Senior Project Assistant, Cultural Orientation

IOM prepares individuals arriving through safe and regular pathways for their integration in the UK through tailored pre-departure activities. This post will directly coordinate successful implementation of key resettlement and integration projects deliverables on UK Cultural Orientation, and other pre-departure preparation activities, under the UK Resettlement Schemes, and the Afghan Resettlement Schemes.

Under the overall guidance of the National Resettlement and Complementary Pathways Officer, the direct supervision of the Senior Resettlement and Integration Projects Associate and working in close coordination with the Senior Associate Operations and relevant IOM missions the incumbent will coordinate the implementation, and day to day delivery of the assigned projects, support the implementation of programmes and provide specialised support in the area of Resettlement and Integration.
