About the role
The Individual Giving & Legacies Fundraising team designs and delivers memorable fundraising experiences that raises millions of pounds and turns one-time donors in to lifetime supporters. This role will contribute to this purpose by supporting the delivery of fundraising activity and creating a great supporter experience for our donors, ensuring our supporters are at the heart of everything we do. Reporting to the Senior Fundraising Officer (Legacy), you will support the Senior Fundraising Officer in generating and delivering inspiring and motivating marketing and stewardship communications - as well as leading on delegated campaigns and projects, to build engagement with supporters and drive long term support to Mind.You will play a pivotal role in the Individual Giving, Legacies & In Memory Fundraising team reaching and exceeding their target of circa £9 million net income by 2025.
About you
-You have strong verbal communications skills and the ability to engage with and steward our supporters across a range of channels
-You are able to form strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
-You have experience in project management and/or marketing, including monitoring and reporting on activity
-You can use reporting and insights to understand our audience motivations and needs, and use this to optimise activity
-You are adaptable, flexible and collaborative
Key Accountabilities
-You will deliver multiple direct marketing campaigns from beginning to end, from writing briefs, working with media agencies/creative agencies/freelancers, internal data teams, print and production, fulfilment agencies to collating results and recommending learnings.
-You will deliver all activities within budget expenditure, continuously improving activity to ensure income targets are met.
-You will build excellent relationships with internal teams and third-party suppliers to effectively deliver activities and achieve targets
Mind is open to experience outside of the charity sector, transferable skills and learning in post.
