Job description

Age UK is recruiting! We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Retail Bought in goods team as an Administrator.

The successful applicant will utilise their skills providing first line support to our Retail shops and offering specific administration and support to the Bought in goods buyer.

Based at our Warrington site, you will be responsible for updating our communications team with Bought in Goods updates, processing orders received on behalf of all shops within a divisional area and support all operations departments with both administration and customer service tasks while fostering positive relationships with shops, volunteers and customers.

If you are a motivated Administrator looking to use your skills to support a charity that provides vital services and support to older people, then this may be the role for you!

Must haves:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar administrator role . A, I
  • Office based experience working within an administrative environment or supporting a retail estate. A, I

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft365 and Windows 10 applications, particularly Excel, TEAMS & Outlook A, I

  • Empathic approach to customer service/signposting A, I
