About the role:
This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join Birthrights’ Senior Leadership team and play a key part in supporting Birthrights’ meet its ambitions and achieve its potential.
We are seeking an experienced service manager who can help us reach women and birthing people, particularly the most marginalised communities, and respond to their enquiries with expert advice in a trauma informed, culturally competent and empathetic manner. We want to equip women and birthing people and their supporters with information and advice to advocate for their rights and navigate a maternity system in crisis.
About You:
You will be resourceful and organised, with excellent co-ordination, management and administration skills. You will be able to understand what information is required and how to analyse data and intelligence to manage, review and improve a service area. You will be able and willing to work with a wide range of people to support, inspire, challenge and coach others and work collaboratively towards Birthrights’ commitment to anti-oppressive practices

We're looking for an experienced, creative, and passionate Senior Youth Worker to join our amazing team at Peer Power Youth. You'll be responsible for leading, delivering and evaluating young people’s involvement in our creative ‘voice and influence’ projects, where you will co-create and work alongside young people in secure settings and the community. You will also have the chance to lead on a specialist area of work within the team.
You’ll be working alongside Youth Worker colleagues to develop strong, trusted and caring relationships with a cohort of young people, and you will ensure that activities are co-created, creative, safe, inclusive, and develop the skills and expertise of the young people involved. This is an exciting role where you'll be out and about working right alongside young people and colleagues to make real change both on an individual and system level!

Our Human Resources Manager is a senior role working closely with the Head of Finance and Internal Operations, the Chief Executive and the Human Resources Strategic Projects Lead in the delivery of a professional, progressive and proactive Human Resources function, working in line with our values. You will also be responsible for more strategic matters such as development of employment policies, procedures and practices, our learning and development offer and management of our payroll.
We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with good knowledge of employment law and HR good-practice and some knowledge of payroll. As part of a small team, we need someone with experience to deal with the multiple facets of HR and someone who is a “doer”. You will be able to work flexibly, independently and have a willingness to take on new challenges and lead in your area of expertise. We are looking for an individual with strong organisational and administration skills, who can comfortably balance operational day-to-day tasks alongside the provision of insight and expertise into long term projects and initiatives. Empathy and an understanding of the importance of process are important characteristics.
