You'll support the Corporate New Business Manager with the account management of corporate partnerships and generating new income through securing new corporate partnerships.
You'll support the development and ongoing review of the prospect pipeline, researching companies and sectors with an affinity for our work, whilst managing a portfolio of small to medium sized partnerships (worth approximately £5-75k per annum). You'll produce high quality written proposals and pitch materials, as well as organising volunteering opportunities for corporate partners.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience working within Corporate Partnerships, or another fundraising income stream.
- Experience of supporter relationship management with a track record of building successful relationships.
- The ability to work independently, using own initiative and creativity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships at all levels.

The Corporate & Public Engagement team in the Communications Directorate promotes corporate interest in the College and engages future medics and scientists in careers in pathology, particularly through our awareness activities, including National Pathology Week.

Job purpose
This role sits within our crisis alternative service, Safe Space, which is an out of hours service providing a safe and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing crisis. The service operates 365 days a year from 12:00 (midday)-11:30pm across all of our boroughs.
We have 3 positions available. Two full time positions at our Hammersmith & Fulham and Ealing sites, and one part time (3 days a week) at our Hounslow site.
The objectives of the service include:
- To improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental health crisis in HFEH.
- To provide support to clients accessing the service- for instance: signposting, de-escalation, planned wellbeing activities etc.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team and use your fundraising experience to make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable children and families. As Head of Fundraising, you will lead a team of two fundraisers to develop relationships and generate income from charitable trusts, statutory sources, individuals, schools and parishes.

The fundraising team is also actively involved in service delivery and this role will be instrumental in helping to distribute gifts and food to hundreds of disadvantaged families at Christmas, as well as helping families in crisis via our Crisis Funds.

- Have a proven track record of securing income in excess of £300,000 p.a.
- Have experience of managing a team

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive administrator to join our team at YMCA England and Wales. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our field and support teams, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual looking to advance their career in a fast-paced, supportive environment, with the potential to grow within the YMCA family.
Key Responsibilities:
- Print, pack, and dispatch resources to stores and field teams
- Respond to phone calls and emails, utilising standard templates where applicable
- Coordinate hotel and meeting room bookings for team meetings and events
- Provide administrative support to field and support teams
- Deliver exceptional customer service to stores and customers
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain administrative records
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency
Skills we are looking for:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in retail is advantageous

About the Role
As the HR Administrator you will build good relationships with the wider staff team and be a friendly and knowledgeable source of advice for all queries relating to employment, leave recording, recruitment and leaving processes. You will support the HR Manager with day to day tasks, such as collation of payroll materials, recruitment tracking and maintenance of staff files and records. As a key member of the team, you will be the primary user of many existing processes, and will be able to identify when and how systems need developing or updating to be more efficient.
