The CRH Charitable Trust is looking for new Trustees to join its Board.

The CRH Charitable Trust are looking for new Trustees to join their Board of Trustees. The CRH Charitable Trust is a registered charity (charity number 213579).

The Charity provides grants to  a wide range of charitable organisations.  The Trustees' preference is to support charitable organisations in the North West of England for mental health and mental disability projects where expertise in this area and financial stability can be demonstrated.

We are now looking to appoint new Trustees to join the current Board of Trustees. We would particularly welcome people with the following skills and experience:

·        Qualified accountant

·        Social work

·        Finance and investments

·        Management

·        Other Trusteeships

This is an opportunity for you to:

·        Gain valuable board experience and develop your analytical and strategy skills

The time commitment would be 4 meetings per year, plus report reading and preparation time for each meeting.. In addition Trustees are expected to undertake visits to potential grant applicants and report back to the Board.  We estimate that the time commitment is equivalent to 1-2 days per month
