As part of our growth plans, we are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join this ambitious transdisciplinary team made up of OT's, Speech & Language Therapist and PBS specialists. You will have the opportunity to help support in service development, to embed occupational therapy for our autistic learners using our tiered model of therapy provision.
You will be working with the Ambitious about Autism Quality of Life framework to ensure our learners are accessing occupations that are meaningful and purposeful to them, to support them as they prepare for adulthood.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a Professionally Qualified Occupational Therapist to a degree or diploma level
- Be proactive in strengthening the effectiveness of the occupational therapy team by bringing knowledge and insight into service design
- Contribute to effective team development and monitoring, evaluating and improving service delivery to participate in supervision and continuing professional development
- Commitment to occupationally focused, person-centred and evidence-based practice.
- Contribute to and evaluate the training and development of teachers, parents and other professionals

Fundraising Coordinator

Our fundraising team raises vital income to enable us to care for people with life limiting illnesses in our community. Whether through events, activities or platforms to promote the Hospice out in the community, we are passionate about providing an excellent supporter experience. We are looking for a new team member to join us to help us achieve our goals and support our fundraising activities.
Hours: 28 to 37.5 hours per week (with flexibility required on occasion to support events and activities outside regular working hours)
What is the role?
The Fundraising Coordinator will be part of the events and community team providing support for fundraising campaigns, events and in aid of fundraising. You will also be responsible for the administration of accurate supporter records and bookings, responding to enquiries and cultivating relationships, and ongoing stewardship with our supporters and volunteers.
A people person will excellent communication skills, highly organised and methodical, you will have excellent attention to detail, be flexible and able to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks. Good digital skills including MSOffice (Excel and Word) are essential and the ability to understand information presented in databases/donor software systems would be a bonus.

Outline of Responsibilities

You will be able to exercise discretion, strong judgement and take appropriate actions without supervision. You will be confident to work to your own initiative and prioritise your workload. The Family Finding Worker is responsible for receiving placement requests for children who need to be looked after and matching them to our foster carer in close cooperation with the Duty Social Worker. Retail Area Manager - The Role:
- Management of the Shop Managers in order to maximise the area team's sales and profitability and achieving income targets
- Controlling expenditure and delivering net contribution

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with clients
- Ensure that clients receive a prompt and professional service.
