Job Title: Events Fundraising Officer
Reports to: Challenge Events Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday 9-5pm (including some evening and weekends)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid (home-based and Alton, Hampshire two days a week)

Role purpose: You will be leading on a number of the charity’s large events, overseeing on the day event logistics, marketing, planning and fundraiser stewardship. All with the aim of increasing potential income from participants.
Outside of specific fundraising projects, you will be responsible for building long term relationships with a wide range of supporters across challenge initiatives alongside third party suppliers. Roles and Responsibilities
- You will lead on defined elements of Pump Aid’s fundraising strategy: scoping, applications, reporting and management (to largely small to medium sized trusts and foundations, community funders and individuals.)
- You will develop and manage a schedule of compelling communications across a number of channels including social media, web and print that will grow engagement with Beyond Water’s mission.
- You will support the Head of Development to pitch to social impact and philanthropic investors by finding creative ways to differentiate ourselves from traditional approaches to international development.
- You will take responsibility for managing and administrating fundraising income, using Salesforce CRM to keep up to date records of donations, keeping donors updated through regular reports and leveraging annual campaigns including the Big Give Christmas Campaign to maximise individual giving donations.
- Maximise the value and duration of donor support through excellent stewardship and relationship management.
- While office hours are notionally 9:00am to 5:30pm, the demands of a business focussed on Africa, with donors in the UK, USA, Europe and Asia mean a degree of flexibility is required.

1. Strong experience in planning and executing communications plans across a variety of mediums (social media, website, blog posts, impact reports) to grow awareness and engagement with the work of our social enterprise

Job Purpose:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Community Fundraising Team.

About the role
Music Services is the delivery arm of Nordoff Robbins and encompasses the provision of music therapy and related activities including education, training and research. The Music Services Administrator will work closely with the Country and Regional Managers of our East & West of Scotland and Southwest England/South Wales teams, and alongside other Music Services Administrators to ensure that the admin function is well run, organised, efficient and effective, and that clients, visitors and callers have a positive experience when they spend time with us. About NUM:
National Ugly Mugs (NUM) is an award-winning charity with a mission to ‘end all forms of violence against sex workers.’ NUM provides a mechanism for sex industry workers to report crimes and harm they experience and share this information within their communities to warn others of potentially dangerous individuals and situations. We have a dedicated casework team of industry experts who support sex workers to further access criminal justice remedies and other services as determined by these victims/survivors to cope and recover from crimes they experience. We also host a range of other projects in racial justice, mental health, drop-in support (Scotland), and vocational exploration.
Role Summary:
National Ugly Mugs are looking to recruit a Victim Support Case Worker to provide greater access to justice and protections for sex workers based in or touring in London. The post holder will work across multiple agencies, from London victim support services, Citizens Advice, SARCS/Rape Crisis, specialist sex worker support organisations to those providing services to sex workers, and sex worker-led groups. They will work with police and Met officials via working groups or direct engagement with BCU SPOCs to support reporting to police.
The Victim Support Case Work plays a part in maintaining a wide network of practitioners and officials both local and national, to ensure that we are victim-centred and provide resources in ways that are individualised and safest for sex worker survivors as part of prevention, victim support and recovery. As such, the post holder will be supported by partners from sex worker-led groups and rights activists, and provided with relevant training and clinical supervision to support them in the role.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
In consultation and verified compliance with the objectives, standards, and requirements communicated by PETA UK and other PETA entities:
- Coordinating PETA's and its entities' online fundraising campaigns, including campaign set-ups, e-mails and donation tracking
- Ensure the operation of the fundraising pages and data-collection elements of PETA's and its affiliates' websites
- Liaise with other departments and PETA affiliates regarding webpage content related to fundraising campaigns and projects
- Act as a task liaison to PETA US' Office of the President and Marketing Department as well as the PETA Foundation US' Production, Legal and Information Technology departments for all Web-based projects and content, including privacy, technology and design issues
- As directed, work with the PETA Foundation US' IT Department and database-management vendors to ensure that all data collected online is managed and maintained properly
- Coordinate the archiving of online fundraising materials and creative content
- Coordinating the designing of fundraising e-mails, donation pages, donation buttons, donor surveys, online ads and other online fundraising content
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve, update and/or refresh our current and legacy online fundraising content
- Assist with the statistical analysis of online fundraising campaigns
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Experience with graphics software packages such as Photoshop and the ability to edit HTML
- Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

We are looking for experienced practitioners who are qualified to level 3 in childcare or a related field and have a passion for working with families to help them achieve their best outcomes.
Job Purpose: To provide focused 1-1 and group family support for families with children and young people aged 0-19 years old (up to 25 years for young adults with additional needs). This will be delivered either at the Family Centre, out in the community or in service users’ own homes. The post holder will be required to work with families as a lone worker. All services provided will support the delivery of the Family Support Specification, which aims is to enable children and families to achieve and improve outcomes.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Flexible options available.
Location: Horley or Epsom Down Family Centre, with travel around RBBC
Annual leave:Five weeks plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part time workers) Holidays increase after two years’ service to a maximum of six weeks after six years’ service. (pro-rata for part time workers)
The holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a case load working in partnership with agencies to provide integrated and planned interventions, giving advice, information, and practical and emotional support to families.
- Undertake direct work with children and their families who are assessed as requiring help and support, both at the Centre, community and in the home environment for emerging need and targeted services, offering timely support and interventions to address identified needs.
- Provide support for the family, using a variety of interventions including motivational interviewing, solution focused approaches and accredited parenting strategies.
- Deliver 1:1 evidence-based parenting programmes of support to achieve best outcomes for families and priority groups and record observations on electronic systems to the agreed standard and within agreed timescales.
- Plan, deliver and evaluate targeted services within the Family Centre and community venues.
- Deal effectively with challenging situations and the ability to be proactive to motivate and create change with complex family situations.
- Convene, chair, and minute-take for multi-agency meetings as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records including use of the Early Help Management System (EHM) of all interventions and communications, including Early Help assessments, plans, chronologies, reviews, and outcomes electronically; share information with other professionals as appropriate (with consent).
- Coordinate and facilitate TAF/TAC meetings and provide precise information.
- Develop community knowledge and links for the benefit of children, young people and their families and the wider family support service.
- Use the various IT systems and programmes to log families progress which includes the Early Help Management system and Outcome Star records.
- Work at various locations throughout Reigate and Banstead or Mole Valley.
- Work alongside other YMCA East Surrey Children and Young People managers and staff to share good practice.
- Ensure YMCA East Surrey’s policies and procedures are followed at all times, including safeguarding, health and safety.
- Any other duties are required to be performed within the grade and renumeration of the role.
- Ensure that all activities demonstrate the values and culture of YMCA East Surrey.

Schools Coordinator
We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Schools Coordinator (Impact Officer) to work as the primary link between partner schools and the CYUK programme.
This youth social action charity challenges 18 to 25-year-olds to tackle educational inequality through a year of full-time social action. As mentors, tutors and role models in schools, they support pupils growing up in some of the most disadvantaged areas of the UK.
Position: Schools Coordinator (internal title School Impact Officer)
Location: RM8 3EX. 2 days per week from this location
Training Location: E1 6EG -1 day per week, Friday, at this location. With occasional working from home.
Hours: Part - Time, for 3 days per week. Normal working hours are 8:00 - 4:30, Monday to Friday. Working Fridays is essential, the other days are flexible.
Work Schedule: Term-time working (except the second half of August)
Salary: £29,144 per annum pro rata
Duration: Permanent
Start Date: January 2024. We hope to include ad-hoc induction days/half days (all paid) in December 2024, to be agreed upon with the candidate.

The Role
We have a rewarding opportunity for a School Impact Officer to train, support and develop volunteers and monitor the programme through effective administration, data management and to build a deep partnership between the school and the charity.
The Impact Officer is based predominantly in a school and is the primary link between the partner schools and the programme and is the enabler of the programme delivery. You will support a team of volunteer mentors, who support school activities by coordinating, managing and evaluating the programme.
The Volunteer Mentors also complete a Leadership and Development programme and you will work with them on a professional development plan to chart their continuous professional development and ready them for employment.
The role is primarily a school-based post from Monday to Thursday and is office based on most Fridays. See locations above.

This is an exciting role to support Peak District Mosaic in delivering their new project, Championing National Parks for Everyone, funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF).
Hours of work: 22.5 hours per week. Some weekend and evening work will be required.
Contract length: 20-month fixed term (until August 2026).
Location: Hybrid. Two days a week working from home, with one day per week in a shared office space in Bakewell. Occasional travel to the Peak District National Park, Yorkshire Dales National Park, and North York Moors National Park will be required.
Pay: £27,825 Full-time Equivalent
Annual leave allowance: 27 days plus bank holidays, pro-rata.

Job purpose
Reporting to the Development Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for delivering a series of events to support the project’s network of Community Champions. This group will receive training from the National Parks so that they have the skills and knowledge to run safe and enjoyable activities within the National Park for friends, family, and community members. The Project Coordinator will organise a series of training, networking, and celebration events to further upskill this group and to bring them together to celebrate their successes and share best practices.
The Project Coordinator will also provide administrative support for the project as a whole, working closely with other project staff to maintain effective records of activities and finances, and supporting the Development Manager to submit grant reports and payment requests to the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
Key responsibilities
Deliver Peak District Mosaic’s support to Community Champions
- Set up a series of training opportunities for Community Champions to help develop their skills further, for instance, setting up Outdoor First Aid training with a training provider or supporting Community Champions to access Hill Skills or Mountain Leader training.
- Organise a series of networking events and a residential to bring the Community Champion network together, celebrate successes, provide peer support, and share best practices.
- Work with the Development Manager and the Community Champion network to develop ongoing support for Community Champions across the three National Parks, including developing our website to provide information and new opportunities.
- Develop content for our website and social media, including working with Community Champions who will be trained to create their own videos on how to visit the National Parks.
- Attend Community Champion training days in the National Parks occasionally to strengthen relationships between Community Champions and Peak District Mosaic.
Support project management of Championing National Parks for Everyone
- Support the Development Manager in organising project steering group and project delivery meetings, including arranging venues, sending agendas, and circulating minutes and actions.
- Monitor the project’s outputs, outcomes, and expenditure, liaising with other project staff at the Yorkshire Dales, North York Moors, and Peak District National Parks to ensure up-to-date information about activities, outputs, and outcomes is collected.
- Assist the Development Manager in reporting project finances, outputs, and outcomes to the National Lottery Heritage Fund, submitting quarterly reports, and meeting with NLHF as per their guidance.
- Support project communications by updating the Peak District Mosaic website, creating social media posts, and writing press releases.
- Update appropriate documentation, such as project plans and risk registers, as required.
