Job description

The BCA was founded in 2013. We are looking to make a much bigger contribution to Birminghams Community albeit we have a bias towards its Commnwealth Community. Wactually have three areas of focus: Diaspora/Education/Trade . Diversity and Inclusion are one of the key areas we look to engage in both indirectly and directly . We also base our activities on UK and Commonwealth values.

We need someone who can promote the Assoc and our events, network with sponsors/potential sponsors/improve our profile with business/the media etc.

The position is open to anyone who has the experience and the time to help us. Usually working from home using your own telephone laptop , some weeks there may be a few hours, some weeks say 8-12 hours. It depends what we are doing at the time. We have a Corporate programme + those initiatives pursued by each of our 3 areas of focus.
