About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our small but high performing philanthropy and special events team. This role works alongside our senior trusts and statutory manager and head of trusts and statutory to secure funding from charitable trusts and foundations. It’s responsible for managing and growing support from small to mid-level value trusts through compelling proposals and exceptional stewardship.
About you
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to grow and develop their experience in trust fundraising and make a significant difference for people affected by breast cancer. You’ll be a strong written and verbal communicator who’s passionate about building relationships with charitable trusts and foundations. With a proactive approach and excellent attention to detail, you’ll be able to work well independently and as part of a busy fundraising team. You’ll have experience of managing competing priorities, with the ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.

We are keen to employ THREE part-time Practitioners – TWO working daytime shifts (8am to 8.30pm) and ONE Practitioner working night shifts. (8pm to 8.30am).
Children & Young People’s Residential Practitioners
Location: Working exclusively at our all-female Children’s Home, Yvonne House, SW8 (Zone 2)
Salary: £27,400 to £29,000 pa + benefits (pro-rata)
Hours: Part-time (27hrs per week), shift work
The setting is an all-female Children’s Home for 13-to-17-year-olds. Whilst the home is stunning, modern, and purpose-built, our greatest asset is our people.
Ideal candidates will join a strong team of Practitioners who put love and kindness into everything they do.
We are passionate about learning and development and committed to providing an outstanding experience for all staff.
Part-time Practitioners work two 12-hr shifts per week. One shift Monday to Friday plus either a Saturday or a Sunday shift. You will also need to be available for meetings, training, and group thinking space – these take place on Fridays from 9.30am to 12.30pm. The total number of working hours is 27hrs per week.

What will I be doing?

About You...
The role is ideal for someone with good generalist HR experience and up to date knowledge and understanding of key HR legislation and HR systems.
We are looking for an organised and dependable individual who has a proven ability to work with within a small team, and who can communicate effectively with a wide range of people both in written and oral form.
Proven experience of accurate data entry and monthly payroll processes is essential along with previous experience of effectively following administrative processes.

Dementia Carers Count has an exciting new remote role for an enthusiastic Corporate Partnerships Manager within the income generation team to build corporate relationships whilst making a difference to dementia carers lives.

Job purpose
This is a new role, responsible for delivering financial support for our mission from corporate partners. Initially, the majority of your time will be devoted to new business development, including prospect identification, and shaping and delivering pitches and proposals to corporate partners to meet fundraising targets. There are currently 5,000 people living with MND in the UK and the Association focuses on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those people living with or affected by motor neurone disease in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. As the CRM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing, creating, improving, updating, and implementing business processes that are impacted by the implementation of new CRM & Data Platforms built on Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft PowerPlatform. You will manage and actively implement agreed process improvements, which should include new, effective, and efficient processes and workflows that are compatible with Dynamics 365. You will document and map processes and make recommendations based on solid evidence, with a clear understanding of their impact on the organisation and the ability to follow these through to completion. During implementation, you'll develop a robust user acceptance test programme with case scenarios to ensure processes are thoroughly tested end to end. You will ensure user feedback drives ongoing refinement, ensuring systems are effective and user-friendly. Where relevant, you will recommend further improvements following testing and user feedback. You will prepare training material as required and deliver training sessions and workshops to guide relevant teams in the use of new processes and systems.
To be successful in this role, you will have an excellent understanding of business environments, with proven experience of process improvement and process design in business and/or non-profit organisations. You will have experience of CRM systems, preferably Dynamics 365, together with the ability to challenge the status quo, identify more efficient ways of doing things and redesigning processes for new systems. - Report to the Supporter Care Team Leader, and sit within the wider Fundraising team.
- Work closely with colleagues across the directorate, providing support in key periods, and contributing to overall fundraising income goals and an improved supporter experience.

About the role
The London Library is planning a major, multi-year building project and is looking for a Senior Facilities Officer - Project Management to work within the Buildings and Facilities Management team to help support and deliver the project.

About you
You will hold an appropriate formal qualification within a relevant discipline, with previous experience of facilities project management, preferably in the charity, cultural or not-for-profit sector. A proven background in either FM or managing numerous refurbishments and maintenance projects is essential, along with experience of working in construction and maintenance environments, understanding and compliance of H&S law and construction regulations.
Experienced in managing budgets and project finance, the ability to build client and stakeholder relationships using exceptional inter-personal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to achieving organisational goals on time, whilst working accurately and methodically, are all a must.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our Education Team. The post holder will be responsible for their own caseload. This post will involve the assessment and appropriate treatment of people presenting with mental health problems, working within NHS Talking Therapies. The post holder will be expected to attend regular supervision and may have additional areas of responsibility for clinical service development as required.

Key responsibilities:
Clinical
1. Accept referrals via agreed protocols within the service.
2. Conduct assessments and therapy over the telephone, telemedicine and face to face.
3. Offer High Intensity treatment in individual and group settings (as agreed)
4. Make decisions on suitability of new referrals, adhering to the department’s referral protocols, and refer unsuitable clients on to the relevant service or back to the referral agent as necessary.
5. Formulate, implement and evaluate therapy programmes for people attending the service.
6. Educate and involve family members and others in treatment as necessary, conveying formulations with sensitivity in easily understood language.
7. Take responsibility for promoting access to the services provided and the delivery of cognitive behavioural therapies in the peripheral settings where the therapist works. For example, therapists working within GP Surgeries will be expected to attend GP Practice meetings and develop and maintain professional relationships with members of the primary care team. They will be expected to promote the service by ensuring that there are readily available promotional material for both members of the public and members of the primary care team.
8. Liaise with other psychological therapy services in order to work jointly to improve provision of psychological services to local residents.
9. Plan appropriate packages of care for each service user. Liaise as appropriate with other professionals within the service and externally to effectively communicate your assessment and facilitate transfer of care to an appropriate professional.
10. Conduct risk assessments, prepare risk management plans and initiate appropriate action where indicated (including referrals to relevant secondary care services and child and adult safeguarding services)
11. Elicit outcome data from people using services and their carers. Use the TALKING THERAPIES IAPTUS system to record clinical contact details, clinical records, outcome data, and passage though the care pathway.
12. Ensure that people under your care are cared for appropriately under the stepped care framework as currently in use within the service.
13. Adhere to the operations manual and other relevant protocols and procedures as directed by your line manager.
14. Take personal (unprompted) responsibility for achieving agreed clinical activity relating to the number of therapy contact hours per week.
15. Actively contribute to and support the integration of clinical governance in the service within your own area of work and contribute to service clinical governance process in a specific area of work under the direction and supervision of a Senior Therapist.
16. Develop an area of enhanced (specialist) clinical work (e.g. PTSD, OCD, Long Term Health Conditions, Perinatal, Eating Disorders, Social phobia etc). It is expected that the areas of specialist work will shift in focus over time to reflect service need and your need to continuing professional development.
17. Carry out clinical audits of aspects of the CBT service as directed, including feedback from people who have used the service, analyse and feedback to the service verbally and in writing.

20. Develop and engage in your own CPD, including active engagement in and use of clinical supervision of your own therapy.

29. Proactively take responsibility for attending supervision, case management and line management regularly, participate in objective setting, performance reviews and respond to agreed objectives.
30. Be aware of and comply with company policies, procedures and standards of service
31. Promote and contribute to the development and maintenance of a healthy therapeutic culture within the team and amongst colleagues across the service and Service Users.
You may be required to cover an evening shift from 12pm - 8pm with occasional Saturday working to meet the needs of our clients.
