About the role
This role has three aims;
- Pro-actively create sector-leading partnerships across our sponsorship and advertising opportunities, which positively impact the voluntary sector.
- Contribute towards growing and maintaining our income streams by meeting specific income targets, enabling NCVO to deliver support for the sector.
- Using our CRM and making recommendations to the partnerships team to ensure outstanding service for our partners and funders.
This contributes directly to income generation by securing sponsors and partners, as well as ensuring operational excellence across our partnership management. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery and growth of NCVO’s Service Directory, ensuring it grows into a key source of income for the organisation.The postholder will play a crucial role in achieving and expanding the team’s income targets of £1m+, with scope for further growth. Key responsibilities include leading the development of the Service Directory, managing advertising, sponsorship and corporate partnership relationships, and ensuring effective coordination across activities. Strong data management and reporting skills are essential to support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Job Purpose
As Project Manager for the BSR registers you will ensure the continued success of BSR’s biologics and biosimilars registers and support BSR’s Registers and Research Committee. This role requires someone who is highly organised with a keen eye for detail, strong financial and commercial acumen, and the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders from across a range of different sectors.
About the BSR registers: The BSR registers are a vital source of rheumatology data, which we encourage the rheumatology community to access and analyse for research purposes. BSR’s three active patient registers covering rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and juvenile idiopathic arthritis are open for recruitment. Our ankylosing spondylitis register, although closed for recruitment, is available to access for academic research and is contributing data to research questions coming out of the EuroSpA research collaboration.
Main Responsibilities
Management of the BSR registers
- Hold overall responsibility for management of the BSR registers including all legal, contractual and financial matters
- Work with BSR’s delivery partners and registers funders to ensure that contracts, protocols and other agreements are implemented, upheld and administered effectively
- With support from the Head of Publishing and Director of Practice and Quality, negotiate, agree and manage contractual agreements with partners and funders
- Proactively and diplomatically manage contractual and legal risks and issues as they arise
- Ensure the rights and obligations of the BSR (including intellectual property rights and patients’ data protection rights) are upheld and met
- Monitor emerging issues and changes to policy and regulatory frameworks that impact BSR registers, ensuring that colleagues and partners receive timely updates and that BSR responds promptly, ethically, and transparently
Relationship Management and Communications
- Develop and maintain strong and productive relationships with BSR’s delivery partners and funders
- Support the delivery partners to maximise recruitment to the BSR registers
- Oversee and facilitate communications about the registers between BSR, partners, funders and stakeholders
- Develop relationships with relevant stakeholders, including regulatory and oversight bodies
- Collaborate with BSR’s communications team to drive registers awareness and engagement and develop content for social media, website and member communications

Outward Housing Department provides housing management aimed at sustaining vulnerable people in their tenancies and assisting people to move on from short term services. As a Tenancy Management Officer you will be expected to ensure that a comprehensive, sensitive and efficient housing management service is delivered to our tenants. You will have the ability to liaise with a range of internal and external partners, experience of providing a supported housing service to vulnerable tenants and a commitment to sustaining tenancies wherever possible.
You will also be able to effectively manage tenancy breaches including Anti-Social Behaviour, assess the suitability of new referrals, carry out property inspections and manage the voids process, monitor rent accounts and work with Income Management Team to ensure that rent arrears are kept to a minimum. The successful candidates will also have excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Summary
The Church of England Pensions Board Housing Department provides housing options for those who retire from ministry in the Church of England. More widely the Pensions Board is a charity which runs pensions schemes with over 30,000 members and provides grants as well as accommodation.
We offer a range of housing options for retired clergy and eligible family members, primarily through:
- Community Living (sheltered housing type accommodation with additional facilities) homes in 7 schemes across England
- 1,200 rental properties located throughout England

Reporting to the Head of Community Living, the two Regional Operations Managers are responsible for the delivery and management of the Board's Community Living service, comprising 7 sites around the country, with a multi-disciplinary staff team of 90 headed up by site based Scheme Managers looking after tenants across 212 units.
This role delivers across a wide range of operations, including supporting local teams with the delivery of services (including catering) and staff management. The post holder is also responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety at the schemes, supporting the delivery of repairs programmes, supporting tenant engagement and tenancy management, setting annual scheme budgets and raising the profile of the service within the wider Church.
This post (Regional Operations Manager - South) will be responsible for four schemes: Capel Court near Cheltenham, Gracey Court near Exeter, Manormead near Haslemere (Surrey) and Ramsay Hall in Worthing.
This role requires regular travel to each scheme on at least a quarterly frequency, but more frequently if required and this will include overnight stays, The post holder is also required to travel to our head office, Church House in Westminster and other venues for meetings.
- You'll need to have a management qualification or professional housing qualification, such as provided by the CIH or similar experience.
- You'll need experience of managing the delivery of housing with support services, preferably within the housing for older people.

About the Role
You’ll be at the heart of defining and evaluating impact, working across the organisation and the wider Network, leading on producing insights to feed back into the Network, informing operational decision making and driving fundraising and marketing activity.
Your work will seek to maximise significant investment in systems and customised Salesforce CRM, using data to demonstrate the impact of the charity and the Network in improving outcomes for young people. Key responsibilities of the role include:

Westway Trust is looking for dedicated and reliable experienced Cleaning Operative to provide supervised access to the new public toilets located on Acklam Road, next to Portobello Market. The primary responsibility of the Cleaning Operative will be to ensure the facility and its surroundings are maintained to a high standard, checked regularly and kept clean, secure and inviting to users at all times. The secondary part to this role is to publicise the Trust’s activities that take place on the Trust’s 23 acres of land in North Kensington by distributing information and leaflets to the members of the public who use or pass by the toilet facilities and the surrounding area.
The role requires someone with a good physical stamina, who is friendly and a confident communicator with an energetic approach to work, and will be fully committed to achieving a consistent standard of cleanliness and appearance throughout the facility.
This is a part-time role of up to 30 hours per week. Working patterns will be discussed at the interview stage.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- To open and lock the facility and return the key to the Trust’s offices.
- Effectively and efficiently manage the access control system.
- To ensure that all toilet cubicles (toilets seats, pans, urinals, basins and door furniture) are clean and fit-for use.
