About the role
The Regional Supply Chain Operations Manager (RSCOM)2 is part of the Programme Supply Chain (PSC) team. This role supports programme teams and Country Offices (COs) in supply chain management and compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.
The RSCOM 2 WARO position is field-based and works with other regional roles to provide support to the Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Ghana, and Liberia COs. This includes helping with planning, procurement, logistics, and custom clearance, ensuring adherence to PSC, Quality Management System (QMS), and GDP operating standards.
The goal is to build the capacity of COs in procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring Sightsavers’ programmes and COs are well-resourced and risks to the organization’s reputation are managed.
Principal Accountabilities
- Understand Sightsavers’ operating models and PSC requirements, focusing on planning, GDP standards, and best practices across WARO COs.
- Collaborate with the Controller PSC and other RSCOMs to support WARO COs and programme teams in planning, procurement, and supply chain management.
- Assist WARO COs in applying the PSC system and QMS, understanding UK regulations for WDA (H) licence, GDP guidelines, and national regulations.
- Develop solutions for programme supply chain management at CO and field levels, providing expert advice to resolve supply chain issues.
- Create a training plan and visit schedule to address Regional Director (RD) priorities and CO SC risk profiles.
- Work with the Controller PSC to develop tools for capacity building in supply chain management for WARO COs or programme partners.
- Provide robust support to WARO COs, frequently visiting countries to enhance performance, compliance, and capacity building.
- Collaborate with central teams to ensure COs’ supply chain needs comply with organisational procedures and programme demands.
- Offer technical advice to senior programme/regional and country leadership on complex supply chain issues.
Principal Outputs
- Lead the capacity building implementation of focused WARO COs developing a workplan for review and approval by Controller PSC
- Provide the key point of contact for WARO CO staff to assist with the application of the QMS, supplier qualification, SC planning, advice regarding audit and compliance, and leading on day-to-day support and periodic reviews.
- Provide general advice and the conduit for developing the wider PSC team understanding of CO challenges and requirements
- Advise SCMs regarding country specific use of local suppliers, storage sites and/or transport routes, etc

Jobholder Requirements
Essential:
- Supply Chain or Logistics professional qualification.
- Experience in implementing/overseeing complex large-scale supply chains for NGO-funded programmes or equivalent.
- Culturally sensitive and empathetic, with a focus on achieving clear objectives.
- Demonstrable experience in similar supply chain management involving pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, and stores in the international development sector.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with personnel at all levels, internally and with external contractors and suppliers.
- Experience of working directly with third-party contractors and supplier management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with strong IT skills.
- Emotionally resilient, able to travel and operate alone, interpret Controller PSC’s intent, and develop plans with departments to achieve overarching aims and objectives.

Purpose of the role
The Senior Technical Associate role is a key member of the Senior Technical Team at ENN. The post holder will bring extensive skills, expertise and capacity to deliver on a portfolio of our projects, provide strategic and technical direction and leadership, and manage their teams.
Terms and Conditions
· Hours of work: This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) for a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover). We will consider appointing two part-time positions to secure the right technical fit and skillsets.

The Senior Technical Associate will manage a portfolio of projects, lead on, and support, project delivery and develop content of technical outputs. This will involve being accountable for quality and timely delivery. The priority areas for this position are:
· Portfolio lead for ENN’s Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies (IFE) and Management of small and at-risk infants under 6 months and their mothers (MAMI) projects

Responsible for: Leading the food distribution service and quality assurance at Hackney Foodbank’s allocated Food Distribution Centres located across the borough of Hackney. MediCinema is a unique national, UK registered charity that improves the wellbeing and enriches the quality of life of NHS patients, their families and carers through the power of the shared cinema experience and the magic of film. We achieve this by building and running cinemas in hospitals and places of care equipped with space for beds, wheelchairs and medical equipment, and providing free films and activities for patients of all ages. Our services help to improve emotional, mental and physical health, reducing isolation, anxiety and stress, and increasing patient resilience to help them cope with what they’re going through.
Our purpose-built in-hospital cinemas are designed to accommodate patients in hospital beds and wheelchairs, on drips or with monitors. MediCinema provides a warm, welcoming and safe place that enables patients to escape the ward and have much needed breathing space - to have quality time together with loved ones, connect with the wider world, and forget their pain. From all our impact evaluation and with over 24 years’ experience, we know this equips people with the tools to navigate the stress and difficulties that come with illness, to create positive memories, positive healthcare experiences, and to help build resilience.
The Role
We are looking for a Deputy Cinema Manager to join the existing team at the Chelsea&Westminster Hospital in London, working closely with CW+, the official charity of Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The roleholder will also be required to provide cover to our other London-based MediCinemas at Guys and St Thomas’s Hospitals.
The post-holder will work with the Cinema Manager and the team of nurses and volunteers who support our MediCinema, and will work closely with them, the hospital, and with central office operations team to prepare for and run successful film screenings each week.
We run 4 regular inpatient screenings each week which includes evenings and weekends. The roleholder will be required to work on a shift pattern to include weekends and evenings each week. There will also be a programme of additional Tailored and Personal screenings on top of these regular inpatient screenings.
The role offers a unique, exciting and extremely rewarding opportunity for someone interested in a service delivery role at the heart of our charity, involving direct contact with the patients and families we support.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Service Delivery
• Support the Cinema Manager in delivering a programme of screenings each week as agreed according to the operating procedures of a MediCinema, including running and managing screenings on your own. Most screenings are held in the evenings and at weekends so the role requires regular evening and Saturday working.
• On screening days be responsible for:
o Marketing the service through the hospital’s wards, organising collecting and returning patients, and for safety and care in the cinema itself.
o Taking responsibility for health and safety of patients coming to the cinema, and the safety and appearance of the cinema space itself.
o Preparing and operating the digital projection equipment for the screening, ensuring that films are screened to the highest technical standards at all times. Training and ongoing technical support will be provided for this.
o Ensuring that all operational, welfare and safeguarding policies set out by MediCinema are followed accordingly and that, where appropriate, consent forms are obtained for photographic or filmed records.
o Ensuring that all aspects of the operation comply with relevant health and safety legislation, and that areas where MediCinema might be in breach of such are dealt with immediately or brought to the attention of the appropriate authorities for rectification.
o Keeping accurate monitoring and operational records, including contacts and database updating as required
• Help the Cinema Manager collate, analyse and report back on agreed metrics and KPI’s
• Assist with arranging and running any special events and special screenings
• When required, arrange and run additional personal screenings for patients unable to attend regular screenings, plus special tailored screenings with particular hospital departments and patient groups.
• Support the development and roll out of any new type of screenings we embark on.
• Support the delivery of our complementary bedside services, such as our Disney ‘Moments that Matter’ work.
Nurse & Volunteer Management
• Help the Cinema Manager build, manage and support the team of nurses and volunteers to assist in the duties outlined above and to ensure that screenings run safely and smoothly – this will include assisting with recruitment and creating monthly rotas.
Marketing and Relationship Management
• Be proactive in marketing the service within the hospital, building key relationships with hospital staff and members of CW+.
• Help develop and manage effective partnerships throughout the hospital and community
• Representing the organisation effectively and compellingly at all times.
• Support the programming and development of the MediCinema as a centre for entertainment, being pro-active in developing a creative programme of sustainable events at each site. This could include fundraising events, live performance and other relevant activities.

Growing Hope is a charity providing free therapy for children and young people with additional needs in partnership with local churches across the UK. We aim to grow hope for children, hope for families and hope in Jesus. Growing Hope was founded in December 2017 and has a vision to see 20 clinics set up across the UK by 2030. We have three clinics, King’s Cross, Brockley and High Wycombe, and we are currently setting up our fourth and fifth clinics in Maidstone and Redbridge. We worked with over 500 children, young people, parents, carers and siblings in 2023. As a national charity Growing Hope has trained over 1,000 professionals & parents. We are continuing to expand, with the set-up of further local clinics on the horizon.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic finance professional with great attention to detail, strong analytical skills and an ability to work in a fast pace environment. The role will report to the Director of Operations and will involve running book keeping, reporting and banking functions as well as overseeing payroll. This role supports the national Growing Hope charity and each of the local charities’ (clinics) accounting for around £1 million collectively each year. You will be joining a small and dedicated national team of eleven.
Job Purpose
Growing Hope requires an experienced finance professional (with part qualifications) who will be responsible for the delivery of internal financial management systems and controls, and for maintaining accurate financial management records, including managing the process of producing annual accounts. This role covers both the national charity and the local Growing Hope charities which are growing across the UK. The national charity raises around £600,000 per year and the local charities around £50,000-£100,000. The Senior Finance Officer will support the charities with day to day book keeping, raising invoices, paying expenses, scheduling payroll payments and running management reports and accounts. This job role also involves advising on budgets for fundraising project proposals and working closely with the supporter engagement team. This individual will be able to communicate effectively with all the relevant parties including the national Growing Hope team, the local Clinic Managers, and local finance trustees who have overall governance of each charity’s finances.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Book keeping & Finance processes
- Processing of accounts using Quickbooks for each Growing Hope charity in a timely manner (currently 6 small charities)
- Paying expenses and invoices as and when these are approved.
- Liaising with payroll provider and scheduling salary payments for all staff each month.
- Invoicing local Growing Hope charities each month for book keeping, payroll and quickbooks.
- Running gift aid claims and supporting volunteers to run this across the Growing Hope charities.
- Liaising with local clinics and churches to agree payment schedules and giving for each financial year.
- Participate actively in prayer and worship times as part of the team. This includes praying, coaching and supporting Clinic Managers to understand their budgets and financial processes.
Fundraising
- Contributing to the fundraising strategy and development of budgets for fundraising projects.
- Contributing to the wider teams fundraising efforts through networking, and involvement in fundraising and community events.
Reporting
- Updating monthly forecast vs. budget spreadsheets for each local charity and the national charity.
- Leading monthly budget reporting meetings for Senior Leadership Team and Chair of Trustees, using analytical skills to highlight patterns or potential risks or problems arising.
- Create annual reports in partnership with the Clinic Managers and Finance trustee for each local charity and ensure these are independently examined by recruiting and liaising with volunteer accountants.
Payroll
- Liaising with the payroll provider to run payroll for all staff across the Growing Hope charities each month.
- Setting up and running pension payments each month.
- Paying NI payments each month.
General administration
- Set up bank accounts and signatories for local Growing Hope charities, support the local trustees with ensuring all financial processes are set up and working (e.g. bank account, Stripe, Quickbooks, payroll, pensions, HMRC)
- Sending letters and emails as required.
- Maintain data protection and confidentiality in line with Growing Hope’s information governance policy.
- Ensure adherence to Safeguarding and wider Growing Hope policies.

As a Lasting Power of Attorney and Continuing Healthcare Coordinator, you will join a small team to provide high-quality information and support to ensure the delivery and maintenance of two separate services the LPA Digital Assistance Service and NHS CHC Appeals Service. Coordinators manage and deliver access to both services.
You will be providing support to people affected by dementia to access the Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) Digital Assistance Service. Through a series of telephone calls, you will help people affected by dementia and their families to navigate and simplify this complicated process by offering information and support to complete the forms required to create and register a Lasting Power of Attorney.
As part of the Continuing Healthcare Appeals service, you will be working alongside our NHS CHC volunteering group to provide support to people affected by dementia with their appeal over the telephone and email. As well as a listening ear you will be gathering and recording information from the client and helping them identify the necessary documentation and evidence ready to pass to a volunteer for longer-term support.
This role will require you to build relationships with the dementia support line team, local services, and the dementia support forum. You will network to promote both services to help people get referred to the service as early as possible. As well as developing networks with partner organisations such as the Office of Public Guardian.

Job Purpose

The National House Project (NHP) takes a ground-breaking approach through its commitment to young people’s ownership to enable young people leaving care to live connected and fulfilling lives. The approach was co-designed with young people from the start. It is based on a groupwork approach and supports young people to move into properties that become their homes whilst also building a strong and supportive friendship network.
NHP supports Local Authorities to establish Local House Projects (LHPs) and puts young people at the centre of the decision-making processes, supports staff to work with them in an inclusive way and encourages staff to work with young people to find the solutions to the challenges they face. LHPs achieve improved outcomes for young people, challenge the way that professionals work with young people and enable young people to leave care in a planned and supported way.
To ensure that young people are involved at every level of the organisation each LHP elects 2 young people to represent them at the Care Leavers National Movement (CLNM). This forum provides the platform to hear, amplify and act on the voice of young people, who not only support the development of their own LHP but also contribute to developing practice and policy at a national level. CLNM meet regularly, undertake Peer Evaluations, host and deliver their own National Conference and provide an ‘expert user’ consultancy. Members from this group also sit on the Board of Trustees as expert advisors.
We are looking for someone who is motivated and experienced in working with young people in care to join this national charity. You will work with the Care Leavers National Movement as well as the core NHP team to ensure that young people continue to drive our work at both a local and national level.
You will need to have a professional/academic qualification in a related field e.g., Youth Work, Social Work, Education, Health. Current registration with a professional body is desirable.
