Age UK is offering an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Change Manager to support local Age UKs to maintain and enhance their strategic positioning, financial sustainability, and governance.
This role will provide support to both individual and groups of local Age UKs in relation to organisational development, significant strategic change, contingency planning, and crisis management. Support will need to be provided in a timely, focused, and impactful manner.
The Strategic Change Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders across the Network to develop and implement robust project plans, take a proactive approach to challenges, and ensure the continuity of high-quality services and support for older people.
The role will have responsibility for overseeing a small team of Network & Engagement Managers whose focus is to develop and maintain strong relationships with Chief Officers and Chairs of local Age UKs.

Salary advertised is reflective of a hybrid/London contract, a blend of home working and working from our central London office.
This role may also be considered as a home-based contract - salary £52,326 - £57,834
There is a requirement to travel to sites across the Age UK Network, when required.

Must haves:
- Excellent understanding of the policy and legislative environment in which Age UK services operate, current and future issues in the charity sector, governance, and legal framework and how it translates into reality.
- Knowledge of the role of statutory, voluntary, and private sectors in relation to service provision for older people.
- Knowledge of services for older people, with a particular focus on those provided by local Age UKs.

The Finance Systems Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Business Central, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

The Role
The Philanthropic Partnerships Assistant plays an important role in supporting the financial sustainability objectives of GGF UK. The postholder is responsible for managing a portfolio of trust and foundations partnerships giving up to $200,000 per year, and will also be responsible for stewarding our portfolio of individual giving supporters donating up to £10,000 per year. With excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, the candidate will have a proven ability to create compelling proposals, presentations, reports, and other materials. The Grants Manager ensures the quality of and efficient processes for proposal development and grants management; and manages the delivery of the IRC UK’s business development ambitions under the Strategic Action Plan.
Key Working Relationships:
Position reports to Director RAI UK. Position works closely with the Regional Grants Advisor, Program Development Advisor, Head of Programmes and RAI UK project leads.

Business Development:
- Identify, investigate, track, and support positioning for funding opportunities for IRC UK in in collaboration with regional business development and RAI UK management
- Develop, lead, and track proposal development processes, directly coordinating and managing the development of proposals and concept notes in collaboration with multiple stakeholders;
- Ensure proposals are timely tracked with standard IRC tracking tools
- Assist in compiling and editing proposal budgets and ensure communication and coordination between all departments (finance, programs, and operations) in drafting of budgets
- Provide weekly update to RAI UK on business development, including go/no-go, proposals submitted, wins / losses, etc;

- Review and advise on all partner agreements (including log frame, budget, spending and workplan); ensure review of partner agreements and provide recommendations
- Ensure adherence to IRC’s Partnership Excellence for Equality and Results System (the ‘PEER System’ or ‘PEERS’) in the selection and management of IRC UK’s partnerships.
