Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our HR team for a HR Manager role. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering proactive and responsive HR support across the entire employee lifecycle to support the organisation.

Main Responsibilities

The HR Manager will play a key role in delivering an effective HR service. You will provide support on all aspects of the employment relationship including recruitment, payroll, pay and benefits, employee relations and employee development. You will work closely with the Head of HR to coach and support managers across the organisation.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should have strong operational HR experience across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You should be flexible and adaptable with strong communication skills with the ability to coach and support managers.
