Data at Unifrog
The Data team’s goal is to inform every Unifrog decision with data. That includes decisions taken by our teammates, university and employer partners, and those taken by teachers and students who log into the Unifrog platform every day.
Our team goal is ambitious in scale and broad in scope, and achieving it requires a diverse team with different skill sets. Our work includes managing external data integrations, analysing how students use the platform, and managing and developing our Salesforce platform.
What you’ll do
As the Salesforce Administrator, you will maintain and enhance our Salesforce platform. Salesforce is central to our partner management processes and reporting.
We take great care in maintaining our Salesforce organisation to provide an excellent user experience while delivering smart solutions. Your role will ensure Salesforce is robust and valuable, supporting our sales and marketing initiatives across school, university, and employer partnerships.
Your key responsibilities:
Maintaining our Salesforce platform

Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users through Jira and Slack. Improve our use of Jira to support the Unifrog team.

Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.

Build out clear and comprehensive documentation on how our Salesforce platform works, which can be used for sales training and future Salesforce development.

Work alongside our finance team to ensure accurate and robust sales and commission calculations.

Monitor the platform's health and identify data quality issues using reports, dashboards and alerts.

Manage our Calendly integration, ensuring activities are recorded and reported accurately and that supporting documentation is up to date.
Developing our Salesforce platform

Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and priorities, gather requirements, define processes, and implement solutions within Salesforce.

Design and implement automation workflows, validation rules, and custom objects to streamline operations and improve data accuracy.

Working together
Your projects will see you work closely with individuals across the company in our sales, finance and data teams. You’ll work closely with our Junior Salesforce Business Analyst who supports the team with Jira requests and reporting.
You will work closely with your line manager, the Head of Data and Insights, to define strategy and priorities.
You may be required to work alongside external Salesforce consultants.
What we’re looking for

- £45,000 - £48,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a share in a company-wide performance bonus.

Background to School Food Matters
School Food Matters (SFM) exists to teach children about food and to improve children’s access to healthy, sustainable food during their time at school. We provide fully funded food education programmes to schools. Our experience delivering these programmes informs and strengthens our campaigns, bringing the voices of children, parents and teachers to government policy.
Young Marketeers
This much-loved programme was started in London in 2012. It is now running in 12 cities across England and is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund for three years. The programme provides hands-on opportunities for children from primary schools to grow fruit and veg from seed to sell at their local market. Young Marketeers is also a platform for School Food Matters to promote food education to schools and communities as a way to support children to live happy and healthy lives. Children learn the art of growing veg from seed, and market traders will share their secrets on how to create a winning market stall. Primary schools will be visited by our gardener in March/April and then again in May/June and receive further tips on how to ensure a bumper crop. And in July, they head to the market to sell their produce, and to meet the mayor!
Key Tasks include:
· Assist with recruitment of four schools to take part in Young Marketeers
· Build and maintain relationships with teachers, teaching assistants and senior leaders to ensure the smooth running of the project

More in Common is looking for a Grants Associate, a highly organised, mission driven individual who is as enthusiastic about identifying new funding opportunities and managing grant proposals as they are passionate about telling the story of our work to funders and partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Grants Associate will play a key role in supporting More in Common’s fundraising and grants management efforts across Europe. This fixed-term role (filling in for one of our colleagues who is going on parental leave) will focus on identifying new funding opportunities, developing relationships with funders, designing and managing multi-country grants, and providing fundraising and grants support to More in Common’s national teams.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of multi-country proposals, including project design, team coordination, proposal writing, funder liaison, and providing fundraising support to country teams as needed
- Researching new funding opportunities, from a variety of sources, including foundations and public funds and staying abreast of developments in the philanthropic sector
- Working with More in Common’s Co-founders, Country Directors, and Head of Development to maintain and strengthen funder relationships

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- 2+ years of professional experience working with grants – e.g., grant making, grant management, as part of a development team, or other similar work. Specific roles matter less than demonstrated familiarity with the grant application process and grant requirements.

Role description
The Communities Lead is a critical role in developing and delivering the Centre for Excellence in Community Investment, facilitating its national and local thematic networks, engaging with colleagues across and beyond the social housing sector and identifying potential opportunities for collaboration. We’re all about fostering communities of practice and supporting the sector to have a transformative impact in local communities it works alongside across the UK.
Working closely with the Head of Communities and Projects, the Communities and Network Lead will ensure that the activities of the Centre’s networks align with and inform the overarching strategy of the Centre for Excellence in Community Investment. Our networks are spaces for learning, collaboration, problem solving and building positive social impact.
As well as providing a light touch secretariat function to the networks, the post-holder will coordinate activities, identify potential speakers and liaise with network chairs to deliver programmes of work that engage and generate impact.
The Communities and Network Lead will be comfortable representing HACT and the Centre externally, identifying emerging trends and working with the Head of Communities and Projects, and other HACT colleagues, to support the delivery of a programme of work that delivers lasting impact across the social housing sector at a national level.

This is an exciting time to join Ambition Institute. In the past few years, we have grown to become the biggest provider of professional development for teachers and school leaders, with around 1 in 10 participating in one of our programmes. We are proud of the way in which we are contributing to tackling educational disadvantage and are looking for an individual who is equally as enthusiastic about our mission to join the team.
We would like you to:
- Work closely with the Governance, Risk and Policy Managers to drive and support projects that rationalise and/or improve our governance, risk and policy systems
- Develop and own efficient administrative practices to ensure the effective delivery of business-as-usual processes
- Contribute to the development of supporting resources, such as guidelines, templates, and training materials, to facilitate the adoption of best practices across the organisation
- Manage logistical arrangements for internal and external events, including meetings, away days and residentials.
Working in a hybrid way, you’ll be attached to either our Birmingham, London or Manchester office and will report to the Governance, Risk and Policy Manager. In line with our current ways of working, you’ll be expected to be in the office at least 1 day a month, in addition to team days and this may be reviewed by Ambition.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
To succeed in this role you'll be proactive, detail-oriented and possess strong organisational skills. You will excel at building productive working relationships with colleagues across the organisation, including in a hybrid working environment.
Knowledge or some exposure of governance, risk or policy would be beneficial.
