Relay Worker

Relay is a year of mission, discipleship and training for graduates who love CUs!

• Relay is a unique opportunity to work on the front line of Student Mission with Christian Unions while being invested in by UCCF Staff Workers, receiving fantastic training and seeing how the grace of the gospel impacts all areas of life.
• Relay is a Christian training program focused on personal growth and ministry skills. As a Relay Worker, you'll be supported by a team, with an experienced Staff Worker who will help to support you, encourage you and challenge you. The program has a focus on growth in character and godliness, and applying grace to all aspects of life and ministry.
• You'll gain hands-on experience in evangelism, Bible study leadership, and working with student. A tailored study program covers theology and practical skills, with an abundance of opportunities for learning.
• Relay equips participants for both ministry and secular careers, preparing you to live and share your faith wherever you go.

Applications for Relay 2025/26 are now open! You’ve got until 11pm on the 3rd of November to send off for an application pack, fill it in and send it back to us. Or you can wait and apply in round two, later in the academic year.
