Salary on appointment: £24,570 - £27,027 per annum*
*This role sits within a pay grade with a pay range of £24,570 to £31,460. The salary on appointment will be set at the lower end of the pay range, to a maximum of 10% above the base salary, depending on the candidate's skills and experience. This approach aims to ensure fair compensation for new hires while maintaining alignment with the structured pay scale for the role.

Purpose of Role
The Business Administration Apprentice will play a crucial role in supporting functional teams, including Finance, People, Governance and Communications to deliver our strategy. The Apprentice will undertake a structured training program, combining work-based learning with academic study, to develop essential administrative and organisational skills.
The role will work rotationally across teams, resolving issues as requested. The post involves developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services.

We are looking for a new team member to provide full administrative and programme support to the Employment & Careers team. The role will involve supporting the team in the day to day running of the service including the preparation of contract documentation (such as registration forms, as well as specified supporting evidence: ID proofs, Proofs of Address etc.) for submission to funding partners, uploading data spreadsheets and CMS systems, and supporting the team with promotion, outreach and engagement of our services. This includes conducting follow-ups and answering queries (by phone, email and in person) from both current and prospective participants on the programmes being delivered by High Trees. They will also be responsible for the preparation of finance related performance evidence for monthly/quarterly submission.
The successful applicant will have experience of providing efficient administrative support, be very organised and able to work to deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. The Sophie Lancaster Foundation is a registered charity established in memory of a young woman who was tragically murdered for her distinctive gothic appearance. We’re looking for a highly creative social media and marketing specialist to craft and deliver engaging content across our digital channels and spread our inspiring message of tolerance and respect to an even wider audience.
The Role
We need someone with professional social media and marketing experience who is passionate about driving the Sophie Lancaster Foundation forward. You’ll manage our social media presence, engage with our followers, and create new opportunities for conversation and audience growth. Your writing should shine across various platforms, whether it's website content, leaflets, or marketing emails. As a Support Advisor working part time or full time, you will be a fundamental part of our team, supporting the delivery of the RISE programmes and the development of the service. The service will provide a range of trauma-informed and person-centred support, focused on supporting those impacted by abuse to access education, training, employment or volunteering.
You will be responsible for providing trauma informed support through group work and 1-1 support. Working alongside a team of practitioners across our geographical patch in Wiltshire, the project aims to:
- Increase volunteers in FearFree and support people to access volunteering opportunities externally.
- Support individuals impacted by abuse to access training and employment.
- Help people access bespoke apprenticeships and internships.
- Support service users to increase and advance work related skills, such as the development of CVs, financial management and IT skills.
- Raise awareness of this agenda to a wider network.
The service will support victims of Domestic Abuse, Sexual Violence and Stalking aged 15 and above, alongside perpetrators of Domestic Abuse – empowering victims and reducing the risk of recidivism for perpetrators.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in working with vulnerable people and an understanding / experience of the Education, Training and Employment (ETE) sector. They will have an understanding of trauma informed practice and ideally have experience implementing this within group and 1-1 settings. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding of Employability skills and will demonstrate the ability to proactively engage with both local employers and local support networks/organisations to promote the skills of the individuals they are supporting.

Change Mental Health is a leading national mental health charity providing unique support to people with severe and enduring mental ill health. With over 50 years’ experience across Scotland, we believe people affected by poor mental health and illness deserve the highest quality of support in the community and that every person has the right to be valued and to share in the opportunities, challenges, and joys of everyday life.
The Community Link Worker service collaborates with selected GP surgeries, supporting adults over the age of 18 through social prescribing. Referrals are received from the GP to our Community Link Workers when there might be a concern caused by social factors, rather than a medical problem. The service focuses on improving health outcomes for people experiencing stressors in their lives due to social problems, which could lead to poor mental health.
As a Community Link Worker, you will work directly with people referred to the Community Link Worker Service from their GP Practice who require immediate or on-going emotional, practical or vocational support in order to deliver the best possible health outcomes.
This post works directly with people using the service to develop and review personal support plans. You will work closely with other members of the Community Link Worker team, colleagues in Primary Care and representatives of community-based groups and organisations, to achieve outcomes as defined by your line manager.
Within the Community Link Worker team there is a clear line management structure which supports and shapes the practice. The post will contribute to an environment where people can improve their health outcomes, establish improved connections in their communities, and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:

About us:
At Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, we care for children and young adults with life-limiting conditions. We support hundreds of families, both in our hospice and in family homes.
Our support services are wide ranging and bespoke to each family; including overnight care, music therapy, counselling, sibling support groups, home visits and much, much more.
It costs around £6.5m to keep our doors open for families across South Yorkshire and beyond. Statutory funding makes up 16% of this amount and the rest is raised through fundraising activity.
Our services include overnight stays and community breaks at home or in the hospice. We also support the whole family from diagnosis with our multi-disciplinary Family Support team who provide counselling, sibling support groups, music therapy and much more. Our care team supports these families in our modern, purpose-built building. All our rooms/bedrooms have a homely feel. We have a sensory room, spa pool, cinema room and six acres of gardens.
We support families from a large geographical area, including South Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire, North Derbyshire and parts of North Lincolnshire. The hospice is easily accessible from Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster, Sheffield and North Notts. We have free secure on-site parking for families and staff to use.
The role:
We are seeking a Care Administrator to work alongside our Senior Care Administrator, offering clerical support to our nursing and family support teams. The role involves providing administrative support for our Care Leadership Team, maintaining accurate care records, supporting referral and allocation processes and most importantly being a first point of contact for children and families accessing the hospice.
The requirements:
To fulfil the role effectively you will be an organised and caring person, with excellent attention to detail and able to work flexibly and collaboratively across the care services.
You will ideally have experience of working in an environment with children and families who have complex needs but this is not essential.

About this key role
Our successful candidate will assess referred clients, with reference to St Giles Trust assessment practices, and produce support and risk management plans based on these assessments, promoting inter-agency collaboration in the process. You will also deliver a holistic support service, working independently or with colleagues as the situation dictates, providing a practical service that will include social and housing support, accompanying to appointments, education, training and employment options, benefits work, and debt advice.
We will also count on you to develop and maintain relationships with referral agencies, including police, Youth Offending Teams and Young Offender Institutions, ensuring a steady flow of appropriate referrals onto the scheme, plus regional agencies, including police and social services, in areas where identified county lines activity is taking place.
What we are looking for
- To have worked on an offender-led support project, had personal experience of the criminal justice system, served a prison sentence, or still be serving a prison sentence in a prison within reach of Leeds
- Experience in negotiation with partner agencies to establish links to further aims of the project
- Experience of engaging successfully with challenging people
- A knowledge of ‘County Lines’ (drug distribution networks) and how they operate
- An understanding of the need to use support plans to enable people to successfully access accommodation and support services
- Knowledge of services for offenders and patterns of offending in Leeds borough/s
- Excellent prioritisation, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- A flexible, collaborative and professional approach to your work
