The Baby Bank Alliance (BBA) is a new and ambitious organisation advocating and supporting a community of over 300 UK baby banks to ensure babies and children have the essentials they need to thrive. The Alliance has been founded by four organisations: Save the Children, Little Village, Baby Bank Network Bristol and Purposeful Ventures, and is being incubated by Save the Children and Purposeful Ventures who provide fundraising capacity and resource. About the role
This is an exciting time to join the Baby Bank Alliance. As the Fundraising and Partnership Manager. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who will be responsible for securing funds and goods for the Baby Bank Alliance, working independently and alongside our incubating partners (Save the Children UK and Purposeful Ventures) and the community of baby banks across the country.
This is an incredible time to join our growing organization. You will be responsible for securing, nurturing and managing new partnerships, as well as existing. ,Your work will involve fostering new relationships with well-known household brands, identifying new partnership opportunities, and securing contributions that directly impact families in need. A primary focus will be on generating in-kind donations on a national scale to support baby banks and the communities they serve.
In this role, you will:
• Identify and develop new partnerships and funding, that bring in financial and in kind donation
• Seek prospective partnerships and donors to secure new revenue and ways to maximise awareness of BBA
• Manage and strengthen existing relationships
• Lead on creation and implementation of the BBA's first partnerships strategy
• Track and report on fundraising and partnership performance, using data and feedback to update key stakeholders
• Connect between baby banks and corporate partners with effective coordination and communication. Building relationships and representing the Baby Bank Alliance is key.
About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:
• Proven track record of securing significant financial donations for a programme or initiative, and building long term donor relationships
• Proven experience in developing new fundraising and partnership
• Proven experience of managing partnerships, corporate fundraising, or a related field
• Strong relationship building and communication skills – the ability to influence and engage with different stakeholders is important
• A strategic and results orientated approach
• Excellent organisational and project management skills

Ways of Working:

Individual Giving Manager

Galop, the UK’s LGBT+ anti-abuse charity, is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to join our Fundraising & Comms team.
Founded in 1982, Galop works directly with thousands of LGBT+ people who have experienced abuse and violence every year. We specialise in supporting victims and survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence, hate crime, and other forms of abuse including honour-based abuse, forced marriage, and so-called conversion therapies. We are a service run by LGBT+ people, for LGBT+ people, and the needs of our community are at the centre of what we do.
We run a National Abuse & Violence Helpline, which brings together our four national support helplines for LGBT+ victims and survivors of: domestic abuse; hate crime; rape and sexual abuse; and so-called “conversion therapy”.
We provide longer-term support to thousands of LGBT+ victims and survivors of abuse through our advocacy and therapeutic services. We are person-centred, empowerment-based, and trauma-informed – meaning our focus is always on helping our clients decide what is best for them, and then supporting them through their journey.
We use what we learn through working on the frontlines with clients to work on national and local policy change, to improve outcomes for LGBT+ victims and survivors of abuse and violence. We push for legislative change, improved statutory guidance for victims, and better understanding of the needs of LGBT+ people around the country.
About the Individual Giving Manager role

In the last few years, Galop has grown to be one of the largest LGBT+ organisations in the country, and holds one of the largest evidence bases on LGBT+ experiences of abuse and violence in the UK. Based alongside our frontline services, our policy work aims to improve the future for LGBT+ people in the UK by influencing local and national policy affecting victims and survivors of abuse and violence. Drawing both from our frontline work and our formal research work, the post-holder will put this abundance of evidence at the heart of a strategic approach to improving life for LGBT+ people across the country.
This role works closely with the CEO to devise and execute our policy work, as well as owning the strategy for our policy and research work as a whole. The Director of Policy and Evidence will work across the gender based violence, LGBT+, hate crime sectors, young people, and health sectors as well as being confident and competent around Parliamentary engagement and legislative processes. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced policy professional to shape a whole programme of work for the benefit of LGBT+ victims and survivors of abuse.

The Role:

This is a hands-on role working within a small and busy charity. The scope of the role is varied and will evolve as YWF continues to develop, but will broadly involve the following:
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the CEO, create and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to promote the charity’s work and to maximise opportunities of key partner engagement
- Take stock of our current communications activity and lead efforts to elevate the charity's visibility and profile, including reporting and acting on analytics from the various platforms
- Oversee and implement communications across all platforms, including digital, print, and events. This includes creating regular business and member newsletters, website updates and events comms

Who Are We Looking For?

About the Role
This role is all about helping individuals maintain their tenancy, develop independent living skills, and achieve their personal goals. You’ll work closely with service users to identify challenges and provide tailored support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and delivering support plans and risk assessments.
- Advocating for service users and liaising with external agencies.
- Maintaining accurate service user records.
- Supporting service users with income maximisation and money management.
- Assisting with access to education, work, or training.
- Providing other housing-related support.
You’ll need to travel to meet clients in their homes, provide virtual support, and work at a central hub as required. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role, and business mileage will be reimbursed (business cover on your car insurance will be required). They provide support in the following areas Newark and Sherwood, Bassettlaw and Worksop, Mansfield and North and South Kestevens.
No two days are the same! This is a fast-paced but incredibly rewarding role where your support will help people sustain their tenancies, manage their finances, and access additional care or health services when needed.

Mental health social work is a highly varied role that offers a wide range of opportunities to support the lives of people with mental health needs.

The Role
Support you would be providing varies and no two days are ever the same. From administering medications, to writing and reviewing support plans and monitoring residents’ wellbeing, there is no chance of a dull day at Sherwood House. The Foodbank Local Organiser is responsible for developing the foodbank’s capacity to organise and campaign for change.

Who are they?
Our client provides refuge and community based (outreach) support to adults and children who are experiencing domestic abuse. As a Support Worker, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing practical and emotional support to women and men who are experiencing or have experienced domestic abuse (both in the refuge and throughout the local community). You’ll work with clients to assess needs and risks and plan a package of support and risk management individual to them. Some of the other duties involve:

About the role
