London Seminary seeks an enthusiastic Administrator to play a crucial role in its administration function.
An exciting opportunity awaits a proactive, personable, and reliable Administrator to join a friendly and engaging administration team. The Seminary seeks an individual with a fast-paced nature and outstanding attention to detail to offer comprehensive support, including student applications, facility administration, library assistance and general enquires.
The Role
You will be one of the first points of contact for the Seminary and responsible for providing multifunctional administrative and practical support to the Principal, Senior Leadership Team, and staff.
You will take a proactive approach to the role, supporting the smooth admission of students into the Seminary. You will also undertake a wide range of other duties including supporting the senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth running of the library, liaising with the site manager over accommodation and facilities and general administration as required. The Community Fundraising and Communications Coordinator will
- Lead on LASSN's Community Fundraising – responsible for developing and delivering a community fundraising strategy that maximises the amount of funds generated by volunteers and supporters, local community groups and individuals.

Refugee Action Kingston (RAK) is an independent charity dedicated to helping the successful integration of refugees and people seeking asylum into the local community. With over three decades of experience, we provide a holistic service which includes advice on welfare, benefits, and immigration, alongside education, counselling, and career guidance.
In 2023/24 we supported 2,036 people:
- 1,171 clients accessed advice and advocacy services, including immigration advice
- 305 accessed ESOL classes
- 250 children supported through after school and family support services

This is an exciting time to join RAK at the start of the new fundraising strategy for 2024-2028. RAK currently has a successful grant fundraising programme through a selection of statutory bodies, trusts and foundations, and recognises the need - and opportunity - to broaden and diversify its income generation streams. Purpose of the role
As Fundraising Manager, you will lead the fundraising functions of the charity to generate income, meet organisational targets, and ensure development opportunities are effectively maximised. Working with the Director and programme teams, you will develop and write competitive bids, growing capacity and securing income for 24/25 and beyond. We are focused on multi-year bids and opportunities that deliver the best outcomes for our client community. As a client-led organisation, we strive to meet the needs of our clients and deliver impact-focused programmes.
The Fundraising Manager will have proven experience of successful grant writing and demonstrate a track record of fundraising achievements across multiple income streams.
Main areas of accountability
Fundraising - general
- Writing and submitting bids, tenders and proposals to ensure income targets are met in line with performance objectives
- Responsibility for the development and the implementation of RAK’s fundraising strategy, in line with organisational strategy and resources
- Providing stewardship to existing donors and supporters to maximise income and ensure long-term funding relationships

Trusts and Foundations, Statutory Funding
- Securing regular income by producing and submitting appealing fundraising applications to trusts and foundations as well as statutory funding

- Reporting to funders in line with funding criteria, objectives and the specified outcomes conditional to the funding
Individual Giving
- Ensuring that donations are acknowledged in an appropriate and timely manner in line with the stewardship policy
- Managing the charity’s supporter database and online donations
- Developing an excellent supporters’ journey via digital means and channels
- Preparing appealing fundraising campaigns and cases for support to the general public
- Working with the Partnership and Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to maximise income from social media channels and other digital channels

Corporate Giving

About the role:
This role is based at our West Bromwich office with the option of hybrid working from home. Travel across the area is required, travelling time is within working hours & expenses are reimbursed. The hours for this role are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8am to 4pm & Tuesday 12pm to 8pm.
As a Caseworker you will:

When someone sustains a spinal cord injury, it is a life changing experience.
Back Up’s Regional Outreach and Engagement team are the very face of the organisation and are based across the UK, working directly with spinal cord injury centres, hospitals – or indeed anywhere that people affected by spinal cord injury may be.

About the role:
This hybrid role is based in Brighton & Hove. There is a mandatory office attendance requirement with a minimum of 1 day a week.
The role will involve:
- Making initial contact assessing and providing information to victims/survivors of domestic abuse
- Providing any immediate safety and support needs for the victims/and their children(s) including safeguarding when required.

About the role
We are looking for someone with experience in facilities and contract management, and the drive and desire to find solutions and complete projects to a high standard. About the role:
Victim Support have been successful in securing funding for the delivery of Drive. Drive is an innovative national framework that aims to improve the lives and safety of victims and children affected by domestic abuse by holding high-risk perpetrators to account. This involves the identification and targeting of high risk/high harm perpetrators and combines case management with a co-ordinated multi-agency response.
This role is based from our Blackpool Office, delivering a service that covers Blackpool, Wyre, Fylde, Lancaster and surrounding areas. You will be eligible to apply for Hybrid working (2 days per week from home) after successful completion of your probation.
The Victim Liaison Officer will act as the conduit between Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (who support high risk victims of DA) and Drive Case Managers (who support perpetrators) to ensure that risks posed to victims are assessed and information is shared in order to minimise that risk. You will be responsible for:
- Contacting victims to conduct risk assessments, safety planning and referrals to IDVA and other services as appropriate.
- Supporting clients to understand the purpose of Drive and assist them in recognising the features and dynamics of domestic abuse present in their situation.
- You will be a key member of the perpetrator panel. You will research and gather information to present the views of victims and the risks posed to them in order for risk to be managed and mitigated where possible.
You will need:
- An in depth understanding of domestic abuse, risk assessment and risk management including experience of working with victims of domestic abuse.
- Understand the principles of risk assessment, safety planning and risk management for victims of domestic abuse and their children
- Have theoretical, practical and procedural knowledge of civil and criminal justice remedies for victims of domestic abuse and their children
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help and support victims of domestic abuse

Terms and Conditions
- Location: This role can be based at the MAF UK Offices in Folkstone, Kent or optionally could be in the Oxford, Cambridge arc as we seek to launch a new hub in the Milton Keynes area, maximising our engagement with a thriving local aerospace and charity sector region. Up to two days a week in our Folkstone Office might be initially required.We welcome hybrid working in line with our flexible working policy, the needs of the business, the requirements of the role and your location.
