About the role
As our Product Events Executive, you will be working across our portfolio of amazing third-party events, including the Brighton Marathon Weekend, Hackney Half Marathon, Cardiff Half Marathon and the Action Challenge series. You will successfully manage the full delivery of your portfolio, including recruitment, stewardship and event day activations.
You will plan and deliver sector-leading stewardship for our supporters, bringing the events to life and encouraging participants to fundraise for the charity.
Working closely with the Senior Product Executive, and the wider product deliver team, to deliver your own product portfolio over the long-term and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships to ensure resource and continued portfolio growth.

About you
With strong understanding of KPI’s associated with marketing performance and content management systems. You’ll bring relevant experience working on income generation products from start to finish, specifically within the context of product marketing, fundraising campaigns and/or fundraising events.
You’ll be continuously enthusiastic, proactive, and commercially aware. You’ll have experience of delivering a multi-channel customer journey, management, and delivery of projects.

The Journal of the Royal Statistical Society consists of three world leading, peer-reviewed scientific journals of statistics and data science, and we have just launched a new, open access journal – RSS: Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. With our 5-year strategy and the focus on impact in all aspects of the Society’s work, this is a great opportunity to get involved in journal delivery and development, and to further develop your experience within journal publishing.
Pension and benefits: Our defined contribution pension scheme can be joined after three months in post. Your contributions of up to 8% of salary will be double matched by the Society (making a maximum contribution by the Society of 16%). Location: The RSS office is in central London and currently open twice a week. We offer flexible working arrangements and office attendance is encouraged but not mandatory depending on the role. Job purpose:
To support the Journals Manager who oversees and manages the full journal development and delivery process. This includes securing excellent relations with publishers, editors, editorial panels, trustees and authors as well as developing journal strategy in conjunction with many of the same stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Support and provide administration for the Society’s editorial panels, Journal Webinar Advisory Group, Discussion Meetings Committee and Publications Network
- Proactively support the editors, chair and members of journal committees and groups as directed by the Journals Manager. This involves developing credible relationships with these stakeholders and the publisher and working to support the Journals Manager to facilitate regular meetings, elicit and disseminate papers, reports and analyses prior to meetings and taking notes/writing of minutes
- Coordinate the process of appointing new associate and joint editors as directed by the Journals Manager and update the membership of journal committees and groups in the Society’s CRM system and other repositories
- Design, develop and deliver a programme of journal webinars, working with the Journal Webinar Advisory Group to select papers, invite the authors and agreed discussants, arrange the meeting and rehearsals, and publicise the events
- Work with team members to promote journal content, news, events and innovations to RSS members
Support journal editorial and production processes
- Liaise regularly with the publisher’s editorial office to ensure the smooth running of the journal peer review process and effective support of editors, reviewers, and authors
- Provide support for the journal production process managed by the Journals Manager and delivered by Oxford University Press (OUP), intervening as necessary to ensure reported problems are quickly and effectively resolved
- Provide reports to the Journals Manager and RSS senior management as required on journal activity plans and performance, including regular collection and updating of journal KPIs.
Journal development
- Support the development and delivery of the annual marketing strategy and associated activity planning by OUP and with other RSS management and stakeholders, including the support of marketing and fundraising initiatives
- Support the journals’ continuous development programme, contributing to the identification and implementation of agreed improvements and innovations
- Actively support all aspects of the new journal and its future development

Since 2018, Connect: North Korea (CNK) has grown from a small community start-up into an effective and impactful organisation with an annual income of approaching £500,000, mainly through grants from Trusts and Foundations. We now want to develop our individual giving programme to build our unrestricted income and secure our long term growth.
As our new Head of Individual Giving, you will be responsible for growing our income from our individual and corporate base to help us reach more vulnerable members of our community. You will lead on individual fundraising relationships and initiatives, including appeals, fundraising campaigns, and all direct marketing activities and communications. You will position us in our supporters’ minds and encourage them to actively support CNK in 2025 and beyond.

JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and experienced corporate partnerships new business expert to join our team.
This pivotal new role will be responsible for securing high-value, seven-figure (financial and non-financial) partnerships with corporate entities that protect and empower refugees globally.

With proven previous experience running complex and large database selections in a busy direct marketing environment, you'll have experience ensuring complex and high-volume data quality and accuracy. You’ll have strong experience with Blackbaud CRM or similar systems, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and a proven track record in importing and exporting data with external agencies. We are looking for a creative social media native who is comfortable not only with presenting UWC to different audiences but also collaborating and supporting our different stakeholders in doing so. As a Digital Communications Officer, you will create, develop and deliver content across all UWC International’s social media channels in line with our social media strategy and lead on sourcing or creating the relevant, required reporting to demonstrate engagement and impact. You will also support UWC’s truly global network of volunteers through digital resources, templates and training. Live Music Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Live Music Coordinator in the North of England to support the delivery of live music experiences improving the health and wellbeing of children and adults through the healing power of live music.
This is remote working role in the North of England, so please only apply if you live within a commutable distance of the area.
Position: Live Music Coordinator
Location: Remote based in the North of England (Yorkshire and Humberside, North West or North East).
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £23,400 per annum
Contract: Fixed term contract until end of June 2025, with the potential to extend beyond this date.

The Role
The Live Music Coordinator will facilitate the delivery of live music experiences across the North of England, improving the health and wellbeing of children and adults through the healing power of live music.
You will work with professional musicians to share live music with people who may not otherwise get to experience it, organising programmes with partner organisations, in line with the organisation’s strategy and operational plan.
You will also support the delivery of the annual programme of live music experiences communicating with hospitals, hospices, care homes and the community. This includes those living with dementia, who have mental health problems, or who are seriously ill.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Coordination of the live music programme
- Prepare reports and appropriate feedback to the Live Music Manager and support to the Fundraising and Communications team as per the reporting timeframes required
- Inform the Live Music Manager of progress and developments
- Support the Live Music Manager to manage and deliver services
- Encourage, collate and monitor feedback reports from healthcare centres, participants and musicians
- Ensure effective administration in accordance with the UK-wide system for facilitating and contracting of individual health and care settings and musicians
- Provide copy for publications such the newsletter and Annual Report.
- Support Safeguarding and Health and Safety compliance within geographic area of responsibility

About You
You will have proven administration experience ideally delivering a similar provision within health and social care or arts setting and a passion for live music.
You will have:
- Effective communication skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of data protection
- Proficiency in using MS Office and database systems
- Proven ability to form good working relationships both internally and externally with people on all levels

About the Organisation
The charity seeks to give joy through live music through the provision of live music sessions for people receiving care or treatment in healthcare settings across the UK, including those who are vulnerable, the elderly, those with dementia and in critical care.
Their live music concerts are presented by individual or small groups of skilled musicians who have been carefully selected through a process of audition. Sessions are tailored to the both the setting and the audience to ensure that they can reach and connect people, encourage communication and meaningful interactions and evoke emotions and memories to make people feel good one tune at a time.
The successful applicants will require a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) or equivalent check.
