Senior Programme & Innovation Manager
The Senior Programme Innovation Manager will lead MyBnk’s programme development, innovation, evaluation, and quality assurance. This role ensures that our programmes are:
- Relevant, engaging and regularly updated
- Of exceptional quality
- Delivered consistently across the organisation
As part of the Programmes and Delivery Directorate and the Senior Management Team (SMT), the post holder will drive programme innovations using data, evidence, external best practice and triangulated with feedback from trainers and learners to maintain MyBnk’s position as a market leader of learner-centred programme design. The role is focused on enabling programme flexibility while ensuring that our delivery remains rigorous and outcomes-driven.
