We are currently undergoing an exciting transformation, and this is your chance to be part of it! We’re looking for a dynamic Deputy Site manager.

Main Function:

  • Ensure site operations align with organisational objectives, targets, and budgets.
  • Prioritise the welfare of clients, staff, and volunteers.
  • Collaborate with the site manager to develop and deliver plans.
  • Maintain high standards for client development, safety, and site functionality.
  • Enforce health and safety measures.
  • Organize staff and volunteer levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day site operations.
  • Communicate effectively regarding client and organisational needs.
  • Maintain quality paperwork and documentation.
  • Support the site manager in monetary tasks and development plans.
