The Contactless giving Fundraising Team sits within the wider F2F Fundraising and Individual Giving Team
This important role entails working with the Trusts regional teams as a Team Leader within the wider Face to Face (F2F) fundraising team In this particular instance this role will have a focus on championing our Contactless Giving Workstreams across the regions, with the support of their face to face fundraising colleagues.
They are responsible for delivery of our contactless giving programme and ensuring that they are able to setup a maintain a varied programme of workstreams by sourcing and providing key technology and tools to all of the Trusts regions. You will help drive delivery of the agreed Team and individual targets and KPI’s for the region(s) with a particular focus on Contactless Giving.
This role will work across the regions as a dedicated national support and will be required at times to provide hands on coaching, training and support regionally to drive ongoing engagement and enthusiasm for the programme. They will also support the Regional Face to Face Fundraising Managers to identify and business case potential future opportunities when required.
You will play a significant role in supporting the day to day management of our contactless giving income stream by supporting our F2F Fundraisers, regional colleagues and volunteers, ensuring our Values & Behaviours and performance excellence standards are met on a consistent basis.
Location & coverage
You will be working remotely and should expect to spend more than 50% of your week out on location meeting with your fundraising team across the region.
There is an expectation of working some weekend days at our key regional events, spread over the year and being a part of the weekend Contactless Giving management rota, which denotes working at least one weekend per month.
As a remote worker you will be assigned one of our main hub spaces as as your formal base
Relevant hubs include: Leeds, Ellesmere Port, Burnley.
Working Hours: 37 hours Monday to Friday with occasional weekend & bank holiday working.
The regularity & flexibility of travel will be discussed further at interview stage.
Knowledge, Skills/Qualifications & Experience
Key Accountabilities:
- Work with the Contactless Giving Fundraising Manager to devise robust strategies to achieve weekly & monthly volume and quality based fundraising targets, particular focus on Contactless Giving within the regions, Museums and attractions and our F2F Fundraising teams.
- Develop contactless fundraising techniques with the Contactless Giving Fundraising Manager that improve income generation for the Trust.
- Support the Face to Face fundraising management team with reviews and business casing of future fundraising opportunities for the face to face & regional fundraising programme.
- Ensure management of key contactless giving channels including devices, signage, branded clothing and collateral all contain contactless donation touchpoints across the network.
- Adhere to the IOF and Fundraising Regulator Code of conduct.
- Handle all sensitive and data protected information obtained by donors as confidential and in a safe and secure manner in line with the Trust’s GDPR and Security Procedures.
- Ensure regular Compliance checks and training sessions are delivered to the F2F team and Regional colleagues, particualrly around Contactless Giving.
- Clear, regular and timely communication with the Team and all members of the senior management team.
- Nurture and maintain positive relationships with regional colleagues to support delivery of F2F fundraising priorities, engagement and training; particularly contactless giving programme.
- Coach and mentor team members in the region and support the maintenance of performance targets and improvements where needed.
- Ensure that all data input and insight reporting is maintained for the benefit of the team including key systems such as CRM, Evergiving and other fundraising platforms and technologies.
- Support operational processes for managing equipment, managing suppliers, regulatory compliance and complaints management.

The Bridge Renewal Trust in partnership with Haringey GP Federation and North Central London Clinical Commissioning Group are delivering a new Pan-Haringey Diabetes Care Navigation Service.
As a Care Navigator, you will provide support to people whose diabetes is not well managed or who are not engaging with health professionals, in particular, deprived and vulnerable groups within this cohort. You will support people to access diabetes information and/or education in their own language, improve their ability to navigate the health and care system and improve their confidence to self-manage their condition. This is a new and exciting approach to working with people with diabetes in Haringey.

MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB
The Stella Maris (SM) Regional Port Chaplain will promote the vision, mission and values of SM in caring for all seafarers and fishers by helping to meet their pastoral and spiritual needs. They will recruit, train and support SM staff and volunteers for the port and will maintain good relations with local parishes and the local diocese. They will work ecumenically with members of other Christian maritime societies with whom SM works.
1. To meet the welfare and pastoral needs of all seafarers and fishers equally according to their needs and wishes. To be an advocate on their behalf, upholding the dignity of each. Through regular and frequent ship visiting, to understand the working and living conditions of the seafarer and fishers and be able to work for justice and for the well-being of all crew members without distinction.
2. To address the communication needs of seafarers, providing transport, news, and access to telephone and internet facilities.
3. To address the welfare needs of seafarers and fishers, including support with money transfers, hospitality, and crisis support, e.g. abandonment, injury and death, detainment, bereavement, advice and access to medical care.
4. To meet the ecclesial, spiritual, and sacramental needs of Catholic seafarers and fishers; to facilitate the religious and spiritual needs of others and to be a pastor to all, sharing one’s faith as appropriate.
5. To participate in SM conferences, ongoing formation and other professional courses as required.
6. To supporting seafarer centre functioning.
7. To recruit, train, develop and retain a SM ship visiting volunteering team.
8. To represent SM on the local Port Welfare Committee(s), to include attending such meetings and submitting reports.
9. To liaise and maintain good working relationships with all port stakeholders, including the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, the International Transport Workers’ Federation, port health, harbour masters, dockers, security, and shipping agents.
10. To work in an ecumenical and multi-faith context by respecting the differing religious and spiritual needs of seafarers drawn from diverse regions throughout the world.
11. To encourage and support the development of an ecumenical service to seafarers through engagement with our ecumenical colleagues, including the Mission to Seafarers, The Fishermen’s Mission, The Sailors’ Society (to name a few).
12. To engage with local maritime colleges.
13. To engage with the local press, in particular the local Catholic diocesan press.

The Hepatitis C Trust has developed projects nationally whereby peers use their lived experience of injecting drug use and hepatitis C, to provide education and training to service users and staff in drug and alcohol, hostel and homeless services, increasing hepatitis C awareness, access to testing and referral to treatment, for people living with hepatitis C.

The Churches Conservation Trust (CCT) has an international award-winning reputation in heritage conservation and regeneration for its own estate. For this reason CCT has been contracted to deliver a programme of work for Historic Chapels Trust (HCT). HCT owns and cares for 20 of the most significant Nonconformist and Catholic chapels no longer in regular use by their congregations, all listed at Grade I and Grade II*. Key to the project is management of the assets, funded by the National Heritage Memorial Fund (NHMF) through their Cultural Assets Fund (CAF).
As a member of CCT’s national Conservation team you will be the main point of contact for all chapel maintenance related issues, liaising closely with contractors, local groups and volunteers. Alongside the Conservation Projects Manager for Chapels you will deliver the maintenance programme, including regulatory and legal compliance, as well as deal with utilities and insurance of chapels. 10 of the chapels are in our North region, 6 in our West region and 4 are in our South East region.
You will have previous experience in the field of historic buildings maintenance, repair or property management. You will be an effective communicator, be able to plan and deliver your own workload and also work as part of a team. As you’ll be working at chapels throughout England it is essential you have a full driving licence.

We are seeking an inspiring Head of Fundraising and Engagement to join the Trust at this exciting and important time. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Trust’s programmes for fundraising, membership, communications and public engagement, which are vital in delivering our vision of a wilder Worcestershire where there is more nature everywhere, for everyone.
The current postholder has been promoted to be the Trust’s new Chief Executive at the end of the year. The Trust’s Head of Fundraising and Engagement will play a key role in delivering our three strategic goals set out in our strategy to 2030, which are:

- Action for nature: 1 in 4 taking action for nature by 2030.

The Trust is supported by over 21,000 individual members and a range of funders including individual donors, the National Lottery Heritage Fund, trusts and foundations and local businesses. We also generate income from our trading activities including ecological consultancy, hire of meeting space and sales of items including Christmas cards and calendars. We aim to continue to sustainably grow our income to enable us to deliver our nature conservation and public engagement objectives. This will involve working closely with existing supporters and generating income and support from new funding sources. We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of raising funds from a range of sources and with experience of impactful communications and effective public engagement. The role involves managing four programme teams across fundraising, membership, communications and public engagement. To be successful in this role requires strong planning skills, experience of delivering successful projects and effective communication with key internal and external stakeholders.
We are one of 46 independent Wildlife Trusts operating across the UK. In this role, you have the opportunity to build networks with equivalent roles in other Wildlife Trusts and to work with the national team to further fundraising, membership, communications and public engagement across the Wildlife Trust movement.
A full driving licence is essential. This is a full time, 35 hours per week position on a permanent contract.

Global Fund for Children is looking for a Development Officer to join our global Strategic Partnerships Team in an exciting new UK-based role. Your main responsibility will be to help steward our active relationships with donors and supporters around the world, manage delivery of key grant outputs, and build relationships with philanthropic funders and foundations.
This role will require engagement with our global staff team, alongside senior leadership and key stakeholders, and our expansive network of community partners around the world. You’ll help to develop strategies that build our relationships with key donors, ensuring all our reporting output is of a consistently high quality. This role will have a truly global reach with a primary focus on supporting programming and donor relationships for our work in the UK, Europe and Africa.
You will be passionate about maintaining the quality and performance of all our outputs to donors and supporters, and have a track record of being highly organized, an ability to manage multiple priorities and an ability to work to a deadline, to ensure we achieve our ambitious goals and objectives.
You will be just one part of a growing and extremely ambitious and successful Development, Marketing and Communications (DMC) team based in the UK, US, and around the world. You will play an important part in the successful implementation of projects with our staff team based in more than 20 countries globally – including colleagues from Programs, Finance, Learning & Evaluation, and Safeguarding.
What will you be doing?
• Manage the global calendar of donor deliverables for the Development team
• Consistently create and deliver compelling reports and other donor deliverables, according to our grant agreements, including collecting data, writing content, reviewing financial information, and ensuring compliance details.
• Work collaboratively across the Development team, engaging with key stakeholders, to deliver on strategic goals and KPIs.
• Liaise with Program and Finance colleagues to share grant requirements and reporting expectations, build reports and deliver high -quality stewardship items.
• Work alongside the team to keep an accurate record of donor relationships in Salesforce, including stakeholder information, notes from meetings, reporting and submission deadlines, and correspondence with donor staff
• Build and develop new relationships with prospective foundation donors and foundation fundraising strategy in collaboration with Senior Manager and Vice President for Strategic Partnerships
• Represent the organisation, both internally and externally where opportunities arise, including donor visits, public events, and partner convenings
• Keep abreast and keep the wider team updated of best practices and trends in the philanthropy sector, scoping out strategic opportunities to help us engage new prospective donors
• Contribute to the development of a strong values-based team culture across different countries, areas and streams of work
What are your experience and skills?
Our ideal Development Officer for Strategic Partnerships will have:
• Outstanding organizational skills, including ability to plan, prioritize and manage a varied workload to meet deadlines
• Excellent writing skills, including development of compelling communications to engage donors and prospects
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and relationship building skills with the ability to work across teams and build strong internal and external networks
• Passion for supporting and developing people to achieve their potential
• Experience working in a hybrid setting across a variety of time zones, and the confidence and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a busy team.
• Experience working with a development/fundraising team to deliver financial goals or partnership deliverables.
• An understanding of the funder and wider philanthropy system in the UK, US, and/or globally
• Appreciation for working with community-based organisations towards a shared goal
• Experience coordinating with a diverse range of colleagues to develop concept notes and funding proposals
• Knowledge of children and young people programming and / or experience in the international development sector preferred

Salary – UK-based salary range for this role will be £40,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
Weekly hours – 35 hours per week.
Holidays – 30 days annual leave and 8 public holidays. The basic annual leave allowance increases to 35 days after 4 years of continuous employment.
Flexible Working Location – This is a hybrid position that is based in the UK. GFC is open to applications to those who will regularly visit our London office.
