Who we are

Strength & Stem is a charity and social enterprise that uses floristry to help female modern slavery survivors become restored from their trauma, empowered for the future and able to sustain a good quality of life. We believe that floristry can be utilised for meaningful employment and therapeutic enjoyment. Each year we take a cohort of survivors through an eight-month skills training programme incorporating vocational floristry, hard and soft skills training, mentorship and work experience. We offer teambuilding and wellbeing floristry workshops to corporates and for private events. Profits are reinvested into our in-house training programmes.
