Trefoil is part of the Girlguiding family, and we aim to support them and help others by carrying the spirit of Girlguiding into our communities. South East London Mind are working in partnership with Bridge Support and Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust to deliver the Greenwich Mental Health Hub. The service brings together the expertise of local primary, secondary and voluntary sector mental health care providers with the aim of providing flexible, holistic and integrated services for adults with mental health problems.
We are seeking a Peer Support Worker to join the team. You will draw on your personal experiences and good communication skills to coordinate and deliver recovery-orientated peer support to people with long-term mental health issues. This support will enable individuals to access community groups, attend appointments, and generally get them more involved in the community.
You will use your own lived experience to support you to build good rapport with your clients and ensure your approach is meaningful. You will need to be organised, resilient and empathetic in supporting clients to achieve their goals.
The role will involve:
- Working with a caseload of clients to provide recovery-orientated peer support to adults with mental health problems
- Collaborative working with all partners involved in the Mental Health Hub
- Commitment to regular training and supervision
- Effective contribution to the development and continuous improvement of the service

Our Welfare Officers provide direct and impactful welfare support to RAF personnel and their immediate family. - Provide casework support across the full range of welfare benefits to Carers.
- Act for the Carers where necessary by calculating benefit entitlement, negotiating, drafting or writing letters.

- Assist clients with other related problems where they are an integral part of their case and refer to other advisors or specialist agencies as appropriate.

Blue Light Card Foundation is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to design, develop, and manage integrated marketing strategies that drive new customer acquisition and enhance fundraising growth. As Marketing Manager, you’ll leverage your marketing expertise to create effective campaigns across multiple channels, optimise media planning, and ensure successful outcomes to support the Foundation's fundraising initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact the Foundation’s growth and sustainability, enabling us to further our mission.

What You’ll Do

Develop and manage the Foundation’s brand and creative strategy in conjunction with the CEO and Head of Fundraising

Oversee and administer marketing and communications for the Foundation, including annual plans, message development, campaigns, creative direction, target audiences, timelines, talking points, and other related issues

Spearhead the development, maintenance, and evaluation of marketing and communication materials, including annual reports, publications, videos, events, printed collateral, digital marketing, direct mailings, image development and design, research, and talking points

Manage the Foundation’s strategies to drive successful giving campaigns through corporate supporters, public annual giving vehicles, and special events, including mass participation or community fundraising events, to ensure fundraising goals are achieved

Develop, implement, and monitor project budgets, ensuring compliance with applicable fiscal restraints, analyse data, manage resources effectively, and adjust project budgets and activities to ensure strong fundraising results

Manage the Foundation website and social media channels, developing content and increasing followers to meet overall communication and marketing priorities

Oversee the communications for the Foundation’s donor stewardship programme for annual donors, first-time donors, and corporate partnerships

Manage in-person events, including fundraising events and brand awareness events.

Develop, implement, and monitor the communications plans for grant making, including post-award communications disseminating the impact of our work
What You’ll Bring

Extensive experience in marketing strategy development and execution, particularly in integrated, multi-channel campaigns focused on customer acquisition and fundraising

Proven track record in managing brand identity and creative strategy, including the development of marketing materials such as annual reports, publications, and digital content

Demonstrated experience with digital marketing techniques, including social media management, SEO, email marketing, and online analytics

Experience in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns, including both organic and paid media strategies

Strong background in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with an emphasis on meeting deadlines and budget constraints

Ability to evaluate and interpret data to assess campaign performance and make informed decisions for future initiatives

Understanding of mass fundraising strategies and corporate partnerships

Experience in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, and community organisations

It would also be beneficial if you have experience in developing public relations materials and managing media relationships and third-party agencies or vendors to execute marketing strategies effectively

Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Reporting to: Customer Service Manager
Salary: £25,500 + generous non-contributory pension, 25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays)
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm reducing to 9am to 5pm during August & December

Primary Responsibility
As Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for ensuring you provide exceptional Customer Service to our external customers. This means striving to delight them at every opportunity and ensuring that their experience of CharityJob is a great one. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to your internal customers, the Sales Team, to enable them to spend more of their time on activity that results in revenue generation.
The Role
- Taking responsibility for the achievement of the set criteria of administrative tasks ensuring they are completed within the specific timeframes as outlined by the Customer Service Manager.
- To prioritise on answering incoming calls (with some outgoing calls where necessary).
- Organise your workload & be accountable for ensuring the set criteria of tasks agreed are completed consistently and on time.
- To prepare daily, weekly, monthly stats / sales reports as required
- To provide administrative holiday cover for Account Managers to ensure that client requests are actioned.
- Passing customer feedback on to the product, marketing, or sales team to improve CharityJob’s offerings and services.
- Escalating customer enquiries to the appropriate team or person and when necessary, to raise support desk tickets and action follow ups to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- To be responsible for accurate cleansing and administration of our recruiter database.

- To consistently demonstrate a pleasant demeanour, show a can-do mentality & always act as a positive role model both in attitude and application to the task.
