- Assist Service Charge Analysts in calculating, constructing, and issuing service charges, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
- Provide top-notch customer support to service charge payers, addressing queries and proactively supplying necessary information and documents.
- Support the extraction of expenditure data from the accounting system and monitor scheme-specific service charge budgets.
- Prepare and review invoices for external auditor certification.
- Assist in the production, quality control, and dispatch of service charge statements.

About the role
We have a talented Social Entrepreneur Support team who find, fund and support our award winners across the UK. They help our award winners with everything from managing their cash flow, developing business plans, evidencing social impact, raising investment, to helping them find expert mentors in specialist fields.
Guided by our dual goals to fund for impact and deliver market leading support, we will support our Social Entrepreneurs across the UK to create impact and change. This role will work in collaboration across the organisation to ensure we deliver, improve and develop our find, fund and support offer. This role will encourage and lead the SE Support team across England to seek a diverse pipeline and deliver equitable awards and support, by working alongside social entrepreneurs and by making data informed decisions. You will play a major role in deepening our capability and expertise within our awards delivery. This will include the development of internal knowledge and awareness, increasing visibility and reputation across the sector, and support the development of partnerships to enable us to deliver on our strategic goals.

About the role
Stick 'n' Step already have established relationships within trusts and foundations; however, they have big plans to diversify their portfolio and reach a larger range of supporters. To do this, they are looking for a Trusts and Grants Fundraising Manager to join the team. In your role, you'll meet and exceed their trusts and grants targets through fundraising proposals. Your day to day will involve preparing compelling written applications, reports, and thank you letters, and supporting the stewardship of donors, along with working with the classroom team to research and identify impact stories, case studies, images and videos to include in your applications. As part of your role, you'll work closely with an amazing Chief Executive and Head of Conductive Education.
About you
This role will suit a skilled relationship builder and communicator with experience writing successful and compelling fundraising applications. You'll need a track record of meeting income targets and the ability to present to a high standard.
You'll also need to have strong organisational skills, with experience in planning and prioritising multiple projects at once. You'll be comfortable working independently and as part of a team. You'll also be someone who is able to project gravitas and credibility to high level supporters.
