About us
Who we are
Cherry Trees helps to keep families together by providing home from home care for children with complex disabilities and a meaningful respite break for their families.
Every child who visits Cherry Trees is valued for who they are. We provide professional care in a safe, stimulating and fun environment, ensuing that our children enjoy new experiences, develop their life skills and enhance their independence. This enables their families to have a much-needed break from caring, where they can rest and recharge without worry.
Cherry Trees is a life line for the families of over 50 children who are regularly cared for, whether that be after school for a few hours, overnight or for a longer stay.
We are the key charitable support supplier of short-break provisions in Surrey, offering 24-hour support 7 days a week for 48 weeks of the year to children from Surrey, Hampshire, Sussex and West London. We support children and young people up to the age of 19 with a range of complex disabilities including learning, physical and sensory impairments.
