We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Fundraising to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that supports our growth and impact. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing funding from a diverse range of sources, with a focus on trusts and foundations.

This role is crucial in ensuring Well Grounded can continue to provide life-changing opportunities for those we support across the UK. This role will largely focus on fundraising for our regional activity building new fundraising partnerships.

We are looking for an experienced Grants Commissioning Manager to join our Grants & Commissioning Team based in Portsmouth. The Commissioning Manager will support the Head of Commissioned Grants with all elements of the commissioning cycle including understanding need, designing projects, performance management of delivery and reporting of impact as well as providing and developing commissioning and project support, in line with RNRMC’s commissioning and partnership funding model.The role will work with internal and external stakeholders regarding the performance of grants programmes to ensure quality, evidenced outputs, and value for money of projects.

In addition, you may be asked to line manage team members, taking responsibility for actively and proactively supporting them to achieve in their post.

Experience and Background

You will be an experienced commissioning manager with excellent interpersonal skills. Hours of Work

Hours of work are 35 hours per week, 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.

The salary range for the post is between £ 38,000 to £ 45,000 per annum, according to skills and experience.

The Sociological Review Foundation is seeking its first Development Manager to join its team. This role, reporting directly to the Operations Director, presents a unique opportunity to drive the organisation’s strategic growth initiatives and fundraising calls, expand partnerships, and generate revenue through the sale of services.

We’re looking for a youth worker to lead our weekly educational youth club programme in Bournemouth. Delivered in partnership with International Care Network (ICN), sessions take place on a weekly basis between 4.30-7.30pm throughout the year including school holidays.

The role is six hours a week (three hours on a Wednesday at Club Class plus three hours a week for planning/prep/meetings).

Main purpose of the role:

The youth worker will plan, deliver and facilitate educational and cultural activities to separated children (16-21 years old) in the context of an interactive youth club held weekly in partnership with the ICN in Bournemouth. Although you will prepare and deliver the materials, you will be supported by our youth support worker and ICN support worker during the actual Club Class session. Plus one support worker from ICN and one staff member from Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole local authority (BCP LA) – usually a personal advisor or social worker.

Main duties:

• Research, plan and devise educational activities/classes for the weekly sessions based on our Club Class framework
• Deliver and facilitate the weekly Club Class with the support of our youth support worker and the ICN support worker.
• Source outside facilitators on occasion (on a voluntary basis) to deliver specialist sessions 
• Ensure sessions are young people-led and participants have an opportunity to input into future Club Class sessions using our participatory feedback mechanism 
• Provide emotional support and guidance to the group (please note this is not a casework role), referring individual young people to their case worker where one-to-one support is required.
• Ensure the highest level of safeguarding for the young people attending with adherence to The Separated Child Foundation’s safeguarding policy
• Work with the Programme Manager to evaluate Club Class with participants to ensure the sessions are appropriate and relevant to their needs, and propose amendments and improvements to the Club Class framework as required
• Gather feedback (anonymised where necessary) from participants to populate social media, support funding bids and include in programme management reporting
• Provide line manager with regular feedback on the sessions and future plans during routine catch up calls and Programme Manager in-person visits

Person Specification:

• Experience in planning and delivering youth-led interactive group workshops using varied techniques and approaches

Following a series of significant new business wins, the Corporate Fundraising Team at CALM are looking to grow. We are looking for an ambitious and experienced account manager who is motivated by results and a natural-born relationship builder. 

The role will be responsible for managing, growing and extending a portfolio of existing corporate partnerships, and, where appropriate, may be asked to support with new business by attending meetings, pitches and staff votes on an ad hoc basis. This role reports into the Corporate Fundraising Lead.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent relationship management to a portfolio of corporate partners (worth approx. £20k-100k per annum), including, but not limited to, producing account management plans, setting partnership objectives, supporting fundraising initiatives and employee engagement, thereby significantly contributing to the corporate fundraising budget and strategy.

• Ensure partnership milestones and fundraising targets are monitored, met, reported on and celebrated with key internal and external stakeholders.

• Confidently represent CALM at key meetings and events, where public speaking and the delivery of CALM Champion Workshops may be required.

• Work closely with the Services, Data and MarComms teams to build engaging, accurate and tailored impact reports for partners that encourage long-term support.

• Continue to seek ways of deepening partner relationships, and spotting opportunities for growth and extensions where possible, contributing to CALM’s strategy of growing repeatable, sustainable income. 

• Devise sustainable exit strategies for partners that leave behind a lasting legacy for CALM.

• Build strong working relationships and collaborate closely with colleagues across CALM to complement partnership activity.

• Use data, insight and subject matter expertise to inform team strategy, budgeting and reporting.

• Support the corporate partnerships team, where necessary, in securing new partnerships. This may involve (but not limited to) providing quotes or case studies, attending meetings or pitches, and canvassing for staff votes.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE 

We have worked in partnership with the Young Roots charity for the last five years providing a service to young, unaccompanied asylum seekers aged between 16 and 25 and we are looking for a Senior Clinical Psychologist to manage and support this work.

As a Senior Clinical Psychologist within the Young Roots psychology service, you will report to a Senior Clinical Psychologist at HBF/Head of Therapies and manage the clinical services of the Young Roots Partnership.

This role will include management of the overall partnership project, delivery of highly specialised psychological assessments for both medico-legal and clinical purposes, provision of appropriate evidence-based therapies, delivery of clinical supervision to qualified clinicians, assistant and trainee clinical psychologists on final year specialist placements, and non-clinical members of staff. The role will also include input into policy, research and fundraising and delivery of consultancy and training.

We are looking for someone who is committed to working therapeutically with young people who experienced human rights abuses and post-migration stressors and present with trauma spectrum disorders, depression, and anxiety as a result. In addition to proven experience in working therapeutically with this client group, the candidate will have a passion for human rights work beyond the individual client work, and a desire to contribute to effecting change at a policy level.  This role requires the ability to react and respond creatively and appropriately to the needs of the charity.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the supervision of senior clinicians at the Helen Bamber Foundation, work independently to ensure the delivery of a range of evidence based psychological therapies to clients.

· Provide specialist psychological assessments and deliver trauma-focused psychological therapies to clients of the Helen Bamber Foundation.

· Train in the preparation of medico-legal reports and where relevant, contribute to the preparation of these reports for clients.

· Develop and carry out audits and research projects.

· Provide internal and external training in collaboration with your line manager.

· Supervise junior staff. This may include newly qualified psychologists, trainee clinical psychologists, assistant psychologists, and research assistants.

· Provide supervisory support for non-clinical staff where needed.

· Liaise with other non-statutory and statutory organisations on matters of clinical care, safeguarding and policy.

· Monitor the effectiveness of the interventions provided and provide feedback to funding bodies in the form of data and reports.

· Promote the work of the Helen Bamber Foundation at conferences and other events.

Purpose of the Job 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a clinical lead working within our Mental Health Support Teams and wider Children and Young People’s Services. As an integral part of our services, you will ensure the high-quality delivery of mental health interventions for children and young people. You will provide  clinical supervision and support to a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practice and national guidelines. This role involves overseeing the delivery of low-intensity and early intervention mental health support within schools and the community for children and young people between the ages of 5-18 (for young people with SEND under 25). In addition, you will ensure professional development and clinical governance.

• Providing case management and clinical supervision (1:1 and group) and some line management
• Supporting the team to write sensitive and appropriate reports concerning the assessment, formulation and treatment plans of children and young people

Essential

• Professional qualification (e.g., Clinical Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Mental Health Nursing).

• Significant experience (minimum of 5 years) in child and adolescent mental health, including direct work with children and families with complex needs

The role is responsible to the Chief Executive and for contributing to the effective day-to-day running of the CRT, ensuring we demonstrate good governance and fulfil our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. The important stuff 

Salary: £26,000, pro rata (£20,800)

Hours: Part-time, 4 days a week, 9.30am - 5.30pm (with some flexibility and occasional evening or weekend work for events such as Spear Celebrations)

Location: The Mount, St Helen’s

Key Responsibilities

Oversight of Spear Programme

• Lead group sessions of around 10 young people each, using coaching skills to transform attitudes to their own ability and the workplace, and to raise their awareness and maximise potential in stepping into the world of work.​
• Prepare and coach group and 1-1 sessions with the Spear Coach.​
• Ensure the programme is delivered in line with agreed targets, and report KPIs on recruitment, retention and completion of Spear Trainees to Resurgo and the Spear Trust, as well as their ongoing progress and sustainment of work or education.

Partnership liaison and relationship management

• Establish the primary local referral agencies and build and implement a strategy for developing relationships with them to ensure recruitment of young people onto the Spear programme is effective. ​
• Maintain and develop relationships with local partners to form a strong referral network.​

Line Management and training

• Manage the Spear Coach, using a coaching approach to invest in their growth and development.
• Be line managed by Resurgo to support with the set-up and ongoing operations of the centre and report back on KPIs.

Church Community

• The Spear Centre Manager is directly employed by The Mount, meaning you are part of a vibrant church staff team and submerged in an exciting faith community.
• You will be required to establish strong relationships with key people at the church to ensure the engagement and backing of church members, and help to establish a strong presence at the church to build a network of supporters for the Spear programme.
• Ensure the Spear programme is a key missional feature of the work of the church; this may involve attending church events and speaking at services.

Site management and set-up

• Work with the Church to set up the training room and IT infrastructure for the new Spear Centre in advance of opening.​
• Liaise with relevant staff locally on-site issues and work to resolve them as soon as possible, ensuring the office and training room are safe and tidy working spaces in line with health and safety policies.​.
• Other ad hoc church responsibilities from time to time.

As a Broadcast Fundraising Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for maximising fundraising opportunities through on-air and digital broadcasts. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies for on-air and digital broadcasts.  
• Collaborating with production teams to create compelling on-air content.  
• Managing and cultivating relationships with existing and potential donors.  
• Analysing fundraising performance data and optimising results.  
• Overseeing the development of on-air fundraising scripts and materials.  
• Ensuring all fundraising is in line with our charitable aims, fundraising approach and missional pillars (Souls, Israel, Revival).
