We're seeking a confident and experienced Access and Inclusion Lead to deliver a Travelling with Confidence programme.

Position: Access and Inclusion Lead
Location: Hybrid/Gloucester Office (plus outreach locations in Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire)
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours or part-time 30 hours (flexible working available)
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum depending on experience, pro rata
Contract: Fixed Term 24 Month Contract - March 2025 – end of January 2027 (with the possibility of extension subject to funding)

The Role

Key responsibilities include:
• Lead the delivery of the dedicated Travelling with Confidence programme, leveraging your own confidence in travel
• Actively engage and involve relevant community partners
• Utilise your experience to inclusively plan, coordinate and engage participants from diverse abilities and backgrounds.
• Leverage your experience to co-design and deliver safe and inclusive journeys
• Collaborate closely with rail industry partners to ensure suitable provisions are available and provided on our confident traveller trips, ultimately leading to more confident travellers within local communities.
• Provide a series of engaging travel training events for community partners, with in-house training provided to empower, support their involvement and raise awareness

Our client offers a range of quality, exciting and inclusive short break clubs across Surrey and West Sussex for children and young people with a disability and additional needs. They are now looking to recruit a dynamic Team Manager to lead their short break services, ensuring a high quality service for all beneficiaries.
As Team Manager you will oversee the operational management and delivery of short break clubs delivered across a range of schemes across Surrey and West Sussex. You will line manage a team of dedicated frontline workers and will lead the assessment of behavioural support plans and complex need support in order to ensure safe and inclusive practices. You will ensure the meaningful participation of children and young people in the design, delivery, and evaluation of services, and will work closely with local partners to enhance the range, reach and quality of services for children and young people.
To apply for this role, you must have demonstrable experience of working with children and young people with a range of disabilities or additional needs. You must have previous experience of managing frontline staff, and of working with a range of partner organisations in order to achieve positive outcomes for beneficiaries. You will be skilled at developing and implementing fun, varied and creative programmes of activities that allow for fun and informal learning. Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. In 2024 we embarked on our new 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.
It is an exciting and important time to be joining us at Crisis. We work with thousands of people across England, Scotland, and Wales so they can leave homelessness behind for good. We have recently adapted the way our services work to maximise our impact in ending homelessness.
Title: Senior Practitioner Psychologist (internally this role is known as Senior Skylight Psychologist)
Qualifications: You must be a Practitioner Psychologist qualified for at least 18 months and registered with the HCPC
Hours: Part-time and full-time opportunities available, Monday to Friday. We understand prospective candidates may want to take on this role alongside other commitments. About the role
We are committed to ending the homelessness of more people using our direct services, including people with complex needs. To do this, we are seeking either full-time or part-time Practitioner Psychologists to join our fantastic team in locations around the UK.
In this role, you will be supporting our diverse operation in Brent that includes the Skylight Service, the commissioned Single Homeless Prevention Service and The Single Homeless Refugee Service. You will also get involved in our outward facing place-based work that aim to shape better system responses to homelessness, working with colleagues from the Local Authority and NHS and the local community and voluntary service.
You will form part of the local Leadership team, supporting the implementation of Psychologically Informed Environments (PIEs). You will support the delivery of our work to members by offering training and leading reflective practice for staff and providing direct services to members at times.
You will also be a part of a national psychology team made up of a Lead Clinical Psychologist, two Regional Lead Clinical Psychologists, and seven Practitioner Psychologists as well as one Assistant Psychologist and Trainee Clinical Psychologists on placements.
At Crisis, we understand more and more Practitioner Psychologists are taking on multiple part-time opportunities within the NHS, private practice and the third sector as this has been the case with our own team. Crisis and our members have benefited from employing people with a variety of different work experience and we are therefore open to considering a range of part-time working arrangements. This an opportunity for you to work within an agile and progressive charity where you can influence psychologically informed ways of working to end homelessness for good.
You will join an extraordinary team of frontline lead workers with a focus on people facing homelessness who have survived a range of difficult and traumatic experiences.
About you
We are looking for people who are community focused and driven by our shared values. This role brings a real opportunity to be creative and flexible in our approach to working psychologically with people who face multiple disadvantages, and to support the staff teams via training and reflective practice.
There are opportunities to provide direct support as well as working extensively with local teams and other parts of the organisation to influence policy and practice developments. We are looking for someone with post qualification experience of working within complex systems and you may have direct experience of working with people who experience homelessness.
You will be excited by the prospect of working innovatively to deliver services locally alongside the Skylight team, as well linking in closely with the wider Psychology team to develop the service. You will be committed towards social justice, and to being an advocate for those we work with and for breaking down the systemic barriers that exclude those who need most support.

About the role:
This role is to cover predominantly the London services. Based from home, you will be expected to travel to our services in London (and further afield if required) and from our offices in London, Deptford and Maidstone, Kent.
As Positive Behavioural Support Practitioner you will implement our client’s PBS strategy, creating capable environments that improve wellbeing and quality of life for the people supported, whilst reducing challenging behaviour and the use of restrictive interventions.

About you:
As Positive Behavioural Support Practitioner you will possess extensive knowledge and experience in the field of learning disabilities and behaviours that may challenge.
Essential skills for this role must include:
- A relevant qualification is essential (IABA, Tizard Centre, Welsh Centre or equivalent)
- Experience of working with people with a learning disability who live in a community setting who may exhibit behaviours that challenge
- You must also be willing and able to travel to our services and offices (which don’t always have good transport links) therefore you will need to have use of your own vehicle.
- You must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and be an excellent communicator.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and individuals outside of your own practice.
- You must be skilled in carrying out functional assessment and analysis of behaviours, devising behavioural support plans (and be able to apply this in the development of new and existing services for individuals who may challenge and/or have Autism).
- Competent in the use of IT including Microsoft Office.
- Experienced in devising and delivering training.
- You will be supported to train to certify to become a PROACT-SCIPr-UK® instructor to deliver this approach to services.

Overall Purpose of the Finance and Administation Officer
This is a pivotal role for the charity in ensuring finances are managed in a timely, accurate and compliant manner. The Finance and Administration Officer will maintain the day-to-day accounts for the charity including bank reconciliations, journal posting and invoicing and supported by our experienced Finance Manager, will be responsible for month-end and quarter-end closure and reporting and will support with the year end audit and reporting.

Salary: Full-time salaries are as follows:

18 months to 4 years qualified - £53,755 (Regional), £57,755 (London) per annum FTE.

5 to 7 years qualified - £56,454 (Regional), £60,454 (London) per annum FTE.

8+ years qualified - £60,504 (Regional), £64,504 (London) per annum FTE.
Please note if you are working part-time these salaries will be pro rata. Our salaries are fixed to counter inequity, and we do not negotiate at offer stage.
Location: Crisis Skylight London, 50 – 52 Commercial Street, E1 6LT will be the main base for the role but it will include travel to Christmas centres and hotels in London for specific activities and at different times of the year. There will also be some homeworking as an option in line with Crisis’ Hybrid Working Policy.
About the role
We are excited to offer this new role which is an opportunity to support our two London Crisis at Christmas teams. There is the Crisis at Christmas team who lead on the set up and delivery of our hotel and day centre delivery in the capital. This is a huge and innovation operation, supporting hundreds of people out of rough sleeping. It also involves huge numbers of volunteers. Our Christmas Case Management Team focus on supporting people through the Crisis at Christmas hotel offer, and throughout the year afterwards. The postholder will be working alongside the Crisis at Christmas team and Christmas Case Management Team to develop this post. You will form part of the local Leadership team, supporting the implementation of Psychologically Informed Environments (PIEs). You will support the delivery of our work to members by offering training and leading reflective practice for staff and providing direct services to members at times. You will be working alongside the Christmas team to plan how we ensure our service offer is psychologically and trauma informed as well as developing and delivering training for volunteers and staff and supporting the delivery of our services. You will be joining a part-time Psychologist working into the Christmas Case Management team, as well as several Psychologists who are also based in the London Skylight.
You will also be a part of a national psychology team made up of a Lead Clinical Psychologist, two Regional Lead Clinical Psychologists, and seven Practitioner Psychologists as well as one Assistant Psychologist and Trainee Clinical Psychologists on placements.
We are committed to ending the homelessness of more people using our direct services, including people with complex needs. To do this, we are seeking either full-time or part-time Practitioner Psychologists to work with us to develop a new and innovative role supporting our Christmas teams.

You will join an extraordinary team of frontline lead workers with a focus on people facing homelessness who have survived a range of difficult and traumatic experiences.
About you
We are looking for people who are community focused and driven by our shared values. This role brings a real opportunity to be creative and flexible in our approach to working psychologically with people who face multiple disadvantages, and to support the staff teams via training and reflective practice.
There are opportunities to provide direct support as well as working extensively with local teams and other parts of the organisation to influence policy and practice developments. We are looking for someone with post qualification experience of working within complex systems and you may have direct experience of working with people who experience homelessness.
You will be excited by the prospect of working innovatively to deliver services locally alongside the Skylight team, as well linking in closely with the wider Psychology team to develop the service. You will be committed towards social justice, and to being an advocate for those we work with and for breaking down the systemic barriers that exclude those who need most support.
