The Development and Alumni Relations System (DARS) team is dedicated to enhancing the University's engagement with its alumni and donors through an advanced constituent relationship management system. Our team focuses on supporting this CRM system to drive fundraising and strengthen alumni relations, ensuring seamless collaboration and continuous improvement in our processes and user support.

Grade 7: annual increments from £36,924 to £45,163 per annum, with possible extension to £49,250 – plus an Oxford University Weighting of £1,500 per year (pro-rata).

About the Role
As a member of the User Engagement team, your role will be integral to supporting and enhancing the University's CRM system for development and alumni engagement. Key responsibilities include:
· User Training and Engagement: Develop and update training courses, create learning materials, and facilitate workshops to ensure effective user engagement with the DARS system.
· Business Process Improvement: Analyse and enhance business processes to optimize the functionality and efficiency of the DARS system.
· Support and Relationship Management: Provide comprehensive support through one-on-one coaching, project assistance, and managing key business partnerships to maintain strong collaborative relationships.

Resuscitation Council UK’s (RCUK) Communications and Engagement team delivers creative communications and authentic engagement activities that support the organisation’s vision to ensure that everyone in the UK has the skills they need to save a life and receive appropriate resuscitation.
Our audiences include health and social care professionals, members of the public, charities, professional bodies and associations, UK policymakers and campaigning groups.
We are looking for a creative self-starter with a passion for digital marketing and skilled in community management.
You need to be a motivated and enthusiastic marketer who is comfortable working on impactful campaigns which have a wide and diverse reach. You should be confident bringing healthcare-related stories to life through different digital channels. Website, SEO & PPC
- Write/produce, build and publish content for the RCUK website, including articles, features, statements and updates, ensuring diversity and inclusion is considered in everything we do.
- Ensure all content, imagery or files uploaded to the website are of an optimal file size and comply with accessibility guidance e.g., alt text, descriptive links.
- Support the Digital Media and Marketing Manager to deliver the SEO priorities for the organisation and increase RCUK’s reach.
- Use insight (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Crazy Egg, surveys etc) to identify content gaps and opportunities for website improvements in line with user requirements.
Campaigns
- Support the communications and engagement team to deliver on key integrated campaigns across the year.
- Support on the delivery of marketing and communications strategies for core RCUK products: including generating sales for commercial products such as e-Lifesaver and paid events such as conferences through digital marketing and direct communications.

Barnardo's: Your Rights, Your Voice is an umbrella service that manages a portfolio of Children's Rights and Advocacy contracts.
Barnardo's is commissioned locally to provide a visiting Children's Rights and Advocacy Service to children and young people being held at Barton Moss SCC. In addition, Barnardo's is commissioned by the MoJ to provide a service to the wider secure estate: all Secure Training Centres (STC's) and Young Offender Institutions (YOI's) across England and Wales.
Our service objective is to provide knowledge on Children's Rights, independent advice, support and advocacy services to children and young people in accordance with the aims and objectives of Barnardo's: Your Rights, Your Voice (Secure Estate), the Children Act (1989, 2004), United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and the National Advocacy Standards (DOH, 2002).
In addition, to work as part of a team to deliver an effective and efficient service which empowers children and young people detained within a secure setting to have a voice, access available services and entitlements. Also to ensure their rights are being met in relation to issues relating to their welfare, care and treatment.

Could you be our next Kids Club Leader? We love children at Christ Church London and we are looking for a fun and dynamic Kids Ministry Leader to work at our growing Stockwell service. As the Kids Ministry Leader you will play a crucial role in guiding and nurturing the spiritual growth of children and their families within the Stockwell community. Working with the local Service Leader and Head of Families you will provide leadership, spiritual oversight and organisation to the Kids Club and create a fun and engaging environment where the children and the team can thrive!
This role involves working with children aged between 3 and 13 years and we currently have around 25 children on our books - a number that is growing! The wider service currently has around 50 adults attending and another 5-10 babies from age 0-3.
Roles and responsibilites
Sundays

Ensure all families, both new and regular receive a fantastic welcome to church

Oversee all Sunday Kids Club groups and teams, leading one session per week

Set up the kids rooms before the session, ensuring we have all the resources needed

Be a role model for how to lead sessions, enabling new members of the team to learn and grow

Ensure that children are safe in our care and to liaise effectively with the Safeguarding Lead
Midweek

Prepare each Sunday’s service, in conjunction with the Head of Families and Sutton Kids Worker, following the shared curriculum.

Set rotas termly and work with volunteers to manage any gaps in the rota.

Communicate to parents regarding Sundays and the curriculum.

Collaborate with the Stockwell Service Leader and Head of Families to ensure teams are well staffed and trained.
Wider Responsibility

Attend relevant core team meetings with Stockwell team with other ministry leaders

Employment type

What You’ll Do
Creative Strategy

- Lead internal brainstorms to unlock the creative potential from your colleagues and develop innovative concepts for everything from lead generation tools to email appeals, always putting our partners’ goals and audiences at the heart.
Creative Development
- Working with DSMs and the Head of Creative to design and co-facilitate creative workshops with partners, using Mural and other tools to spark innovative ideas, while you turn those ideas into impactful creative that drives change.
Copywriting
- Craft clear, compelling copy that mobilises supporters across channels - emails, ads, engagement tools, handraisers, and more. Your words will drive action and deliver results.
- Manage partner feedback with ease, ensuring edits improve the final product while staying true to our data-backed best practices.
Content creation
- Deliver visually engaging static and video ads using tools like Canva.
- Experiment with developing new content types to meet new trends and technologies.
AI Prompt Engineering
- Use effective AI prompting and programmes to streamline creative processes, save time, and enhance outputs.
Ads Setup & Management
- Build and manage ads (primarily in Meta), ensuring targeting strategies are effective and always optimised for impact.
Builds & Page Setups
- Set up and quality-check landing pages in platforms like Engaging Networks, Impact Stack, and Blueprint (Forward Action’s proprietary platform), coordinating with Forward Action and partner tech teams on more complex builds to ensure seamless launches.
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Analyse data from sources like Google Analytics and Engaging Networks, using insights to refine and optimise creative approaches. Your recommendations will help partners achieve bigger and bolder results.
Co-owner Contributions
- Bring your creativity and insights to all-team meetings, actively supporting our collaborative culture and ensuring everyone’s voice is heard.

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years’ experience of writing and creating action-orientated digital content for campaigning or fundraising.

Starting salary: £30,502 (outside of London, with a £3k annual travel bursary)/£34,162 (inside London) Under our Employee Ownership Trust model, all team members will also receive an equal share of the profits each year. The amount will depend on how much profit is made.
Contract Term: This is a permanent, full time contract.
Hours: We work a 30-hour 4-day week, from Monday to Thursday. Please note - as this is a full time role, you are not permitted to undertake any additional regular paid work on the Friday.
Location: You can work remotely from anywhere in the UK or use our office in London Fields, East London. You will need to be able to come to London once or twice a month for in-person meetings, otherwise most of our meetings are held via video conferencing and all our workflow is built to be remote-first.
