Age UK are recruiting for Network Engagement & Support Managers to work closely with a regional allocation of local Age UK partners to:Establish strong relationships with local leaders in particular COs and Chairs and develop a comprehensive understanding of each allocated partner, their strategy, priorities, specialisms, and challenges acting as a sounding board for strategic development, planning and problem solving.
Facilitating effective connections and engagements that enable knowledge sharing and learning and specialist or peer support between partners, the national organisation, within regions and with outsourced support where appropriate.
To be a subject matter expert on allocated local partners, gathering intelligence and disseminating appropriately, advocating on behalf of the network by working collaboratively across the team and division to give an amplified voice to partners within the national organisation and governance.
This is a home-based role for UK based candidates only.
There is a requirement to travel to Network partners across the UK as and when required. This may include overnight stays.

The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial manager with a high level of data literacy. We are looking for someone strategic, highly organised and a strong people and team manager. They will be confident at communicating data in a variety of ways to a large range of audiences, identifying key take-aways and the broader implications of the findings on our clients and programming. Advocacy After Fatal Domestic Abuse (AAFDA) was founded by Frank Mullane in memory of his sister Julia Pemberton and her son Will who were both killed by her ex-partner in 2003.
Each year, around 150 families lose a loved one to domestic homicide. The actual number of suicides as a result of domestic abuse remains unknown. AAFDA’s prime function is to provide families in England and Wales with specialist peer support and expert and specialist advocacy for the range of statutory reviews that will take place after domestic homicide.
As a growing charity, AAFDA is looking for an exceptional candidate to join our supportive team and lead our finance and resource management functions. The role will provide and manage the HR, administration and finance activities of the charity and sit within the Senior Leadership Team.

This is a new role at the DEC and developed as a key part of the DEC’s 2024-2029 strategy. The DEC has a wide range of established relationships with trusts and foundations, many of which give 6- and 7-figure sums to DEC appeals. The Trusts & Foundations Manager will be responsible for providing excellent stewardship to our portfolio of trusts and foundations. - Review and manage the IT service contract ensuring that all terms and SLAs are monitored as well as considering value for money and service experience
- Manage the budget for the IT function at FNF
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets (hardware, software licenses etc) and ensure they are properly managed and documented. This includes the procurement and disposal of IT equipment as needed.
Office Management / Administration
- Partner with managed office provider to ensure that all services are delivered as per the contract, building a strong working relationship with the building and facilities team
- Ensure that the office environment is well maintained, welcoming and conducive to productive work
- Oversee the management of office supplies, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and ordered are placed
- Implement best practices in office management, including document management, filing systems and communication protocol
- To identify areas across the charity where processes, systems and collaborative working can be made more efficient, and support the team in implementing improvements

We’re a small but ambitious arts charity on an exciting journey. We are transforming a half-acre industrial heritage site - New River Head Clerkenwell - into the national centre for illustration and a home for Quentin Blake’s archive.
We’re seeking a brilliant person - or people - to join the team as Philanthropy Manager at an exciting time for the Centre with construction about to begin on our new home.
The Philanthropy Manager will secure gifts from Individuals, Trusts and Foundations in the range of £1,000-£50,000+, and will work closely with the Head of Development, Centre Director and Board to steward gifts at the £50,000+ level.
You will be a relationship-focused fundraiser with experience of face-to-face fundraising, excited by the opportunity to play a key part in launching a major new cultural institution. You will use your experience and key moments on the way to opening to refine, refresh and grow our established giving circles. You will also identify and develop new ways that individuals can support the Centre and our programming before we open our doors in February 2026.
You will be an inspiring and committed ambassador for the Centre and its mission, in person and in writing. You will also be a great team-player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues across the Centre to deliver a dynamic and creative programme of donor cultivation and stewardship. Oasis Community Hub East Southampton are recruiting for an experienced Lead Youth Worker to work alongside the youth and community hub team in East Southampton. This positive, adaptable and talented youth worker will help us to deliver detached youth work and mentoring. Supporting the development of a team and building youth leadership opportunities.
The role will be focussed on the East Southampton community surrounding Oasis Academies Mayfield and Sholing and the Harefield Hub space. Delivering detached work, alongside other partners using our Oasis Youth van; delivering mentoring in schools and supporting and developing a youth team.
Key responsibilities will be:
· To develop and deliver a youth work programme engaging with young people across East Southampton in school and community settings. To Include:
o Detached provision
o Positive activities
o Wellbeing support
o Mentoring
· To work alongside the hub team to increase opportunities for young people to influence decision making and develop their leadership.
· To line manage sessional youth staff and support volunteers.
The successful post holder must have:
· Proven experience of leading work with young people in formal and informal settings
· Experience working with challenging behaviours and attitudes.
· Understanding of monitoring and evaluation in youth work
· Knowledge of safeguarding practices and health and safety.
