We are Fair4All Finance. We are a not-for-profit organisation working with Financial Services providers to improve the financial wellbeing of people in vulnerable circumstances by increasing access to fair, affordable and appropriate financial products and services.
We are continuing our work following our latest round of funding, and as a result we are now seeking a Finance Manager (Accounting) to ensure our financial operations are as impactful and efficient as our mission.
The Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of financial and management accounting, treasury management, and process and systems optimisation. As our Finance Manager, you will oversee financial and management reporting, maintain robust internal controls, and drive operational efficiencies to support the organisation’s mission. Specialising in Accounting, you’ll manage the integrity of our general ledger, oversee accounts payable/receivable functions, and design efficient processes to support financial transparency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead external audits and ensure compliance with relevant UK accounting standards (e.g., FRS102 or IFRS), regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Manage core financial operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and payroll accuracy.
• Develop and strengthen financial controls and risk management processes to maintain reporting integrity and mitigate financial risks.
• Deliver timely and transparent financial reporting, including management accounts and reports for senior leadership, governance bodies, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee treasury and cash flow management, including forecasting, reserve optimisation, and banking relationships.
• Support and mentor junior finance staff, while also collaborating with non-finance teams to build financial literacy and ensure process adherence.
• Drive process improvement and efficiency, while acting as a trusted advisor across the organisation and contributing to strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Essential experience:
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong technical accounting expertise.
• Proven experience in financial management, audit, and compliance.
• Proficiency in optimising AP/AR and ledger workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience working collaboratively with non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a small, agile organisation

• Experience working in a small business, not-for-profit, charity, NGO, public sector, or finance organisation.

The role and your key responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups.
You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week).
Your key responsibilities will include:

Work with schools and colleges to provide resources and strategies which maximise staff and student engagement with Unifrog, identifying and promoting best practice across partner schools.

Deliver targeted training sessions to staff within our partner schools and colleges via workshops and presentations, delivered remotely or in person.

Work with your partner Area Manager to improve Unifrog engagement and achieve a sky high resubscription rate.

Monitor and analyse usage across partner schools and colleges; identifying partners that need additional support to use the platform effectively.

Listen to teachers and students about how we can improve our customer service and the Unifrog platform.

Attend conferences and run CPD events on behalf of Unifrog.

Direct Marketing Manager-Retention at the Disasters Emergency Committee is pivotal when we launch an appeal. They will shape and deliver new and existing supporter journeys for the DEC’s individual, community and legacy donors, and lead a programme of improvement across all major contact points between the DEC and the public.
The purpose of the role is to:
- Contribute to and develop DEC direct marketing strategies, including the refreshing, implementation and analysis of the DEC’s segmentation, to maximise future income and continually improve the retention of individual supporters for future emergency appeals,
- Lead on the production of retention and reporting back materials for individual and community supporters,
- Manage the development and maintenance of specific supporter journeys,
- Develop and oversee the materials and supporter positioning for a light touch and mainly reactive legacy marketing programme for the DEC.
The role will deliver responsibilities for strategy and planning, fundraising, networking and building relationships. You must have strong direct marketing experience with a focus on high volume donor acquisition and demonstrable knowledge of direct marketing techniques such as direct mail, email, SMS and SMS content management systems.
A proven track record of developing effective digital and direct marketing strategies, which resulted in significant growth of income and retention of a charity’s individual supporters. Experience of managing complex budgets and proven ability to manage a complex operational plan within very short timeframes and within budget.
You must have excellent understanding of donor motivations, managing donor relationships, supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
Ideally you will have experience of working in the international humanitarian aid sector, have excellent understanding of current trends within charity direct marketing and have used Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google analytics.
An ability to work under extreme pressure during appeals and to very tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail is a key driver for success in this role.
You will join a collaborative team, department and organisation that excels in maximising their fundraising effort in response to disasters that keeps donors and recipients of funds updated and engaged throughout and beyond the journey of an appeal.

About the Role

You will be required to
- Actively seek, secure and maintain new long-term commercially viable corporate partnership sales opportunities through networking, direct targeting and via business related social media
- Develop a pipeline of corporate partner prospects in line with the business strategies, goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential corporate partners, through securing and leading new business meetings
- Provide first point of contact and dedicated account management for corporate partners dealing with any queries or new requirements that may arise
- Monitor and manage corporate partner feedback to support development and client service improvement initiatives
- Oversight of corporate partnership accounts ensuring delivery of all agreed terms and requirements, while enabling sponsors’ objectives are met
- Attend client meetings and internal stakeholder and management meetings as the representative of the Corporate Partnerships team

What are we looking for?

Additional Information
We ask all members of Age UK's Partnerships and Philanthropy department to work from our London office at least once a week to enable collaboration, skills development and team dynamics (currently Thursdays).

We’re seeking a skilled CRO Analyst on a fixed term contract basis to join an exciting experimentation program, where you’ll own the end-to-end CRO process for our fundraising event products such as the famous London to Brighton bike ride.
Supported by developers, UX designers, content creators and tracking implementation specialists, you’ll be responsible for defining and delivering the experimentation roadmap for BHF Events products, spanning insight, test ideation, test completion, analysis and stakeholder management.
In this role you’ll set up funnels and other custom reports and generate actionable insights as well as devise experiments and optimisation strategies that will align with business goals.
You’ll develop strong collaborative relationships with our BHF Events product owners, analyse the customer journey, provide teams with key insights, monitor and report on performance, and manage a programme of testing to measurably improve conversions.

About You
An advanced user of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), you have extensive experience analysing onsite journeys, end-to-end conversion funnel reporting, and planning and running experiments (particularly A/B testing).
With strong data analysis skills, you can set up funnels and other custom reports and generate actionable insights from them. A strategic thinker with a result-driven approach, you can devise experiments and optimisation strategies that adhere to best practice and align with business goals.
Collaborative, proactive and positive, you are a team player with experience working and building relationships cross-functionally to deliver outcomes. With excellent communication skills, you can communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders and colleagues.
Possessing a customer-centric mindset, you are always focused on delivering great user experience.
You bring knowledge and experience of the following tools and techniques:
- Strong knowledge of GA4 and digital analytics in general
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools, such as Looker Studio or PowerBI
- A/B testing best practices and experimentation management
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with testing tools, such as ABTasty, Optimizely or VWO
- Basic knowledge of usability best practice and user-centred design principles
Your current job title may be CRO Analyst, Web Analyst, Digital Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Manager, CRO Specialist, CRO Manager, Experimentation Specialist, Experimentation Manager, Experiment Analyst, or a related field.
Working arrangements
12-month fixed term contract, with possibility of extension. Start date is as soon as possible.
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London Office.

Salary: Up to £45,000 pro rata (£36,400 actual)
Location: Home-based with some travel to attend meetings and visit our communities in Hertfordshire, Gloucestershire, Yorkshire, and Worcestershire.

The Individual Giving Manager plays a pivotal role in transforming the lives of the people we support by developing and delivering an exceptional Individual Giving programme alongside our Fundraising Director. Currently generating around 35% of our annual fundraised income, this programme is a critical engine powering our mission to unlock the connection between people and the planet for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health problems.

What you’ll bring to the role:
·Evidence of working at manager level to develop and implement successful fundraising strategies.
·Proven track record in increasing income through donor acquisition and retention.
·Evidence of achieving annual fundraising targets, maintaining an acceptable ROI, and managing budgets.
·Experience of leading the creative development of Individual Giving propositions and developing fundraising products.
·Evidence of working effectively with teams and building relationships internally and externally.
·Building, developing and managing partnerships with agencies and suppliers that deliver target results, value-for-money, compliance, and commitment to our values.
·Good data analysis and insight skills.
·Proficiency in using CRM databases for donor management and data segmentation.
·A direct marketing background would also be beneficial
Ideally, we are looking for someone to be based either within corridors of Midlands to London or Manchester to York. You will be a home worker with some travel to attend team meetings and visit our communities in Hertfordshire, Gloucestershire, Yorkshire, and Worcestershire.
The role is permanent, ideally working 30hrs per a week which can be worked flexibly across 4 or 5 days within our operational hours.
