We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floating Scheme Manager to oversee two key homelessness support projects in St Albans and Broxbourne. This position is ideal for an experienced/skilled manager who can ensure the smooth, safe, and effective day-to-day operation of both a night shelter and a supported housing project, delivering trauma-informed care and managing all housing and support functions to a high standard. You will have proven experience of managing homelessness support schemes or similar settings, ideally within night shelters, supported housing, or outreach. This role is to cover for up to 3 months whilst a permanent Scheme Manager is appointed or you can apply for the permanent role, whilst working in the temporary role.
- Oversee the operations of a 12-bedroom night shelter in St Albans, catering to rough sleepers, single homeless, and vulnerably housed individuals, prioritising those with a local connection.
- Manage a supported housing project in Broxbourne, providing housing and outreach services for 16 single adults experiencing multiple disadvantages.
- Ensure a strong management presence at both sites, actively engaging with service users and ensuring safe, effective service delivery.
- Lead, supervise, and support a dedicated team of support workers & night workers, empowering them to deliver trauma-informed, psychologically grounded support.
- Oversee training, performance management, and the development of staff to maintain a supportive, safe environment.

The role of Sporting Events Manager offers an exciting oportunity to lead on the strategy and delivery of the charity’s flagship walking event, March for Men, which raises c.£450k. A key focus will be with a key focus on co-creating and delivering a robust marketing plan.
As Sporting Events Manager, you will:
- Support the Assistant Head of Events & Community Fundraising to generate income through their Sporting Events programme of walking, running and cycling activities. The income for the events team is c.£3.3m, with expenditure of c.£1.1m.
- Lead on strategy and delivery of PCUK’s flagship walking event, March for Men, which raises c.£450k. You will project manage the event, co-creating and managing the recruitment marketing plan, delivering the supporter journey to drive participant value and working with an external delivery partners
- Work closely with the Black Healthy Equity Team to increase representation across PCUK’s activity portfolio, with a focus on March for Men to ensure it’s a diverse and inclusive event
- Drive and report on operational plans and budgets to generate medium and long-term sustainable income, taking responsibility for team outcomes including financial and key result reporting
- Line manage and support a Sporting Events Coordinator and Sporting Events Executive
Ideal skills and experience:

In September 2024 The One Touch Switching Company ("TOTSCo") launched a revolutionary way for UK customers to switch their broadband and landline provider. TOTSCo was founded by the UK telecoms industry in June 2022 to help to introduce the One Touch Switching (OTS) service that all telecom providers should now be using to make it much easier for their customers to switch. Job Description
The Head of Finance is a core member of the organisation's structure and is a strategic partner to the CEO in all areas of finance. Responsibilities will include:
1. Job Purpose
- The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer, and comes with membership of the Executive Committee.
- The HoF is responsible for all financial control, reporting, statutory compliance and forecasting.

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our Fundraising Team as the Community and Events Fundraiser. Hospital engagement and Community Relationships
