Job Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Pride Cymru team as part of a Community Lottery funded project. The overarching aim of the Stronger Together project is to increase LGBTQ+ community cohesion and resilience across Wales. The role would have the following aims

To support the development of a Pride organisers network across Wales enabling skill and information sharing and joint working.

To increase sectoral resilience through collaboration, information, co-production
and relationship building.

To advance understanding of intersectionality and the needs of underserved LGBTQ+ communities, leading to improved and more resilient services.
This role is for someone who is committed to promoting equality and inclusion. They will be self-motivated and enthusiastic and a confident communicator.
Responsibilities

The development and servicing of a forum for Pride organisers in Wales, working alongside external forum partners.

To ensure communication between network partners including occasional written bulletins and social media.

To identify opportunities for training, funding and resource development.
-
To deliver the project on time and to budget, keeping track of expenditure and reporting any potential variances.

To represent the project and Pride Cymru at events, conferences and meetings.
-
To promote the project through social and other media activities in liaison with Pride Cymru’s marketing team.

To work with volunteers to promote attendance at Prides across Wales.

To work with the project team and charity manager to deliver an evaluation and report for funders.

To undertake other tasks and responsibilities compatible with the level and nature of the post as required by the Charity Manager from time to time.

A little bit about the role

The Head of Delivery is responsible for all aspects of programme organisation and delivery. They are a vital and senior position expected to bring exceptional social work knowledge and expertise to the implementation and further development of Approach Social Work and wider work of the charity. They are required to work collaboratively with all teams on the programme, including curriculum, admissions and support, recruitment, partnerships and programme management.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about driving standards in social work through excellent practice, leadership and innovation, who can manage a geographically dispersed team and work effectively and closely with the Head of Delivery (North) and Head of Curriculum to ensure a consistent one-team approach to programme delivery.
The successful candidate will be a highly effective leader and manager of people with an ability to operationalise a large programme and develop strategic plans that support retention and quality. You will have a clear vision for outstanding social work practice and education with a commitment to systemic practice and other practice models.

We are looking for an Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner to plan, deliver and support LGBTQ+ children and young people. This role involves working with children and young people identified as requiring emotional wellbeing support through face to face, virtual and group sessions. You will provide a safe space for young people who identify as LGBTQ+, undertake assessments and include a range of evidence based interventions in your delivery.
As an EWP practitioner you will hold a weekly caseload and work collaboratively with the LGBTQ+ Project Team and wider organisation to ensure delivery and the successful completion of funded contracts.
The service is underpinned by CYP IAPT principles and the post holder would support and assist the core aims of this in the service.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering services to children and young people

THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Finance and Operations Manager to lead and strengthen our financial and operational functions as we continue to grow. This role is critical in ensuring that Open for Business adheres to best practices in financial management and reporting, including compliance with the Charity SORP.
You will serve as the main point of contact for our external accountants and our Financial Advisory Committee, providing timely and accurate financial information to the CEO and Board of Trustees.
On the operations side, you will help build and execute the organizational infrastructure needed to support our expansion, which includes office management and collaborating with our HR team to create a robust induction system for new staff, as well operational management or oversight of core processes.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about tackling LGBTQ+ inequalities on a global scale and are eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-growing organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage financial and operational systems, processes, administration, and internal controls.

Pride Cymru is a registered charity made up of a large core group of volunteers with a small team of p/t members of staff. We work all year round to challenge homophobia, biphobia, transphobia and to promote equality and inclusivity for all. We are most known for our annual Pride festival but we also run a number of exciting projects throughout the year in areas relating to sport, sexual health and LGBTQ+ history.
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Creation officer to oversee Pride Cymru’s current social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). The role will involve planning, designing and creating high quality digital content, engaging with audiences and keeping up with social media trends.
This role will involve actively working with both our volunteer core team and our part time members of staff to ensure that all areas of our work are fully represented across our social media channels.

As Sexual Health Manager, you will manage a sexual health service, and a team of 5 to deliver sexual health education and prevention services.
You will work closely with the NHS, pharmacies and the community, ensuring better sexual health outcomes. The services you will oversee, will be the condom distribution scheme, the National Chlamydia Screening programme and training and education to support local schools and colleges.
As Sexual Health Manager you will
- Provide leadership and management of the education and prevention in sexual health.
- Lead, motivate and support the team to develop their knowledge and skills, as well as supporting and directing the team.
- Employ good project management skills, ensuring that all contracted services remain on track.
- Lead on the delivery of outreach in the area, to include the most vulnerable or at risk, targeting LGBTQ+ people, speakers of other languages, young people and those living in economically deprived areas.
To be successful in the role you will
- Have at least 3 years managing, leading and motivating a diverse team.
- Have experience, or degree in healthcare, heath education or youth work.
- Have experience of working within sexual health or young people's services.
- Have a thorough understanding of issues facing diverse groups of people, particularly speakers of other languages, LGBTQ+ people, woman and young people.

We are seeking to recruit a Legal Clinic Administrator to help with the day-to-day administration of the Dickson Poon School of Law’s award-winning Legal Clinic, King’s Legal Clinic.
About the role
The Legal Clinic Administrator will work under the Legal Clinic Manager and be expected to provide administrative support in a varied and demanding environment.
A key function will be the day-to-day administration and promotion of the Legal Clinic. This will include working with students to deal with initial client enquiries in a range of Legal clinics, booking appointments, supporting students in the organisation of client interviews and management of case files, managing the administration of the office in accordance with the Clinic’s policies and procedures and liaising with members of the public, the legal profession and voluntary organisations.
The role holder must have excellent organisational, IT, and communication skills and an ability to relate to and work with a diverse range of students, partner organisations and clients.
The position is likely to be of particular interest to either:
I. A legal administrator/legal secretary with an interest in access to justice and higher education; or
II. A experienced administrator working in a busy office dealing with confidential and sensitive data, for e.g health service provider

Rainbow Migration, the longest-running charity in Europe dedicated to supporting LGBTQI+ people through the asylum and immigration system, is recruiting a Legal Officer to advise and help improve the representation of LGBTQI+ people seeking asylum and help change the asylum and immigration system to one that treats everyone with compassion, dignity and respect.
We are looking for a qualified solicitor or barrister with valid practising certificate, or already accredited to Level 3 OISC, with two years’ experience in providing advice and representation in asylum including working in legal aid.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the legal advice service. Under the guidance of our Legal Service Manager, you will also build capacity amongst legal representatives by designing and delivering training, giving second tier advice and developing and coordinating a network of practitioners working in this area. You will use the knowledge you gain in this role to help deliver Rainbow Migration’s policy work, such as inputting into policy papers and meeting with partner organisations when required.
We will also consider applications from people who do not want to do the policy elements of the job, but to instead focus on first and second tier advice. Please mention in your covering letter if you are applying for this option.
This is a unique opportunity to build on your experience as a lawyer to improve representation across the sector and create change in government policy and practice. You will be supported to develop as a specialist lawyer and in your policy skills.
Responsibilities will include:
· Deliver one-off advice to adult LGBTQI+ people seeking asylum and work with colleagues to refer them to quality legal aid and pro bono lawyers
· Provide casework assistance e.g. helping to prepare witness statements, making referrals to other specialist organisations and taking other urgent steps (whilst not representing service users or maintaining a caseload)
· Provide occasional advice (within competence) on other issues affecting asylum and partnership service users such as asylum support, legal aid, trafficking, family reunion or community care
· Deliver second tier advice to the legal representatives of LGBTQI+ people seeking asylum and other charities and professionals
· Work with the Legal Service Manager to design and deliver training to lawyers, NGOs and other professionals
· Write blogs and articles on asylum and immigration policy and legislation as they apply to LGBTQI+ people
· Contribute to policy and briefing papers
· Assist with preparing guidelines and briefings for legal services and pro bono lawyers
The Legal Officer will not be providing direct legal representation of service users. However, the role includes substantive advice and casework within the scope of legal support and referrals for our service users, as well as merits testing and second tier advice.

Salary: Starting at £40,175, with potential annual step increases up to £44,868 (pro-rata for part-time employees), plus statutory employer’s pension contribution. In addition to an annual step increase, the trustees consider giving a separate inflationary increase every April.
Location: Remote or from Rainbow Migration’s offices in central London. Hybrid working will also be considered. The National Lottery Community Fund is looking for a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to become part of their compact IT Infrastructure Team located in Birmingham. This role will report directly to the Head of IT Infrastructure. Hybrid office working is available, though occasional travel to various UK sites will be required.
As a Network Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our IT network, ensuring optimal performance, up-to-date security, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Be an integral part of the Team and act as the go to person and SME for networking requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Network Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, Security Team and Project Managers to understand and address their requirements.
- Manage and optimise network infrastructure, including on-premise networks, public cloud (Azure) networks, virtual networks and WAN technologies.
- Configure and manage Firewalls, Routers, Access Points, Switches, SD-WAN and Networking Appliances.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP protocols, subnetting, VLANs, load balancing, and VPNs.
- Apply strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve network issues.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor network performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with service desk staff, providing education and support while resolving network-related tickets.
- Be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the Project tasks.
- Lead networking element of projects to improve production environments.
