Job description

We are looking for Team Assistant to join our fast-paced Corporate Partnerships Team in an exciting and varied support role; providing vital administrative and fundraising support for our partnerships.

About this role:

As Corporate Partnerships Team Assistant you will:

  • Support the team in delivering the account management of the corporate partnerships strategy ensuring effective stewardship of all existing corporate partnerships
  • Support with planning and logistics for events targeted at existing corporate supporters at a national and local level.
  • Produce marketing copy; update and create partner focused assets.
  • Maintain systems and databases for partnerships and support the team with regular reports.
  • Build relationships with with other teams at Dogs Trust to maximise ensure promotional opportunities and their impact.

About you:

With excellent attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills, you will have a methodical approach to work.  A confident communicator with god research and writing skills you will be comfortable building relationships with people at all levels.  You will also have a true passion for Dogs Trust and the work we do.

Dogs Trust are reliant on voluntary donations to continue our work. As part of this, we build corporate partnerships with businesses that help the organisation to generate income, save on core costs and achieve organisational objectives. Whilst we already generate significant income through our existing partnerships with businesses, we have big ambitions to increase our income from companies to support our work to help dogs in the UK and around the world.
