The International Organization for Migration in the United Kingdom (IOM UK) delivers a range of programming to support migrants, both in the UK and internationally, including projects focusing on labour migration, migration and development, protection, and community cohesion.
Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (COM) and direct supervision of the Programme Coordinator and in close coordination with the Regional Thematic Specialist (RTS) at the Regional Office (RO) and relevant Divisions/Departments /Units at Headquarters (HQ), the Senior Project Manager will be responsible and accountable for managing, coordinating and overseeing the activities of the North Africa Migration and Development (NAMAD) project.
The NAMAD project aims to enhance skills and labour market integration for migrant and host communities, and to strengthen protection support for vulnerable migrants, in Algeria, Egypt and Tunisia. Based on the needs in each country context, IOM’s targeted interventions will address specific barriers and gaps by offering a range of skills development training, and by providing tailored humanitarian and protection for migrants in vulnerable situations. This will include provision of shelter, case management, multi-purpose cash assistance to meet basic needs, medical support, mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) and legal counselling.
The incumbent will coordinate with country missions in delivery of project activities, monitoring and evaluation also liaise with external stakeholders on matters related to communications, project development and reporting, as well as may represent IOM in external forums and meetings.

Transparency International (UK) and the UK Anti-Corruption Coalition are looking for a Senior Coalition Communications Coordinator
You will work for the UK Anti-Corruption Coalition (UKACC) and its Illicit Finance Working Group (IFWG), collaborating with each of its member organisations. The purpose of this role is to coordinate communications activity amongst its member organisations. Communications will largely focus on the UK’s role as a hub for dirty money and range across all channels – from digital and social media to print, broadcast and events.
The Senior Coalition Communications Coordinator will report to the Coalition Policy Manager and perform this within the Transparency International UK advocacy team.
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate UK Anti-Corruption Coalition members to review, refresh, and develop the Coalition’s communications strategy.
- Coordinate joint UKACC media responses and coordinating relevant comms activities between comms professionals embedded within member organisations and relevant parliamentary groups.
- Manage the UK Anti-Corruption Coalition website and social media activities, ensuring the content is relevant to key audiences, compelling and up to date.
- Responsible for coordinating and producing shared messaging and content for the Coalition informed by audience insight and understanding.
- Responsible for working with members to design and deliver events that support the Coalition and member objectives.
- Perform other duties not listed, e.g. help the Coalition Policy Manager complete some tasks and support working groups, including drafting policy consultation submissions and advocacy documents, preparing meeting agendas, and other non-communication functions.

We The Curious is about to enter an exciting new phase in its mission to connect and empower everyone through shared creative science learning experiences. Role specific responsibilities
Cultivating Support:
_Research new funding opportunities, including companies, trusts and foundations, and statutory/government funders.
_Prepare and adapt funding proposals which meet deadlines and specific application criteria.
_Work closely with internal departmental teams to ensure funding proposals accurately reflect their projects intended objectives.
_Cultivate potential funders, including managing on-site visits and events, phone calls and delivering presentations to secure support.
Stewardship and administration:
_Work with project teams and Account Manager to develop a plan for any new donor to ensure they are appropriately managed, recognised for their support and reporting and evaluation requirements from the outset.
_Support the migration of Development Team records into our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, Tessitura, keeping information up to date and easy to find.
_Occasionally support the Development Team to organise and attend events during and outside normal working hours to support the cultivation and stewardship of donors and supporters.
Team Support:
_Develop and maintain your knowledge of planned activities at We The Curious, across all departments, to present our work persuasively to finders and partners.
_Contribute to the Development Team annual strategies and business planning.
General responsibilities

What we’re looking for from you
You do not need to have experience of being a fundraiser to do this role. Our experienced team are happy to develop an enthusiastic and proactive individual who can demonstrate they have transferable communication, written and research skills.
Essential
_We are looking for a professional, confident and enthusiastic communicator who enjoys talking on the phone, face to face and in meetings.
_Confident with Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Power Point
_Strong written skills, both in preparing and adapting documents
_Good organisational skills so that you can multi-task between several projects at once.
_You need to be invested in learning more about charity fundraising, however you do not necessarily need to have worked for a charity or culture/heritage organisation before.
Desirable
_Some experience of working with income budgets, audited accounts and internal financial reports.
_Experience of working with CRM databases.
_A demonstrable interest and commitment to the work we do, within the Development Team but also more generally as a charity, to make science learning more inclusive.

The post holder will develop and deliver a varied programme of activities and groups that help facilitate friendships, build community and offer positive life experiences. The role primarily involves overseeing and developing our youth café, including overseeing the fantastic volunteer workforce who support it. It also involves leading our community drop-in sessions for young people who are disengaged from school due to mental ill-health.
Secondarily, the successful applicant will support our wider work, such as our primary school transition project, which delivers small group and class work to over 300 year 6 students to aid their transition to secondary school. The successful applicant may also deliver some informal one-to-one mentoring support to students in the local high school.

The Fundraising Coordinator (Individual Giving) will be responsible for stewarding supporters and donors, helping coordinate the Fundraising department activities and associated administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
