The Role
As our Retail Support Manager, you will provide management cover at retail locations as required by the charity. Supporting the Retail Area Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operation of the shop that you are covering, including managing a team of volunteers, ensuring accurate accounting and handling of assets, delivering high standards of customer service, and adhering to all charity policies and procedures. You will lead by example and ensure that volunteers, supporters, donors, and customers understand how their contributions are making a difference to the lives of people in Yorkshire and beyond.
Specifically, you will:

Provide management cover at Retail locations as required by the charity currently including (but not limited to Castleford, Heckmondwike, Selby, Leeds and Hull shops). This may also expand to include additional locations as the charity’s number of shops grows however depending on the role holder’s geographic location, we can agree which areas will be covered.

Lead a team of volunteers to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Deliver any volunteer training required and make every effort to create a welcoming and happy environment.

Responsible for volunteer training and engagement, ensuring the volunteer management system is actively kept up to date in the absence of the Shop Manager.

Ensure there is management cover and sufficient volunteers to operate all trading hours.

Ensure accurate accounting and handling of assets (items donated and money received).

Responsible for ensuring accurate record keeping of items donated and the amount paid for each item for Gift Aid tax reclaim purposes at each location.

Prepare and complete all shop administration including cash handling and banking functions to the highest standard, accurately and on time, always adhering to charity policy and procedures at each location.

Create a welcoming professional atmosphere and deliver high standards of customer service for all customers and supporters
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:

To be ideally educated to A Level or equivalent.

To have experience of managing people/volunteers including recruitment and development.

Morgan Hunt is thrilled to be working with a large homelessness charity in Liverpool to recruit a Housing Advice and Assessment Hub Manager on a permanent basis.
Our client provides support to people who are either experiencing or at risk of homelessness and / or have support needs. Our client is looking for an exceptional manage to take over responsibility for the management and delivery of their Housing Advice and Assessment Hub, providing a range of services for people experiencing homelessness, including people rough sleeping.
As an organisation, they offer help with building confidence whilst developing independent living skills and supporting people to address substance misuse or other health and wellbeing issues.
The role
- To foster an environment where meaningful connections are made with service users which maximise engagement and take up of services on offer.
- To maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of relevant housing, welfare rights and benefits legislation and to act as a central resource providing expert advice and assistance which resolve or prevent homelessness or housing need.

The Role
As our Filming and Events Manager, you will manage filming and photography activities across our parks and green spaces.
Overseeing the filming office, you will handle inquiries, contracts and permits, whilst managing logistics and liaising with production teams and local stakeholders to ensure compliance with park regulations.
Ensuring high standards and effective project co-ordination, you will draft legal agreements, oversee unit base applications and, when needed, manage events to maintain a balanced use of park spaces.

We have a great opportunity for a Philanthropy Manager working for the amazing Royal Medical Benevolent Fund, reporting to the Head of Fundraising and Comms. The Philanthropy Manager has an opportunity to raise funds to support doctors, medical students and their families with financial help, mental health support and practical advice when they need it. There is also a generous training budget if you are looking to progress after the Philanthropy Manager role. The Philanthropy Manager is required to be in the SW19 office 2 days per week with free on-site car parking to support your commute.
As part of this exciting role, you will be working in the small and friendly fundraising and communications team you will use your experience to identify, attract and cultivate new donors.

Main Purpose of Job:
We are seeking an experienced fundraiser with excellent relationship management skills to help build resilient and profitable income streams for the Somerset Cricket Foundation (SCF) and extend the reach of the charity’s profile. This will include working with existing and new corporate relationships, individuals and Trusts & Foundations.
You will develop and use stewardship tools to guide donors and partnerships through their giving journey; including cultivation plans, proposals, and reports. You will be involved in sourcing and presenting tailored information, making appropriate financial and non-financial requests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Agree an annual high-value fundraising strategy for SCF, in collaboration with the Somerset Cricket Foundation Fundraising Committee and Managing Director.
- Take overall responsibility for the development, growth, and implementation high-value relationships.
- Develop and create new fundraising opportunities that raise the profile of SCF and attract new partners and donors.
- Nurture and maintain long-lasting positive relationships with corporate contacts and individual supporters to build a loyal supporter base.
- Collaborate proactively with the SCCC Commercial team and associated fundraising partners, to broaden the reach and impact of the work of SCF and promote the wider club.
- Promote the work of the SCF at networking events, through associated media and literature.
- Input into the creation of the annual SCF Impact Report, ensuring it is shared with new and existing supporters.
- Monitor and evaluate the annual impact that fundraising is bringing to the Foundation through effective reporting.
- Work collaboratively with the SCF Programme leads to identify opportunities in raising awareness and essential additional revenues.
The Friends of Conquest Hospital CIO supports The Conquest Hospital by providing additional equipment and services that directly enhances the health, comfort and wellbeing of patients, their families, and hospital staff. We aim to ensure that patients receive the best level of care, diagnosis and treatment locally. Over the past decade, we have donated items and services totaling over £3.5m.
The General Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of The Friends of Conquest Hospital, overseeing daily operations and leading the development and implementation of new opportunities for the charity. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the General Manager will work collaboratively to fulfill the charity’s objectives, driving various fundraising initiatives. This dynamic, hands-on role requires a blend of strong management and operational skills, fundraising capabilities, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and a genuine passion for enhancing local healthcare services. You will bring a "can-do" attitude, balancing business as usual with a visionary approach to the charity’s growth and sustainability.
