We are a looking for an experienced and highly motivated Programme Lead: Enterprise who will be responsible for bringing a unit on the Trust’s land back into operation as a functioning venue and subsequently will be responsible for the management and programming of the dual-use space for community and commercial use, including looking for opportunities to enhance the potential of the venue through creative methods. You will also lead, motivate and organise a team of sessional and contract staff to effectively run the space.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the operations of the venue(s), ensuring effective running of the space for community and commercial use.
- Educating community bookings on profit-making opportunities for events held at the venues.
- Managing and coordinating internal and external stakeholders, including a team of sessional and contract staff specifically trained to help run the venue.
- With the facilities team, ensure compliance with contracts, agreements, health and safety legislation in relation to your events and the venue.
- Maintaining good systems and records in relation to data collection, management and implementation of initiatives for which you are responsible and via templates for feedback on community bookings.
- Managing any partnership agreements and reporting against agreed outcomes and objectives.
- Responsibility for budget management and reporting.
Experience, knowledge and skills:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience of managing a venue.
- Good commercial awareness.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering events within venues.
- Experience of managing and reporting on substantial budgets.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- The ability to provide a friendly and efficient service, with an aptitude for working in a complex and fast changing environment.

Job Description
Quality Assurance
- Deal with external and internal enquiries
- Work closely with Industry Engagement and Partnership team to deliver industry-led (external) accreditation in a timely manner
- Lead the materials ordering process, including the distribution of certificates and badges to regional offices and external partners
- Take the lead on external partner feedback surveys, student data requests and observation reports, working with partners to ensure their completion and return

Terms
The role will be based in our office in Eastcote for 3 days per week, with the possibility for home working for the remainder of the time.

Job Summary
CAAS provide an ADHD and Autism Support Service for the 8 boroughs of NW London, from our base in Eastcote, with a team of Support Workers. Our work includes offering information, advice, and support to ADHD / autistic people, their families, and professionals in NW London, with the aim of improving quality of life and developing neurodiverse-aware communities. Some of the support is offered through one2one meetings, some of the support is provided through groups and courses which aim to increase understanding and awareness, and provide opportunities for peer support, and some of the support is offered through training and workshops to educate professionals and drive for accommodations to be made to services to allow greater access for our client group.
As Finance Manager you will report to and work closely with the Finance Director and have responsibility for the operational delivery of the finance, resource, monitoring, HR and contracting work streams within the charity. The role sits within the management group at CAAS, alongside the Youth, Adult and Family Service managers and the Client Programmes Director and manages the Finance and Monitoring Assistant and the Office Assistant.
The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the infrastructure and operational delivery at the charity are effective for the more than 30 staff we employ, and the more than 11,000 instances of support we provide each year. Therefore, we are looking for a capable, calm, self-motivated, organised and hard-working accountant who is looking to move into a senior finance role, from any commercial, statutory or charitable background.
The role requires strong organisation skills, excellent communication skills, experience of management accounting and reporting, and an understanding of HR and payroll operations. You will ideally have some line management or project management experience to draw on in this role. Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning, Management and Reporting
· Prepare accurate, timely and well controlled and documented monthly and quarterly accounts. Share the outcomes of your reviews with the Finance Director, and ensure the accounts are reported in an meaningful way.
· Support in the preparation of Trustee reporting
· Support in the preparation and audit of the annual statutory accounts.
· Support with the annual budget and periodic reforecast processes to ensure the timely and appropriate provision of information to facilitate necessary adjustments to operational activity and appropriate decision making around cash investments.
· Ensure processes and procedures are carried out on a timely and effective basis to ensure financial policies and procedures are adhered to, and any control weaknesses mitigated and improvement plans in place
· Maintain records to ensure accurate restricted and unrestricted fund allocation.
· Be accountable for operating effective controls and oversight regarding contracts with freelancers, volunteers or other suppliers
· Deliver all day-to-day finance and cash management operations, scheduling, tracking and fulfilling invoices and payments, providing accurate bookkeeping, approving payment runs and reconciled balance sheets, detailed records re credit card and other payment platforms, and generally work to use and improve the financial systems in place to ensure the charity’s overall stability and sustainability.
· Review and update funder schedule allocations, ensuring invoices raised on time and costs allocated correctly.
· Review and approve Customer and Supplier invoices, review of month end information from finance team. Creation and posting of month end journals, reviewing the month end accounts to budget and analysing any discrepancies.

· As a member of the management group participate in cross team working meetings and management meetings, and build relationships with the other members of the management group such that you become an integral support resource to them as they deliver for our clients.
Resource & IT Management
· Hold responsibility for arranging and maintaining the charity IT and phone hardware and software
· Act as first line IT support for charity staff
· Hold the relationship with the external IT provider and liaise to ensure appropriate on and off boarding and security arrangements.
· Manage our internal personnel and H&S support programmes, such as our EAP provider, our training providers and our office maintenance systems.
· Maintain the charity asset register, and complete the necessary operational tasks to ensure the charity is appropriately resourced to provide effective infrastructure backdrop for our staff.
Monitoring Management, Reporting and Impact Evaluation
· Carry out the necessary regular reviews and support so that our CRM records are complete and accurate in respect of work performed, and prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly and annual monitoring reports internally.
· Prepare monitoring reports for funders on quarterly basis as and when required
· Ensure best practice in monitoring collection and evaluation, including managing GDPR processes, creating appropriate forms, and communicating deadlines and requirements to all staff.
· Operate as the internal first line of support for our CRM system and consequent monitoring reporting tools, to ensure they are accurate, regularly reviewed and procedures documented and continuously improved.
· Prepare impact and distance travelled statistics for our external communications, to support our fundraising efforts.
HR and Payroll Operations
· Deliver on the necessary onboarding and offboarding processes for staff, including complying with on our safer recruitment requirements, creating contracts and contract variation letters, supporting staff with timesheets and other records of work, carrying out pension operations and supporting with interview arrangements.
· Carry out the delivery of the monthly payroll process, including preparation and review of the payroll files, carrying out calculations around overtime pay etc, providing an accurate and well controlled process, and enabling payments to be made on the pay date each month. Processing the payroll journals on a monthly basis

Background to School Food Matters
School Food Matters (SFM) exists to teach children about food and to improve children’s access to healthy, sustainable food during their time at school. We provide fully funded food education programmes to schools. Our experience delivering these programmes informs and strengthens our campaigns, bringing the voices of children, parents and teachers to government policy.
Job Purpose
· To deliver an exciting, new programme implementing a whole school approach (WSA) to food nurseries, primaries, secondaries and SEN schools in Southwark.
Key Tasks include:
- Support Project Coordinator to group schools and nurseries using a RAG rating, based on level of support required to achieve a WSA to food
· Recruit schools to take part in the programme
· Build relationships with teachers, teaching assistants, cooks and senior leaders in schools to improve the food they offer their students
· Support schools to complete school food action plans and polices
- Support with the development of resources and training packages for schools
· Deliver role-specific training to key staff in schools (training provided if necessary)
· Deliver in-person engagement sessions and online workshops to support schools to achieve their action plans
· Collect data and maintain accurate records on Airtable relating to the programme
- Work closely with our Impact & Strategy Manager and Evaluation Officer to complete all monitoring and evaluation
- Gather content for our website and social media platforms
- Keep line manager updated on progress

What’s the role about
Our systems change campaigns work tackles big, complex problems facing nature and climate over the long-term. The current focus is to drive systemic change that creates the right conditions for nature-friendly farming to prosper. You will focus campaigning pressure wherever it can be exerted to best effect – and not always at governments, but also at other key actors. Through the campaigns you develop you will help us realise large-scale positive change for nature and climate that builds and builds.
The campaigns you help develop will have multiple elements, offering our phenomenal supporters a range of ways to get involved. Their supporter journey will deepen engagement and empowerment of individual campaigners over time, equipping them to tackle these complex problems in their own way.
As part of a dispersed team, you could be based anywhere in the UK, so long as you’re able to travel to central locations to get together with colleagues, and on occasion to meet with colleagues in Cardiff, Belfast, Edinburgh and Birmingham.
In this role, key activities will include:
- Co-creating and delivering systems change campaigns on behalf of the RSPB, working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.
- Responsibility to roll out systems change campaigns in two of the four countries of the UK (with another Senior Campaigner covering the other two).
- Recruiting and line managing professional volunteers to provide expert guidance or deliver campaigns.
- Building key internal and external relationships to support development and delivery of systems change campaigns.
- Maintaining technical expertise and analysis of external context relating to the current campaign and challenges facing nature.

The Schools Project Officer is a crucial business administrative role at the Diocese, as you will act as the first point of contact for projects concerning the development and maintenance of school sites and buildings, from senior leaders, governors, parish officers or our professional advisers.
Reporting to the Schools Officer and working within the Children, Young People and Education team, you will support the oversight of related grant funding and manage other bespoke projects such as promoting decarbonisation initiatives for church schools and organising land registrations. You will also advise school leaders and governors in relation to school organisation and the use or development of land and buildings.
As Schools Project Officer, you will act as facilitator between various internal and external teams, providing support through monitoring projects relating to school estates (building developments, maintenance and repairs), whilst making proactive enquiries and interventions to sustain progress against recorded timescales.
You will also take responsibility for managing grants held by the Diocese and liaising with schools regarding suitable projects and available funding, helping schools to prioritise projects for effective estate management.
A crucial part of our strategy is to assess the environmental impact of the Diocese’s church schools, planning for and supporting schools to advance decarbonisation and energy efficiency projects. As Schools Project Officer you will regularly update and signpost church schools to banks of practical materials and resources for decarbonisation campaigns, toolkits and projects, building case studies of best practice.
With an understanding of or experience in business administration, estate management or project support, you should be capable of supporting projects and have the ability to apply understanding to tasks.
