What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a proactive individual to manage and grow our Music Merchandise program, with a strong focus on overseeing our e-commerce platform, including product setup, supplier coordination, and fulfilment to ensure a seamless customer experience.
We seek a candidate with experience and passion for the music and entertainment industry, who can build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to secure new opportunities in merchandise and throughout the production process.
We are looking for someone measured and logistically minded supporting on-site operations at our Royal Albert Hall concerts, including staff coordination, stock management, and accreditation.
We value creative individuals who can contribute to the development of unique merchandise products, ensuring high-quality presentation and alignment with our fundraising objectives.

This role is central, as you will be providing overall day-to-day operational support for the Network. The Network is a collaboration founded in 2020 by NHS Blood and Transplant, Kidney Research UK, and the British Transplantation Society. In this unique role, you will have a fantastic opportunity to develop your coordination, communication and collaboration skills as you work with patient groups, researchers, transplant surgeons, funding bodies and industry. It is not necessary for you to have previously worked in the field of transplantation.
Kidney Research UK acts as the host of this collaborative network. This means that while your line management arrangements will be via Kidney Research UK, your day-to-day work you will be to work closely in support of the two UKODTRN Co-Directors and Deputy Directors, one of whom is a patient leader and transplant recipient, and the other is a transplant surgeon. The scope of the Network covers all donated and transplanted organs. This is referred to as a ‘pan-organ’ approach.

A leading cultural, social change organisation is looking for two Fellowship Growth and Partnerships Officers.

As Fellowship Growth and Partnerships Officer you will be responsible for delivering the growth and development of the organisations network of over 31,000 Fellows in line with the overarching operational strategy. This involves promoting Fellowship internally and externally through events, presentations, responding to enquiries effectively, generating leads, and delivering digital recruitment campaigns.
One Fellowship Officer will focus on recruitment through internal and external events. The other will focus on communications and recruitment campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving individual and team recruitment targets by recruiting on a rolling basis suitable individuals for Fellowship.
- Leading on specific recruitment sources to bring in new Fellows, particularly through internal and external events, other engagement opportunities, and digital recruitment campaigns.
- Acting as a point of contact for prospective Fellows, being able to outline in a compelling and confident manner the value of the organisation’s Fellowship to different audiences (including by emails, phone calls, face to face or virtual meetings).

- Using the CRM system (Salesforce) and reporting software (Power-Bi) to track and monitor Fellowship recruitment, drawing on data to measure success of different approaches and make decisions about priorities.
- Working across multiple platforms (Salesforce, Eventbrite, Pardot, SharePoint) to coordinate Fellows and team administration, including keeping records up to date, running reports and ensuring a positive Fellowship.
The successful candidate will have experience in persuading others to take an action through one-to-one conversations and public speaking, whether in sales, marketing, campaigns or another capacity and will be comfortable working to targets, particularly relating to growth or income. Excellent networking skills and the ability to engage new people effectively at events is crucial, as is the ability to think creatively and be able to spot and take advantage of opportunities. Finally, you must have strong data inputting skills and confidence with a broad range of IT systems/the ability to quickly pick up new systems and technology.

Your new role The Process Improvement Assistant will be responsible for resolving invoice match exceptions, which occur when discrepancies arise between purchase orders (PO), goods receipts, and vendor invoices. This includes non-compliance invoices without PO.
This role focusses on identifying the root causes of exceptions and inconsistent purchasing practices, streamlining resolution processes, and working with Process Improvement specialists in implementing improvements to minimise future exceptions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented with a strong understanding of P2P processes, procurement operations and has experience with invoice matching systems.
Responsibilities
- Review and identifying the root causes of discrepancies between purchase orders, goods receipts, and vendor invoices.
- To challenge and identify issues in existing procedures and implement changes where appropriate to support performance and compliance.
- Work closely with procurement, all local departments and vendors to resolve issues such as pricing discrepancies, quantity variances, and incorrect purchase orders.
- Investigating & proposing opportunities for process improvements/enhancements to realise cost/time efficiencies or to avoid cost leakage because of Invoice match exceptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to eliminate recurring issues leading to invoice match exceptions, including inconsistent purchasing practices, and incomplete or incorrect documentation

We are seeking candidates who can start immediately or within a 1-2 week notice period for a temporary role. The charity is growing. With seven garden projects open, we have an eighth garden under construction in Sheffield. A smaller version of this garden won ‘Best in Show’ at RHS Chelsea Flower Show in May 2023 as the first show garden designed for people with mobility needs, which significantly increased our profile.
Following a strategic digital review, you will support the rollout of the new digital strategy to place storytelling and impact at the heart of our communications.
This role will assist with the content creation of engaging written, film and visual content across different platforms, scheduling and moderating our social channels, and helping us report on our digital activity.
It would suit someone looking to start or build their career in the communications field or charity sector to develop experience in developing content, writing and charity campaigning. There will be opportunities for training and development and you will travel between the charity’s UK-wide gardens and meet patients, volunteers and staff.

Main duties
- Help manage the day-to-day running of the charity’s social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook). Schedule content and respond to comments and messages to foster positive engagement and add value to the supporter experience
- Work closely with the team to produce subscriber, campaign-led and post-event newsletter content and manage the subscriber database
- Contribute to the charity’s content calendar and work creatively and collaboratively with the communications and wider charity team to proactively seek and develop story ideas in line with the charity’s recently updated digital strategy
- Create engaging written, photographic, design and video content in support of charity objectives and reflecting our brand and tone guidelines
- Assist with internal communications to communicate key updates to staff on the charity’s WhatsApp group
- Assist in maintaining and updating Horatio’s Garden’s main website
- Help to manage the charity’s digital assets, ensuring the team have access to the most impactful photographs and videos for their needs
- Collate, analyse and present monthly reports on social media, newsletter and website activity and engagement against key performance metrics
- Assist with planning and promotion of campaigns and track press activity
- Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Skills required

The postholder will provide advice, guidance and coaching to parents and carers of children aged 11+ years to help them to develop new awareness and skills to enhance their support to their children through a combination of group-work and one-to-one sessions. About Seashell Trust
Originally founded in 1823, Seashell Trust is a nationally recognised and registered charity based in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport. The Trust comprises of the Royal School Manchester, the Royal College Manchester, bespoke Residential Care Homes, Outreach Health and Family Services that support over 8,000 people a year. We provide expert education and residential care for children and young adults with multiple complex disabilities including, profound learning difficulties, multi-sensory impairments, mobility issues and neurological disorders like severe autism. We are now turning to the next phase of the campus development, to build a new £30 million home for our Royal College Manchester. The Ged Mason building is due to open in early 2026.
About the role
Your role will contribute to Seashell’s ambitious plans to grow income over the next five years, so that we can deliver the very best education and care for our children and young adults.
Key Responsibilities
· Raise income in line with agreed personal and team fundraising targets
· Develop and prepare bespoke funding applications for capital, restricted and unrestricted projects
· Maintain and develop existing relationships with small and medium-sized trusts and foundations and support prospecting to grow the portfolio.
· Record financial and other data relating to trusts, foundations and major donors on our CRM, in line with GDPR guidelines.
· Maintain accurate income records and ensure donations are acknowledged in a timely and appropriate way.
· Share project information, budgets and statistics gathered for appeals with the wider fundraising team.
· Ensure student information in funding appeals is appropriate and consented for use.
· Work with the fundraising team to support tours of the campus and host supporters at Seashell fundraising events on occasional evenings and weekends.
What you will need for the role:
· Previous experience in a fundraising role for a charitable organisation.
· Demonstratable track record of income generation through trust and foundation fundraising.
· Knowledge of technology and IT Systems, including Microsoft Office and CRMs.
· Experience of financial management including developing income spreadsheets and raising invoices.
· Excellent communication and relationship development skills.
· Enthusiasm and commitment to giving the children and young adults at Seashell the best opportunities.

About the role:
This role is a hybrid role with home working allowed twice per week. Your home office would be Chandlers Ford, however you would be expected to travel regularly to offices in both Basingstoke and Southampton. As a Team Leader you will

This role will play a key role in the delivery of services that will support equal access to primary medical services for people seeking asylum in contingency accommodation in Northeast London. The outreach service will offer initial health and social assessments, urgent care, and will facilitate GP registration and, and support access to wider healthcare and support services within the area through direct referrals and signposting, and coordination with other local services and partners.
As part of DOTWs Services team, you will support the service by proactively promoting DOTW’s service at individual accommodation sites, providing social assessments for residents and their dependents, escalating health issues of any immediate concern, and support responses to urgent health and/or safeguarding concerns. As part of a culture of best practice, you will ensure adherence to DotW policies and will provide support resolving complex cases, deploying your demonstrative experience delivering person-centred, compassionate care and/or advice and support to people seeking asylum or from other excluded communities.
You will lead by example, demonstrating effective advocacy, coordination, and multi-tasking skills, The role requires emotional agility, and resilience, especially when dealing with complex situations such as mental health crises, trafficking, and homelessness, where you will draw on your experience to manage complex situations calmly and compassionately. You will be someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be able to work productively and constructively within a close-knit team by demonstrating an open and responsive attitude and using your excellent communication skills.
You will have strong IT skills and ideally a driving licence to be able to support us to deliver our services in our dedicated mobile clinic vans. You will have the skills to work independently and manage your own and volunteers' health and safety, sometimes working alone.
You will be supported by an experienced team, regular line management, and clinical supervision. Skills in Basic Life Support, First Aid, safeguarding, mental health management, and trauma-informed approaches will be provided.
