We are proud to partnering with a leading national centre of excellence, providing adult person-centred services that span the entire care pathway from post-acute rehabilitation services to end of life care, for people with complex Neuro-disability and their families, underpinned by a strong research and education programme.

As part of the Workforce Department, the Senior HR Advisor will lead on and manage the full cycle of employment relations cases, including absence and performance management, grievance and disciplinary investigations organisational change. You will be proactive in taking the initiative to identify and deliver on solutions for improvements to service delivery and will engage with stakeholders to improve management competences and avoid litigation. You will have direct line management responsibility for a HR Assistant and will support the HR Business Partner in identifying and delivering HR projects that add value to HR Operations processes and the stakeholders, improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our HR service, and help achieve the aims of our People Strategy. We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a robust background in employee relations and a strong understanding of HR compliance and employment legislation. You will be proactive in identifying and delivering solutions to ER challenges, driving service improvements across the organisation.

You will deliver an exceptional, responsive and professional HR advisory service to staff and managers, utilising credible expertise and knowledge to guide and partner with managers throughout the full employment relations cycle. You will also be an expert in ER, serving as a trusted point of contact for key stakeholders to provide and implement effective solutions and strategies for HR issues involving absence, probation, capability, conduct, performance and grievance meetings, seeking support from the HR Business Partner where necessary.

This role is offered on a hybrid working basis with 3 days in their London office and 2 days working from home. The role will also be offered on a 3 month temporary basis with a view to becoming permanent. DBS Check required.
