Fundraising Executive

We are seeking a pro-active, experienced and hands-on individual to join the charity at this critical and exciting stage of growth and development, and to deliver the day-to-day management of individual giving campaigns in the fundraising team.

We are looking for someone proactive, tenacious, and empathetic, as you will be working for a charity that represents 100% of the NHS charity sector in the UK, helping the NHS tackle today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities.

Position: Fundraising Executive

Location: Home based and flexible (able to work in Warwick and London offices occasionally and at other locations nationally when required)

Salary: £32 -35k per annum, depending on experience

Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week)

Contract: Fixed term contract, maternity cover

The Role

Sitting within Supporter Engagement, this role will assist in delivering the individual giving programme of activity, driving income generation through both acquisition and retention campaigns, ensuring long term support and maximising donor lifetime value.

Whilst the team work hard to ensure they can support the NHS through every challenge they may face, they also need to ensure that the team is able to manage the sometimes busy and high-energy. This is done by offering sector-leading flexibility. Your wellbeing is of the most importance, so all staff are offered 9am – 11am every Friday morning as wellbeing time, to do something that makes you feel good. You are also encouraged to speak with your line manager about working patterns that suit your home life to ensure a good, healthy work-life balance as well as place of work being down to you.

About You

You will have direct marketing experience, ideally working within the charity sector, and a track record of efficiency, innovative thinking and helping take our charity to the next level. You will have strong analytical and planning skills as well as a confident communicator. However, candidates with exceptional transferrable and personable skills looking to make a cross-over from the private sector are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of charity fundraising is ideal.
