Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and execute all digital marketing in line with the group marketing strategy, including SEO/PPC, email, and social media.
· Proactively manage and update Active Care Group’s website and oversee other websites across Active Care Group’s portfolio, ensuring content is up to date with ability to proactively suggest and implement improvements where required.
· Maintain and grow our social media presence including identifying, creating and planning suitable content.
· Create successful email marketing campaigns including template design within Salesforce.
· Oversee the management and production of video content.
· Schedule and booking of photography including the briefing of relevant team/s.
· Management of external online directories, ensuring content is up to date and regularly updated.
· Creation and management of podcasts and blogs.
· Work with Marketing Executives to optimise our digital marketing presence across our case management / recruitment divisions and teams.
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activity and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
· Management and reporting of our Google reviews.
· Line management of marketing team member/s.
Person Specification:
· Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/PPC, email and social media campaigns.
· Highly creative with experience in devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
· Solid knowledge of Google Analytics.
· Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
· Strong analytical and project management skills and data-driven thinking
· Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and reporting.
· Experience with online marketing tools and practices: SEO/PPC, CRM Software, Wordpress, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Hootsuite, HTML and web design.
· Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
· Strong communication skills.
· Outstanding copywriting and proofreading ability, with fantastic attention to detail.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Delivery of Spear Programme
- As a coach you will support Spear centres in London and across the UK by preparing and coaching Spear Foundation group sessions and 1-1s, ensuring that young people are engaged, retained and work-ready by the end of this initial phase of the programme.
- Quickly building relationships with young people on the programme and managing culture and attitudes in the training room.
- Adapting the Spear coaching material according to the needs of the Trainees and managing behaviour effectively.
- You will be required to travel outside of London and potentially stay for a period of time at the centre. All business expenses will be covered during the working week.
Spear Centre Support
- You will form part of a central support team that enables Spear Centres to deliver high quality, high impact sessions to young people when one of their team is sick or the centre is short-staffed.
- You will be placed where the support is needed most, working peripatetically across centres. This could look like 2 months based in one centre or various weeks working across different centres both in London and across the UK.
Trainee recruitment
- Supporting Spear Centres to ensure that the maximum number of Spear Trainees are enrolled on each programme, through active face-to-face recruitment.
Active participation in and support for Resurgo’s team and mission
- Help build and develop Resurgo’s ethos and Christian life as a team member including leading and contributing to daily team prayer meetings as an integral part of Resurgo’s operation and for the success of its mission.

About the role
We’re looking for an Insight Analyst with good SQL skills and great proactivity to join our Strategic Insights team. The primary focus of this role is to support Young Lives vs Cancer to use relevant, timely and accurate information to support decision making and drive innovation and impact. Working as part of the Strategic Insight team, this may include:
- Developing insight and learning with the aim of improving our impact.
- Working with colleagues within the Income & Engagement directorate to analyse data on supporters, and develop insight to ensure sustainable income.
- Working on Services data to understand our reach and impact.
- Contributing to continual learning – so we understand what is working—and what is not—for children, young people and their families across the system.
- Supporting Young Lives Vs Cancer to develop and use insight which enables us to achieve our strategy, The Time is Now, and to move towards our North Star vision.
The Insight Analyst will work with stakeholders to define the key questions to be answered that will support effective decision making and continuous improvement. Working with various colleagues, they will use both internal and external data sets to deliver strategic analysis and actionable insight to teams across Young Lives vs Cancer. They will be curious with data, striving for relevant, timely and accurate insight. They will also be instrumental in creating and maintaining a culture which centres evidence, insight and continuous learning.
What will I be doing?
No two days are the same at Young Lives vs Cancer. So, summarising your ‘day to day’ isn’t easy. Here are some of the main things you’ll be doing, but you’ll find more details in the job description.
Interacting with data through SQL and PowerBI to generate metrics, KPIs and actionable insights.
- Work with key stakeholders to understand their requests, proactively interpreting and predicting their requirements.

- Test and develop innovative ways of presenting data to engage and motivate colleagues and improve organisational understanding of data and insight.

The Role

THE ROLE
• This is an exciting role co-ordinating project planning and project management of the Woodland Trust’s contribution to the Northern Forest, a landscape scale partnership stretching from Liverpool to Hull, and one of the Woodland Trust’s key focus areas, called Treescapes, in the UK.
• You will help build detailed project proposals and facilitate funding bids to support Woodland Trust delivery of the Northern Forest.
• Act as WT account manager with Defra for the Northern Forest Nature for Climate Fund woodland creation programme and other relevant funded programmes, overseeing and preparing associated reporting to funders, and associated project management processes.
• Responsible for coordinating project management of the WT Northern Forest Treescape plan.
• Deliver pro-active and positive internal and external stakeholder engagement and communication, building and maintaining effective relationships.
• Ensuring that organisational goals, in particular those of WT’s 2030 Strategy are maximised through the Northern Forest in the context of complex and wide-ranging external partnership arrangements.
• Travel to and from the Northern Forest will be required.
• This is a Hybrid working role, where you’ll work part of your time at home and part of the time travelling in the North of England as required. You may occasionally visit our Head Office based in Grantham, Lincolnshire.

THE CANDIDATE
• You will have experience in all stages of project co-ordination and project management, taking complex cross functional projects from inception to implementation, review and evaluation, together with experience of project management frameworks, for example Prince 2
• You’ll have experience developing and shaping complex, oven ready project proposals and related funding bids, and managing and overseeing grant programmes, particularly within the land management / conservation sector
• You would have worked at landscape scale working for nature recovery, climate resilience and people
• Experience of building partnerships internally and externally, you’ll be a strong communicator with the ability to influence various stakeholders as well as motivate, inspire and shape strategy.
• You’ll be a confident leader and communicator, being able to listen, interpret, challenge and influence varied stakeholders by adopting a range of styles, tools and techniques appropriate to the audience.
• You’ll be self-motivated, well organised and able to manage time effectively, prioritising and being flexible in your approach to meet deadlines and keep projects to budget.
• Desirably you will have experience and knowledge of wooded habitat creation, woodland management and the environmental land management sector more widely

You will have detailed knowledge of accounting principles and proficiently in accounting, with an accounting qualification beneficial, but by no means essential. You will have demonstrable charity sector experience, including strong knowledge of Charity SORP, gift aid claims and restricted/unrestricted charity funds. You will have excellent communication skills, able to be a strong team player and contribute to the overall development of the organisation.
