Job summary
This role will predominantly support the Service Delivery Managers and Support Officer across the UK in the effective planning and delivery of services to meet the strategic objectives. The postholder will be required to work directly with young people and their families, delivering services in the North of England, alongside assisting the wider team in the administrative tasks involved in organising and setting up services and events.
You will be part of the Young People’s Services Team who provide a range of services and activities for young wheelchair users and their families.
The person
You will need to have good organisational skills with the ability to communicate and build rapport with a range of audiences. You will be liaising with our young people and families as well as venues, schools, content providers and other third-party organisations. With a good understanding of planning events and undertaking risk management, you will be responsible for all aspects of event bookings.

The Director of Fundraising and Engagement plays a crucial part in helping us achieve our vision that no family whose child has cancer, or a life-challenging condition should have to cope alone. As a vital part of the Senior Management Team, you will report directly to the CEO. About the role
The Programme Coordinator will primarily be responsible for supporting Money Heroes, our largest primary programme designed to develop the financial capability of children across England and Wales. Money Heroes provides resources, training and mentoring for primary schools, as well as storybooks, games and other materials to supplement learning about money at school and in the home.
The Programme Coordinator will work closely with the Programme Manager and the Money Heroes team to ensure the smooth running of the programme, including coordinating content development and website updates, supporting the delivery of teacher training events, supporting the marketing and promotion of the programme, and supporting ongoing monitoring and evaluation. The role also works more broadly across the whole of the Programmes and Services team to ensure joined-up cohesive support is offered internally and externally to staff, teachers and other educators.
The post holder will be responsible for providing high-level customer service both internally and externally to a variety of people including teachers and other educators and YE staff. This role will also provide ongoing support to ensure we are effectively communicating the aims and objectives of our programmes to external stakeholders through newsletters, social media and email campaigns.

The Advocacy & Communications Team works to support all area of our work including our Stop It Now helpline and programmes, our Shore website and support for young people, our paid services including training, assessments, intervention and consultancy as well as our advocacy, fundraising, research and teams in Scotland and Wales.
You will be responsible for project managing communications for our different services, teams and brands. You will develop, manage and deliver communication plans for these areas, working with operational colleagues to make the most of their expertise.
You will lead proactive reactive national, regional and trade press engagements across the charity. This includes a high-profile national campaign and several other projects vital to our success, identifying and developing newsworthy angles.
You will maintain existing relationships with journalists and build new ones to raise support of our work and advocate for the importance of preventing child sexual abuse. You will support and develop the skills of our spokespeople and work with case studies to make sure their stories are told in a sensitive and engaging way.

The role works with a team of 10 Programmes Advisers focusing on each of UNICEF’s programmatic priority areas to support fundraising, communications and advocacy as part of our work for children in emergencies.
We are looking for a candidate with demonstrable experience working with and within international organisations with a human rights-based imperative, and ideally in the area of climate adaptation and resilience, environmental sustainability, or Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH). You will be compassionate, articulate, comfortable working to tight deadlines and skilled at working with a diverse group of stakeholders. Our adult adoption support service works primarily with adopted adults and birth families. Adopted adults can access their adoption records and birth families are supported at the time of losing children to adoption, helped to stay in touch through letterbox and provided with independent emotional support.
We are looking for a Social Worker, who has experience of working directly with those affected by adoption. You will have experience and knowledge of adoption law and practice and able to liaise with partner agencies to deliver the service in the North East of England.

Service Aims

What does the Job Role involve?
As a project worker (PW1), your duties will include:
- Utilising effective communication skills to engage young people and families to build collaborative relationships.
- Supporting young people and families to identify strengths and prioritise support needs.
- Planning, facilitating and evaluating groupwork programmes and one to one support.
- Maintaining accurate recordings.
- Celebrating achievements / successes.

About the team:
Each year, Coram’s Fundraising Team raises some £8 million for the range of charities in our group. The Trusts and Statutory Team within it focuses on securing income from trusts, foundations and statutory contracts. We are a mutually supportive and experienced team of five, with a shared target.
About the role:
We are seeking a persuasive writer and relationship builder, with a strong track record of income generation from trusts and foundations, and ideally experience of statutory bidding. Coram is a complex organisation, so you will enjoy dealing with a very varied range of projects and service activities to seek out the information you need, have a strong eye for detail, and be able to think and prioritise logically. We’d like you to build on an existing portfolio of funders, developing them and bringing in new trusts and foundations.

Make-A-Wish UK is looking for a Wish Discovery Coordinator who has experience managing volunteers, ensuring an excellent service is given at all times, and confident with data entry using CRMs, ensuring that attention to detail is of a high standard.
Volunteers play a vital part in enabling us to provide a magical wish journey experience for our wish children and their families. The Wish Discovery Coordinator role will be responsible for managing and engaging our network of Wish Makers, Wishgranting Office Volunteers and Interpreters, in line with our values and behaviours. The Wish Discovery Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring we are providing fully inclusive tools and resources to enable Wishgranting-related volunteers to conduct their roles. This role will support the wish journey process and will be ensuring set targets for Wishgranting volunteer activities are met.
Right now, more than 60,000 children in the UK have been diagnosed with a critical condition*, changing their lives and the lives of their families forever. Key Responsibilities:

You will be managing a caseload of up to 200 active volunteer activities across the Wishgranting process at any one time, ensuring Wishgranting volunteers have resources they need to conduct their role.

You will be supporting the wish journey process by Wishgranting managing volunteers to ensure they are reaching agreed KPIs.

You will be responsible for accurate data entry using our CRM systems, ensuring a high level of attention to detail and following data privacy and safeguarding guidelines.

You will assist in the development of tools and resources, including ensuring training is up to date and relevant in-line with any changes within the wish journey.

You will be responsible for enganging our Wishgranting volunteers, through following a clear engagement plan to reduce the attrition of Wishgranting volunteers.

Communication is a key part of the role and you will be engaging frequently with Wishgranting volunteers, ensuring a high-quality experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience managing and supporting a network of volunteers, ensuring agreed targets are met.

Experience with accurately collating and processing data using CRM systems.

To confidently follow data privacy and safeguarding guidelines.

As each wish is unique, yaccurate record keeping, data privacy and safeguarding are essential.

You will need to have experience in communicating with various stakeholders and be able to organise and prioritise your workload.

You will need to be able to confidently share ideas to ensure a high-quality experience and to work on your own initiative without supervision.

You will need experience in using Microsoft Apps, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint alongside experience in using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
