas:
