In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

Graphic Design 

• Designing and producing collateral including digital and printed event invitations, leaflets, one-pagers and reports, and finessing presentation materials for senior colleagues, such as pitch decks, ensuring they are on brand and fit for purpose. 
• Working with the Communications Manager to rebrand all of Resurgo’s marketing materials in line with the roll-out of a brand refresh scheduled for mid-2025. This will include promotional materials for the Spear Programme, including banners, leaflets, posters, email templates etc. 
• Working with internal clients to provide print and digital solutions to marketing needs for a variety of audiences, from young people who are facing barriers to work, to corporate partnerships and funders. 
• Art working across print & digital. Preparing files for print and procuring print services, including bespoke print jobs where necessary. 

Project management

• Oversee outbound email marketing using Pardot for Resurgo’s audiences, by planning, designing pre-written content, scheduling emails, tracking audience crossover across teams, sharing analytics and making recommendations for improved engagement. Ensure GDPR and consent is adhered to across varying audience groups. 
• Set up and manage Resurgo’s Digital Asset Management library, including setting up a catalogue system for new photography created as part of the brand refresh. 

Campaigns 

• Work with the wider team on campaigns to promote fundraising and awareness, producing campaign plans and project managing implementation across teams. This includes match-funding campaigns working closely with our in-house Philanthropy team. 

Person Specification 

• A practising Christian who is passionate about personally representing the Christian values of Resurgo and committed to Resurgo’s mission to transform society.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role.
• Solid IT skills including MS Office, project management.  Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, and other programmes such as Canva.  A good understanding of print and digital design concepts, (e.g. how to pre-flight a document before printing).
• A keen eye for design for both print (brochures, flyers) and digital (social media assets, email marketing) collateral; understanding the nuances of the two!  Knowledge of email marketing tools. Experience of using Pardot (Salesforce’s email marketing system) desirable. 
• Highly organised and able to manage a varied workload. Good grasp of marketing trends. Willingness to get stuck in with various other elements of comms work; experience in digital marketing an asset (e.g. website, social media, analytics, video).

The role

You’ll be key to delivering our corporate partnerships income strategy, identifying and driving vital new business as well retaining longer term support from priority sectors. As Corporate Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for driving income growth and leveraging Ovarian Cancer Action’s increasing levels of brand awareness and creating compelling, mutually beneficial partnerships. To achieve this, you’ll need to find innovative ways to engage businesses and identify opportunities to maximise income from the relevant sectors.

Main purpose of the role

To lead on the development of new and existing partnerships, products and activities, building strong relationships and influencing and negotiating both internally and externally. Delivering on robust financial planning, reporting, and spearhead relevant high value cross team project work, as well as working with Director of Fundraising to identify opportunities to strengthen and grow partnerships at Ovarian Cancer Action. Scope of the role

• Growth and delivery: Lead on the growth and delivery of our Corporate Partnerships portfolio ensuring the development of sustainable and priority new business leads, alongside retention and uplift of existing partners.
• Account management: Deliver excellent account management and stewardship of Partners, ensuring buy-in, support and involvement from relevant, key internal stakeholders.

• Leadership: Contribute as part of the wider team of Manager’s (Income area owners) to robust financial planning, management and reporting of income and KPI’s, providing excellent leadership and line management to any (future) line reports.

Reporting to the Director of Development & Communications and working closely with the wider Marketing, Alumnae and Development team, the Communications & Engagement Officer (Alumnae) will build and nurture excellent relationships and a thorough understanding of the vast and vibrant LEH alumnae community. This role will be responsible for the development and delivery of communications and engagement activity across digital, social and print channels.

The role is also responsible for the planning and delivery of alumnae events, in School and externally, as well as the day-to-day management and updating of the alumnae (Holles Connect) website and database.

The successful candidate will have excellent communications and interpersonal skills, and will be confident in dealing with individuals at all levels, building and developing lifelong relationships with our community in support of the School and its future plans. With proven organisational and administrative skills, you will be creative with strong experience of creating and writing content.

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is responding to the largest emergency in our 40-year history. Over the last year support for our cause has seen significant growth in income as tens of thousands of supporters have joined MAP. Our challenge now is to retain this interest and ensure we sustain income as we respond to the ongoing emergency and the longer-term health of Palestinians over the coming years. With an ambition to be a £50m organisation in the next five years, the corporate partnerships manager will play a key role in enabling over one million Palestinians to access improved healthcare annually by 2028

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our corporate fundraising programme. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to cultivate and steward existing partnerships while identifying new opportunities for multi-year collaborations. Leadership and Strategy 
• Support on the development of the corporate partnership programme. Working alongside

• Monitor and analyse trends within corporate fundraising, both internally and externally, 
using these findings to influence the direction of the programme. 
• Develop a pipeline of new prospective corporate partners, working alongside the Prospect 
research manager. 

Relationship Development and Events
• Cultivate, engage and manage strong relationships with existing corporate partners with a 
focus on building strategic multi-year partnerships. 
• Create high quality, inspiring proposals, pitches and materials to maximise new 
opportunities. 
• Work with the communications and advocacy team to maximise marketing opportunities.
• Lead on the development of inspiring stewardship events that convey MAP’s work and 
impact to current and new corporate partners. 

Budget Management, reporting and compliance 
• Create three year rolling budgets and reforecasts, setting income and expenditure targets in 
collaboration with the Head of Philanthropy.
• Manage financial planning, reporting, and risk assessment for the Corporate Partnerships 
budget. 
• Ensure that the corporate partnerships programme adheres to due diligence procedures
and carry out regular due diligence reporting on existing corporate partnerships.

Since 2018, Connect: North Korea (CNK) has grown from a small community start-up into an effective and impactful organisation with an annual income over £500,000, mainly through grants from Trusts and Foundations. We now want to focus on building our supporter base and growing our individual giving programme to secure our long term growth.

As our new Communications and Fundraising Manager, you will play an exciting role in communicating with our individual and corporate supporters, identifying and engaging new supporters and growing our income to help us reach more members of our community.

You will lead on individual communications and fundraising initiatives, communicating in person, traditional and new media, engaging new supporters to our mission, sharing case studies and stories from our community to inspire them to donate. Based at: Our offices in New Malden KT3 with some remote/home working.  We will be as flexible as possible to accommodate the right candidate.

Salary: £38,000 - £41,181 + 5% pension and gym membership

• Delivering impactful messages, responsive and successful online fundraising campaigns to grow our income from individual supporters to £50,000 per annum in 2025 and beyond.

Primary duties and responsibilities will be:

Planning and reporting:

• With the support of CNK senior management, devise an action plan with measurable KPIs to communicate with our supporters and attract new supporters. You will be responsible for the delivery of this action plan in 2025.

• Use online analytics, social media insights, financial reports to report on KPIs (new supporters/followers, website analytics, conversion rates, ROI, number of new donations, average donation amounts) understand supporter motivations and use this learning to adapt our messaging to where each supporter is on their journey from recruitment to regular giving

Communications and Fundraising:

• Work with CNK team members to gather information, case studies, quotes and images and convert into compelling and engaging content for social media and our website. ‘

• Regularly update our website and social media platforms with insights, opinions, case studies, calls to action, to build our community of supporters

• Use social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive traffic to our website

• Plan and deliver innovative well thought out funding campaigns to convert existing supporters from once off donations to regular givers, nurture and steward donors to increase the value or frequency of their current donations

• Inspire our mailing list subscribers to give to us for the first time with the aim of increasing our new donor pool by 15% in 2025

Fundraising compliance:

• Save all communications and donor profiles, donations, giving history, gift aid agreements, correspondence, and communications with supporters on CNK CRM database. Uphold GDPR and comply with fundraising best practice.

Staff & Volunteer Management

• Recruit and manage volunteers to create visual content for social media. 

The role has no direct line reports at present but there may be in future, along with the prospect of promotion, budget permitting.
 

Essential skills and experience:

You will have at least three, and ideally five, years experience of:

• Communications and individual giving fundraising for a small charity, with a track record of developing and delivering successful individual giving campaigns that have generated 4 to 5 figure sums 

• building a community of followers and converting them into donors

• gathering information, case studies, data and finances, distilling and crafting high quality, well articulated compelling funding asks

• growing charity brand and positioning, thorough consistent approach, campaigns, asks,use of language and artwork

• digital marketing including social media, email marketing, and website content management

• designing tools, inputting data and keeping CRM software updated, using data analytics to report on donor journey and drive fundraising decisions

• relevant fundraising regulations and best practices, including GDPR compliance.

You:

• Can work quickly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Are highly organised, able to act on own initiative, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to craft compelling asks to engage and inspire donors.

About the Role:

This role is crucial in the long-term retention and growth of our partnership revenue streams. The role requires strong interpersonal, negotiation, and project management skills to maintain and nurture mutually beneficial strategic alliances to enhance Urban Synergy’s capacity and reach. The Role

Koreo is looking for a Senior Business Development and Partnerships Manager to drive growth across our programmes, particularly Charityworks and 2027. These programmes aim to create a more diverse social change sector by placing young people from across the UK in 12-month work placements with nonprofit organisations, also known as host organisations. Alongside their work placements, participants take part in a year-long, ILM-certified leadership and development programme designed to accelerate their impact and future potential. 

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual who thrives in a hands-on sales and relationship management role. This person will be responsible for securing work placements for our candidates by engaging with both new and existing host organisations across the nonprofit and grant-making sectors. They must be skilled at maintaining relationships with long-standing partners while also driving new business to support the overall growth and success of our programmes. Each year we aim to secure 150 work placements for diverse young talent from across the UK. 

Working closely with the Director of Programmes and Managing Director, and line managing the Programme Marketing and Communications Manager and  Recruitment Coordinator, the Senior Business Development and Partnerships Manager, will play a key role in executing Koreo’s programmatic growth strategy. They will identify and cultivate new leads to build a strong prospect pipeline of host organisations, pitch to secure new partners and manage relationships with existing partners, while also overseeing the recruitment of participants into our programmes. 

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong sales, partnership management, recruitment and/or business development experience who is passionate about building a more inclusive and impactful social sector.

Key Responsibilities

As Senior Business Development and Partnerships Manager, you will hold responsibility for:

• Strategy Development & Implementation: Working with Directors to articulate and implement business development strategies that support the growth of Koreo’s Programmes.

• Business Development: Cultivating new business leads, pitching our programmes to prospective clients and securing work placements for programme participants, while growing the network of non-profit organisations engaged in our programmes.

• Operational Infrastructure: Ensuring our operational infrastructure effectively supports the entire sales pipeline, from identifying warm leads to tracking sales-qualified leads, converting prospects, contracting, and invoicing clients. This includes responsibility for our CRM (HubSpot) as well as overseeing data management and metrics tracking.

• Recruitment Campaigns: Supporting the implementation of campaigns that attract diverse applicants to our programmes and overseeing their assessment and selection, as well the process for matching successful candidates into roles with our partners. 

• Marketing & Communications: Support the Marketing Manager in developing marketing collateral and delivering email and social media campaigns that promote Koreo’s programme offers to prospective applicants and clients.

Join Different Strokes, a national charity led by young stroke survivors for young stroke survivors. There are 100,000 strokes in the UK every year, and 1 in 4 of these happen to someone of working age or younger. We aim to promote independent stroke recovery and help younger stroke survivors to reclaim their lives.

We are a small national charity that really cares about what we do. We are in an exciting period of growth and are looking to expand our team. We are seeking a passionate individual to work alongside our marketing manager.

As our Information Officer, you’ll play a vital role in developing and refining our information resources for stroke survivors and their families. Your primary focus will be to lead the creation and enhancement of our information packs, which cover a range of topics important to our community. Collaborating with team members and gathering insights from stroke survivors, you’ll ensure that our materials are accessible, informative, and aligned with our community's needs.

The role would be home based, but require regular visits to our office in Milton Keynes. Initially it is offered as 20 hours per week on a 12 month contract, but there is potential for this to be extended. The salary is £24,500 per annum pro-rata.

This role will include occasional weekend working due to our out-of-hours monitoring of our online support group.

What will I be doing?

• Maintain systems to track financial data associated with CGC applications and awards, provide management information relating to CGC research finance and act as the primary CGC team contact for all questions related to CGC financial award data;

• Lead the management of contracts between CRUK and NCI which provide the framework for the CGC initiative, including ensuring compliance with contractual terms and obligations, and take the lead in producing all necessary reports and information for submission to NCI - including accurate and compliant financial reporting;

What are you looking for?

• Very strong financial literacy, including relevant experience of managing budgets, financial reporting and analysing data;

• Extensive experience of developing, reviewing and managing compliance for complex contracts, ideally within the academic sector;

• Experience in managing day-to-day relationships between contract partners to ensure contractual compliance and providing advice where needed;
